Another good visit. Great location being in the town but just off the promenade. Will return again......

8 of us went in and there was an empty table for 8 on a Saturday afternoon.

Quick service, had the large breakfast, which for the price was good. Free refills for coffee. Clean as it could be, staff work hard.

Myself, husband, son and 2 granddaughters aged 12 and 15 went to this Wetherspoons on Monday 24th February around 11.00am for breakfast. I ordered traditional breakfast, son had breakfast wrap, husband had bacon butty, youngest granddaughter had small American breakfast and other granddaughter had pancakes and maple syrup. Everything on my breakfast was absolutely cold on a cold plate, the pancakes both my granddaughters had were cold. They didn't want to complain but I took my breakfast back. The staff member was totally disinterested, no apology! I was told they would replace it. Waited ages and when the replacement came that also was all cold. I left all of it as we weren't prepared to wait any longer. Total disappointment. Would not go back there and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone

As far as a bar goes, it's OK. The noise is a little too much for me, but drinks are cheap and the company is always good.

Maybe I should get out more, but this is this first time I’ve witnessed two lads coming out of one cubicle in the gents! One stopped at the mirror to wipe some powder off his nose before going back out. Upstairs was just a bad atmosphere. On the upside, beer £2.15/pint! 😁

quiet Saturday morning good value coffees

It's a normal weather spoons, bathrooms are a short hike away and the food and drink is cheap and cheerful, you can't go wrong

Decided to stop for lunch after a walk along the sea from at Morecambe

Took months for a coffee machine to be fixed/ replaced and then the ice machine was broken! Returned 5 days later..... Still broken, I enquired, if anybody had thought to buy any bags of ice from the local Iceland shop (3 mins walk away, could have borrowed one of their trolleys) the answer was..... no Disgusting a company of that size doesn't have anything in place for those kind of situations.... Can't go wrong with a Spoons. The only annoying part is the accessibility of the toilet.

In absolute shock whent for a sunday lunch im parcialy sighted and require large print menu to find no large print menu no help to read said menu no braille copy its ridiculas in 2025 you cant eat in weatherspoons if your blind as they dont cater for this disability discusted star rate _100

It's a mainstream Wethers, nothing unusual like the cinema at Moon Under Water in Manchester. Prices are some of the lower you'll see in a Wethers and the food is the same you'd get in anyz which we enjoy. Service is fast but there's no atmosphere, little different to most Wethers.

I stopped here on a cold wet winter evening on the way to visit the Isle of Man via Heysham. This pub is styled to reflect Eric Morecambe, the more entertaining of the great institution and has some nice decorative features that reflect him. The building was warm, clean and had exceptionally kept range of real ales. Food is what you might expect from a Witherspoon pub, wholesome and well priced. I stayed as late as possible as my ferry set off very late and chatted to the staff who were of an opinion it was one of the best places they have worked in. I must say it showed. The staff were really excellent and I very much enjoyed my visit. I will visit again.

Chicken was raw bacon looks like ham . Questioning if they cooked it on a radiator the mushroom was soaking wet! The peas looked like they’d pea left left for 3 hours how can you even serve food like this ?

Warm and dry on a very wet evening. Downstairs normal 'Spoons. Upstairs is a cut above. Lovely. We didn't eat but enjoyed a couple if pints. Yep, would deffo go back. Very pleasant.

13.99 for burnt fatty sirloin steak Peppercorn sauce was cold Coffee machine despite several attempts only produced half a cup No apologies 😑

Well we'll wel what can I say. Turned up for my usual classic burger only to be told they had no beef patties. Daughter wanted the ultimate burger she was inconsolable. No ice so had to drink warm Lemonade. No brown sauce. This isn't the 1940s with war time rationing.

Been here over 10 times for breakfast and dinner. Always great! Brilliant chef and friendly staff.

I liked it in here. The staff were friendly and efficient. The menu is akways good at Wetherspoon so its not difficult to choose sonething, im vegetarian but theres enough choice for me. Tables are clean and cleared quickly which is great. Main loos are upstairs (no lift) but there is a disabled toilet downstairs. Coffee machine upstairs offers less choice so be aware.

Friendly staff. We ended up with too many puds!!! 😂. We were allowed to keep them and refunded automatically from the app ❤️

The staff at this wetherspoons prefer to give there English patrons there food first even if they ordered after a customer that is not for England. Had to wait nearly 25 mins after placing order to get our food, wouldn't have minded if the place was busy but it was practically empty.

We had fish and chips, the fish was nice and crispy and the chips was good.

Nice Wetherspoons, good breakfasts didn't try the beer as I was driving.

Just had drinks but they were well priced as usual apart from the shots which were on the expensive side. Good service and busy atmosphere.

Got kick out because we had a assistant dog. Even though assistant dogs are protected under uk law "The Equality Act 2010 protects the rights of assistance dog owners and their dogs in the UK"

Wednesday 26th October 2022 This Weatherspoons served on our visit a good range of hand pumped ales. The pub itself was well run and clean and served the usual range of wetherspoons meals In Morcambe, this is possibly the best real ale pub to drink in Tuesday 1st October 2024 This is good weatherspoons This pub had an adequate guest hand pumped ales on today a comfortable pub to drink real ales in. Come in a lot for breakfast with my family and most the time everything is fine. Sadly today the experience was ruined by a very rude manager. When I first arrived I sat down in what looked like a quiet unreserved area. There was nothing to indicate that it was blocked off or reserved. Within a couple minutes of being sat down a staff member came over to tell me the area was blocked off but was very rude about it, instead of politely asking me to move she said I should of used my ‘common sense’ to understand that a wet floor sign and a slightly out of place chair was indication this area was blocked off. I was honestly gobsmacked by how rude and condescending she was. A member of my family then went to speak to her as we were leaving, and she was in no way apologetic and didn’t really seem to care. Not the professionalism I would expect from a manager. All other staff were lovely and the food was great, just a shame it was ruined by an incompetent staff member.

