I went to this cafe today and oh my gosh it was one of the best experiences I've had. I went in and the staff were hands down some of the kindest women I've ever come across and they created such a lovely atmosphere. The inside was homely and felt inviting. I had one of their rolls and I was so happy with how it was made. I saw plently of customers come and go while I was there and they had also appeared satisfied with the quality of their orders. Their drinks were made quickly but tasted better then lots of other places I've visited. I'll be definitely coming back again and I honestly would give them so many more stars if I could! This is somewhere I think everyone should visit at some point so they can see for themselves

Really nice food and drink, staff are very polite and they look after ur phone for only 50p for every time you put your phone there when I walk To school Highly recommend

My family bought 2 Sausage Sandwiches and 1 Bacon Sandwich. My brother said sausage was over cooked my husband ate his but said a bit over cooked. I had the bacon which was cold and hard it had been cooked for a while and left. Would not try again very disappointed as staff are very nice but food a let down. Maybe cook bacon fresh as and when wanted.

Excellent location on such a beautiful day in early March. Lovely place with really good food. Unfortunately they got our order wrong twice but they soon sorted it out, it’s hard to be perfect. We would certainly visit again and again if we were local.

143 High StI love this Nero's coffee place. One of the workers makes the coffee too weak though 😕 so if you are lucky you won't get served by them 😅 the other baristas make excellent coffee. I have noticed a lot of people sitting in there and eating food bought from outside of the coffee shop, for example I saw someone eating Gregg's products in there, and then another person eating a meal deal from somewhere else... Which is a bit wrong because Nero's sell food.

7 Clifton TerraceWe came here as a surprise birthday meal out for my husband. The food was amazing, the staff were so attentive and we absolutely loved the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. I would absolutely recommend Aurum to anyone who wants to mark a special occasion.

27 High StreetGreat find out in Essex. Ordered chowder, pie of the day and fish pie. Fish pie was pretty good. Chowder was average and pie of the day was solid. Could barely hear my partner talk as it was so loud. Views can be good during sunset. Avoid during peak time at all cost. Not worth it. Also felt food was overpriced for what it was. Great for maybe a stop for one drink or cup of tea.
