Only place that was open at half 1, doner was pretty dry and all in all ended up costing 9 quid after getting a pitiful amount of cheese added, can't say I'd recommend Good service at least

The most affordable kebab I've found in Edinburgh. The guy at the counter is the nicest ever. I'd pay a bit more for the kebab so he can work less, I really want him to rest. :( Got the lamb kebab, don't have anything to complain about. Good portion size, especially for the price. Would go again. <3

Staff was really nice but food is mega dry and not very good :( we got the 12" munchy box, loads of food for the money but again not very good, the garlic bread was particularly cardboard-like in texture

So have been popping by here since the place first opened and it has been good. Decided tonight to get a takeaway . Paid for extra meat 😂😂 no salad so made my own and my own garlic sauce 😁. Sorry dont blame you but the council,business rates

Unreal, the man at the front desk is the nicest man ever. So friendly and warm. Go there often and never disappoint. By far the best takeaway ever. Recommend for anyone.

I have been ordering all sorts of kebabs from here for about 3 years now. The mixed kebab being a favourite. Absolutely outstanding every time. Always too a high standard and amazing portions. Really appreciate your hard work. I am a life long career chef. These guys do a top job. No 1 fan. Meadowbank Avenue.

Good kebabs for £8. Portions are normally really big but only one guy gives you the super big bab. Can’t complain, nice staff :)

We started getting Ephesus delivered during the first lockdown and it has become our week night go-to when we don't feel like cooking. The food is consistently fresh, made with care and delicious! Delivery speed with JustEat is also super quick and always arrives ahead of estimated time. Price is also very reasonable. I also appreciate that they've recently started using compostable packaging, really just all around great and nothing to fault.

My favourite chippy in Edinburgh. Always super friendly. Family-run. Great selection. You can see them chopping up the fresh ingredients in the back after you place your order. It's always made with good quality ingredients. Open later than most places around. Cheap. Absolutely everything I want in a chippy. 100% Highly recommend.

I go usually to two restaurants a week and this is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. Also instead of them talking, waiter (who forgot his job is making sure I'm satisfied and serving me) told me that they are busy and rushed me!!!

Fast delivery, kebab was good and portion size good. Chips unfortunately appeared to be old although tasted OK, macaroni cheese however tasted like heinz macaroni. I would recommend for the kebabs tho.

Had a cheese burger with chips and drink .6.5£ Quite a satisfying meal.. although taste left a bit to be desired. 3/5 for value and taste. Overall a good plane and thier pizzas looked better. Will try that next time..

Very nice mix kebab, meat was fresh and plenty and a very friendly service.

The 4.5 rating and Local Legend status is every bit deserved. The deals are incredible value for money, and the food- especially the pizzas and Garlic pizza bread is absolutely delicious. We have never once had an issue with delivery, and when we have collected the staff have always went the extra step to be polite and helpful. We'd consider ourselves regulars now- please go to Ephesus and make yourself one too.

Fantastic food. We received a warm welcome even though we walked in not long before closing, and our shish kebabs were still cooked to perfection.

Good little kebab place. Dropped in on the way home, got a lamb donner wrap and cheesy chips. Portions were good, food was tasty and prices reasonable for Edinburgh. The guy serving us was friendly too. Best kebab place I've encountered in Edinburgh so far :)

Though the pizzas were pretty good, the kebab tasted horribly. Wouldnt recommend it. If you want to have lunch or dinner, take a pizza.

There's a surcharge for using a card. I'm not sure whether that's legal in Scotland or not, but it's pretty scummy.

Perfect service and very kind workers because after I fell asleep and and missed my order they redelivered my exact order the next day didn’t even complain once my new favourite takeaway.

The blue colours of the restaurant put me off at the start. But the food was great! Had a lamb doner with yoghurt sauce, nothing fancy, but it was good and definitely worth it's price

Good quality kebabs, fresh salad, nice chilli sauce (homemade or home concocted), great service. What is not to like. Not the best kebab in the world, but I am spoilt by having that in Manchester (Turkish Delight) but still very good.

I came to Edinburgh for the weekend, and this was the first place I went to. Very friendly personnel, and the food, omg, delicious. The variety of choices and portions being rather large made me full and happy:) Will definitely go there again as soon as I'm back to Edinburgh!

Hi we got a chicken kebab last night 22nd April 2017 and it was out off this world that good that we are getting the same tonight but delivered I got a chicken,mushroom,sweet corn pizza again was amazing and I don't eat pizza because we were there around midnight not long before they closed that was all we could get and we were so glad we did. I would recommend to eat here to anyone that's why I gave 5 stars. Xx carol j weir happy customer xx.
