Burger King in Lancaster

Not sure what happened but only one meal was delivered. Can't see it being sent in two bags as it wasn't a huge order so I don't think t was the driver.

It’s about as good as you would expect a Burger King to be. Food was a little bit cold, but not too bad.

Absolutely terrible workers they messed up my order then tell me to clean stuff that wasn’t ares and they all have such an attitude especially one female worker

Food arrived cold as courier had to travel to 4 other locations before head towards Us really off putting to see food travelling for 15 minutes. It not the driver fault it’s clearly your business

Order wasn't delivered... Burger king called an hour after my delivery was due and told me they are now closed despite me ordering well before there closing time....

My food was cold, portion was discussing for what I paid, will not be ordering again.

Very friendly staff. Came in first thing in the morning and ordered about 6 burgers. Most places would groan, fairly so, but they did it with a smile on their face. Food was fresh, great experience, they even came over to make sure everything was okay.

Shocking. Delivery time started at 15-30 mins, kept changing for over 2 hours. Finally appeared 2hr 10 mins later, cold. Awful.

Dedliver driver was rude refused to bring food to the door made me go outside after arguing threw my food on the floor and told me he was coming back to smash my face in .. he needs to be sacked

I placed my order at 4.51 pm and it was delivered at 6.21pm

delivery time kept updating, originally ordered at 5:37, and the food was being prepared, then didn't get the food until 7pm, each item cost considerably more than the price on burger king app or menu, everything was stone cold, not even slightly warm, not even room temp, COLD.

Food was never delivered. Rang the restaurant and they gave me the name of the courier. Contacted Just Eat and no response as of yet - hopefully getting a full refund.

Freezing cold food, it was 20 minutes late . The food wasn't even in a delivery bag. it was delivered in the B.King paper bags, no wonder it was freezing. think the delivery person walked the 25 minute journey by the looks of it. The food is not cheap enough to accept being cold, refund requested.

By the time I received it, which was 30+mins later than the anticipated delivery time, the food was luke warm and so was the Coke.

At went in the Lancaster store and was great by crew member Tina would was lovely and smiley. Tina and Jane were very helpful and kind . Bobby made a amazing chicken royal and the store was so clean

Still didn't get my order right. I had to re order because they messed up the first order and this time they didn't include some fries. It was 2 burger meals and one came with no fries and no chilli cheese bites

For all the burger king that i visited this last month i can say burger king lancaster is most of cleanliness store and fast service that i experience

This review isn't down to Burger itself, the lady on tbe phone was profession and helpful, she had been on the phone to just eat to solve the driver issue just eat were having. ordered food at 11 for 12 15 delivery but due to drivers the food arrived at 14:07, this caused the food to be cold on arrive. Hats off to the restaurant but this wad a just eat error

When I went in the Burger King. Staff were very rude and when I went to fill my cup the said I couldn’t because I didn’t have coke in it.

chips was cold the order was 1 hour late I ordered it for 15 25 and it arrived at 16.20

The order was finally delivered around 2h 30m later than we’d ordered.

got whole order except the triple whopper burger from the king deal meal. sides and other meal and no burger so was left without. tried to call and left a voicemail as no answer at the shop to try and get it delivered. had to submit a refund request. disappointed after waiting for the delivery and watching everyone enjoys their food apart from me.

Let's face it, what is burger king?- fast food. It's not particularly healthy, but it tastes good and you can get it quick for a good price. If you compare this location to the McDonald's across the road, the service is miles better with friendlier, professional, better trained staff. It's actually got some fresh paint on the walls! The dining area is smaller, but admittedly much much cleaner. If you're choosing fast food in Lancaster town centre, just go here.

I'm not sure I could think of a worse company. Every Just Eat order is wrong and they make it so hard to make a complaint or get a refund. I have stored up the last 4 incorrect orders and see if BBC Watchdog are interested in that my money is taken and I never get what I paid for.

Ordered nearly £50 of food for four people. Three of the four meals sent were incorrect / not what we'd ordered. Rang to ask, please can we exchange what we recieved for what we ordered, told no, you cant, weve closed, bye.

Ordered 2 King Meal deals. Our order was missing a burger, it can't have been the delivery guy because everything was in 1 bag, so BK must have missed putting in 1 burger. Called BK, the guy on the phone said our order was still there 🤔 but if we wanted it we had to collect it!! I explained all I wanted was missed the burger! I was told to claim a refund through JustEat! The portions were also missing items. Isn't it 4 chilli bites not 3?!?? we got 6 instead of 8... won't be ordering again!

Staff were lovely and friendly, couldn't do enough to help with any questions I had. Food was above average and the staff were very chatty and friendly. No complaints from me. Also absolutely love the spicy mayo!! Get yourself in for there for a WHOPPING experience, and a ROYALE good time! Keep doing what you're doing guys 👍 see ya soon 🙂

Fast service, centre of town near to the prom

Rude staff there, I asked to change the drink after I realise I wanted a coke and she gave me a bottle of water. the stuff was so rude and racist. She was shouting and complaining to her colleagues about me when I just sit closed to the collection point.

cheese bites are amazing, good burger, needs more salad though, halummi bites are a bit salty, delivery driver wasn't very friendly, didn't speak or smiled, manners cost nothing, always really good food and offers, thank you.

Because the courier was delivering the ice cream right next to the rest of the food, that is, the burger and fries, they cooled down, and the ice cream, on the contrary, melted.

This order from burger king was 1 hour late and cold when it arrived i tryed to contact you but they couldn't hear me they said

Delivery driver left food on the doorstep, didnt ring the bell or even knock. Just dumped it on the step. Wasn't until i checked outside that i saw it, almost soaked through. Food though was terrific.

I ordered a cookie dough ice cream which did not arrive. Rang the BK store. Apology but no resolution. Got refund via Just Eat which does not cover the cost of the item! Appalling service. Rip-off!

WASTE!!!!!! Came with my friends today evening. The cleaning woman stared at me for using the washroom. The washroom was locked and i had to ask the front of house boys to open it. And one of the front boys was very rude asking us to clean the table after having food. In a very rude tone. Extremely bad customer service. I really hope the owners change the management and especially these staffs. PATHETIC!!!!!

Jane served me today with a smile and fab customer service. shortly after a hot tasting meal was provided. A Perfect service and lovely food! The staff are a great addition.

spoke with restaurant and was ready but no courier arrived. Thankfully restaurant kept things warm and fresh fries put in. BK great, just eat awful. Will be going direct where possible in future as this is all to frequent with Just Eat

I thought it a bit funny when I entered the place at 4pm in the Afternoon and there was nobody in; now I know why. Food was luke warm and tasteless. I ordered an extra patty to my whopper with large fries (about 20 in a little bag) and a large drink which I had to dispense myself (the water was flat) Nearly 11 pounds for what I had was a disgrace. Now I know why the place was empty. Never again, it's McDonalds for me

Asked for a plain chicken urgently as dint eat mayo and it came with mayo so it had to go in the bin
