Lovely place for a relaxing drink. It's a great historic building

Food was freezing and went in the bin. The cheese hadnt even melted on the burger it was that cold.

Not a bad place needs updating a bit scruffy inside, where we were sitting could smell the mens toilets

absolutely teg best chippy I have had in ages. can not wait to have it again at the caravan. veggie halloumi with chips is absolutely amazing

Soup said on menu it came with a roll. Didn't arrive with one. Told it was extra charge but would bring one for free on this occasion. Toastie said on menu it came with crisps and salad. It didn't and again told it was extra charge. No offer of a free salad and crisps. Food was ok but watch out for things the menu says are included but don't turn up.