Good standard of food, let down by app not working and slow bar service. Supposed to be made easier with the app but this let it down.

Had a standard breakfast here and got more than enough. Well cooked and staff really friendly.

Had a fantastic meal here. While on holiday. Service was good and food was brilliant. Great portion size for the price.

Service dreadful have to queue up like little children to get a drink never enough staff on to serve drinks.

The trouble with weatherspoons the staff have this bad habit of not concentrating on there jobs . Ive visited the Eric Bartholomew on several occasions this year, and the service is disgustingly poor. On the 19/9/24 at around 2 pm l order my drink twice because the female bar staff was to busy yapping. one of them was drinking coffee Not purchased from weatherspoons .. l got my pint .. As short measurement yet again .. they do it at Burnley's Boot as well .. This sort of staff should be dismissed. Robing people with serving short measures.. Mr Martin you need to sort this kind of personal out. Serving without do care , .. Its not right. I've stopped going in the boot at Burnley because I've complained to the manager .. Time and Time again l might as bang my head against the wall. If you care about customer being happy. Then you need to get you staff sorted

8pm very young children running around in school uniforms, parents no control. All I wanted was a quiet pint.

Great Witherspoon's not bad prices

We as a couple stopped in morecambe for a couple of days, ended up in weatherspoons. We intended having a couple of drinks and then going for food elsewhere. We decided to stay and try the curry night, best choice ever. The food considering it's fast food was impeccable 10/10. We would both definitely recommend.

Great boozer, foot was great the staff are great. It was our 1st visit to Morecombe and won't be our last.

Came here on Fri for breakfast with the kids . service was ok as they only had what looked like two girls working on there own..we had a hot drink but when we went to get another refill the machine seemed to be broken ,we did speak to a man who worked there who wasn't really bothered that drinks machine was playing up,he said it's finished but didn't offer anyone the option of a hot drink from the hot water dispenser so no further drinks ..I thought it was a bit rude really the attitude....

Saturday night may not have been the best time to go to a 'Spoons. It looked like it had been a busy day and the app had stopped working but the bar service was pretty quick and polite. Food and drink arrived quickly but the small plate fish and chips was a bit dry. Everything else was ok.

Always call in when we are in Morecambe only had a drink this time.

Food was tasty and the interior was nice. Kids loved their pasta and Ice cream.

First time visit...Busy spoons, but served quickly using the app....food was good, toilets clean, overall one of the better run ones I'd say, no complaints. Very busy today but only wanted a drink wait was a bit longer than normal but to be expected....

Staff kicked us out. Dogs aren't allowed even in outside areas. Everyone around us was outraged that we were asked to leave.

Really bad service no hand-wash for 3 days tables not cleared not even busy no one clearing tables. Worse one I have been in ordered some peanuts and out of date by 1 month. Worse one we have been to.

Went for curry night. Weatherspoons is Weatherspoons! Cheap food which was good. Friendly staff. Menus and tables needed a wipe.

Pleasantly surprised by this spoons. Good prices and good was as you would expect.

I'm only marking the service down as I waited for 10 minutes to get 2 mugs for coffees. The queue was a good 10/12 people long yet they only had 1 poor girl serving. She did her best and tbf did a fab job it was just the waiting time. We always sit upstairs as it's quieter but the staff are really friendly and helpful, just a pity the management didn't put another 1 or 2 staff on bar to get rid of the backlog.

Good place for low priced drinks- Wetherspoon pub. Usually busy. Seating area on first floor as well as downstairs. Toilets are upstairs. One disabled toilet downstairs. Outdoor seating but busy if the sunshine out 😉

Large Wetherspoons across a couple of floors in the centre of Morecambe – this one is quite an old fashioned ‘Spoons, probably used to be a shop or something like that. Architecturally, nothing special about this one – low ceilings, large open drinking spaces and a generally faded air about it. The beers are the usual decent choice – this time I had a Coors, but others were available. A few Gaming Machines in situ – Rise of Anubis over to the side of the bar. Didn’t win anything – the location was quite exposed though, so I imagine lurkers time their go on the machine to capitalise on the losses of others, like moths unto flame. Slightly smaller upstairs with toilets and more tables. Overall, not one I’d probably recommend unless you’re a local, but decent enough as a place for a quick pint if you’re in town.

Can never go wrong with spoons but this were below the average of usual quality. Smaller sizes of food, didn't taste quite right. But it was still a good price and I left satisfied enough

First time here, we both had fish & chips. Both fish were of a decent size and the batter was so crispy but not overcooked. Possibly the best F&C’s we’ve had at a Wetherspoons.

The wife and I loved our visit to this pub with it's lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Also it was very clean. We didn't have a meal as we were only in Morecambe for one night but we saw plenty of meals coming out to tables and they looked gorgeous so we will definitely be returning. The most important thing especially in today's inflated market is the price of the drinks. We could not believe how cheap they were compared to other pubs we had visited so if these can do it surely the others can ?. We will return soon and there is only one place we will visit for food and drink. Also must point out that Morecambe is gorgeous 😍.
