Order a fish portion, came FISH WAS MISSING. Called claimed it was there despite me and MY BROTHER looking. Awful service. Never again.

I have tried this place for the 1st time and it’s very good and quality food. The atmosphere is great and the portion sizes are amazing. I loved the donner, pizzas, loaded fries and snacks. I would definitely recommend 10/10 keep up the good work guys!!

Never again 🙄 Food cooked in old oil, chips are frozen and then fried in the old oil and was disgusting. Fish was like mush and dont let me get started on the mushy peas 🤢 smelt burnt so I didnt even chance eating it. Totally inedible.

Ordered as a treat for dinner. I ordered prawn, chips, curry and can of Diet Coke, my partner ordered the fish, chips, curry and a Coke. It arrived cold, the chips dry yet the fish and prawns soaked in grease… both drinks and sauces missing. Hair in the lemon that was flung in the box. This is disgusting service and to actually be happy to send the food out in that quality and with missing items to paying customers is shocking. Do not waste your money here .

Cold food. Hardly any dry cold chips and the fish was supposed to be large and it was small with soggy batter . I will never eat fro here again. It was very expensive for what you get . I do not recommend to anyone

By far our favourite takeaway. Burgers are bob on. best Donner in the area. the little tub of red sauce is next level.

This is absolutely not a traditional Fish N Chips. I asked for salt & vinegar, I got red salt & vinegar. The chips where good but they seemed processed, very uniform, probably pre bought, pre prepared. The fish had flavour, but it seemed to be also very uniform and appeared to be from a supermarket. Maybe I'm expecting too much from Just Eat.

I had their special masala fish n chips that was very nice i suggest people to come in and have it also thier staff is very friendly to me

I tried their chicken burger meal with wings it was very nice i think I can’t find that burger from anywhere else specially the staff was very clean and friendly

Decided to have fish and chips for dinner tonight and had always wanted to try this place. I was really disappointed. I ordered small cod and chips and was told they only had medium cod so I opted for that. The fish wasn't cooked to order but I guess that's not always the case in a chippy. The small portion of chips were mediocre to say the least, certainly not what you would get in a regular chippy, they were fried frozen chunky chips, not the traditional type one would expect from a chippy. Fish, sizewise, was on the small side but I suppose that's subjective. While the batter was grease free, not always the case with chippys, it was bland, not very chrispy and lukewarm. My chips were cooked by a member of staff while he was eating his dinner behind the counter, not very professional. Another thing that annoyed me was I was told to grab a can from the fridge on my way out. I didn't order or want a can, I didn't ask for a 'meal'. Don't recommend and I won't be going back.

I got the "Amsterdam style chips with dutch mayo" and let me tell you these chips are not Amsterdam style in the slightest nor is the mayonnaise Dutch. The only reason I can say this with any conviction is because I am Dutch and have had many chips with mayo in Amsterdam. There are some positive points to be made in that this is pretty cheap and is edible. I'm just gutted I was sold a lie, as someone who really misses my home country's food. :(

Food is very nice homemade and feels fresh and the service is very good and the atmosphere just feels right and I suggest the stir fry donner one of the freshest and nicest things ive had

I have tried Masala fish, the taste is great and staff is very friendly. I 'll recommend everyone to try their menu, Great service

This is the worst chippy in history, me & my family got food poisoning from the under cooked sausages. Won't be eating here again. Avoid it like the black plague

Foods lovely as always, fresh and piping hot , down side of large cod meal is its bulked up with a mountain of chips , regular mush peas is a toddler sized amount I’ll stick to cod bites meal in future

Food is basically oven food, nothing made fresh. It is not what you would call a chippy, it’s more just a take away

My all time favourite go to dinner option. The fish and chips is yumm with the righ taste unlike most other bland options around. The fries are thick cut and perfectly compliment the dish. My new favourite is the fully loaded fries with lots of sauce, chicken and pickles.

Excellent food and reasonably priced

Amazing food. Recommended by Mr Munchbox (he does honest reviews). We had to check this place out and wow. The prawns were so nice and crispy the chips were freshly fried in clean oil. We come from Yorkshire to just have these. Well worth it!!!

Great food and staff are really friendly. We tried their latest introduced item which we had seen on Instagram spicy loaded fries. it was worth every penny and also the cod bites and fish burger beats McDonald's. keep up the good work guys. will definitely be back soon.

I am quite disappointed with the overall quality and service provided by this shop. First of all, I ordered through ubereats, so the significant delay can not only attributed to the shop. Further down, the price paid for the portions and quality was too much. Their large portions hardly much a normal portion from any other chipshop I have tried. The fish and the chips were quit soggy and tasteless. It looks like that I am not going to order again from this shop.

Chips and curry sauce were good, unfortunately the fish was a let down. Soggy batter, I like I nice crisp batter but this was far from crispy 🥲

If I could give it zero stars I would. This was the most rank thing I've had in my mouth and I've eaten fried chicken off the floor. The chips are like someone's got frozen oven chips and decided to microwave let for 30 seconds. The fish is very poor, just another Manchester fish and chip shop that doesn't know how to do fish and chips. When getting a refund it was very difficult. I now drive 10miles away to get a decent chippy

Large amsterdam chips with dutch mayo came.. without mayo. Its a good job the burger and milkshake were absolutely incredible 10/10. Food delivered on tie and warm. Would definitely have again.

The fish was not of the usual quality, it was z bit tough. The tornado had less potato than usual. Otherwise it was great, especially the nutella waffles

The food here was amazing as left satisfied while I had the food in store. Based on some of the reviews I have seen I think it's much more better when you have the food there and then in the store and fresh. The staff was amazing, the music was good they made us feel welcomed and had good selection of drinks. A usual place will only offer 2-3 types of drinks. The cod bites , fish burger and tornado was lovely!.

The only 2 stars are for the chips and the sauce. The fish batter tasted awful and the skin was completely burnt. Honestly tasted like he re-fried the fish again to warm it up, my pet rabbit could’ve done a better job. 😞

When you pay near £25 for Large fish and chips you expect the portion to be as advertised at the very least. Not a handful of dry chips and a 6inch bit of cod in soggy batter. In what reality is this tiny fish a large cod? If you can fit a "large" chips in one cupped hand it's not large. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND REMAIN HUNGRY IF YOU ORDER THIS FOOD

The best thing about this meal was chips. Average fish. Mushy peas was inedible, very tough and tasteless. Chicken nuggets were missing so had to share our meals with our daughter.

10/10 I usually have the fish but gave the butterchicken burger a go and the meal was lovely, very tasty and hot. The driver was friendly too. I'd highly recommend if you haven't already tried.

Where to start! I bought a fish and chip meal, the fish was cut in half, the chips were just frozen chips and the worse part was the fish was on a bed of lettuce! I also ordered some fish/cod bites and they were also on a bed of lettuce. When trying the fish all I could taste was lettuce. I rang the store and the gentleman I spoke to said the fish was that size because of the size of the box and the lettuce was to soak up the oil from the fish. I suggested that this should have been included in the ingredients/items so that customers are aware. I was told that he would ‘suggest’ this to the manager. (Not offered an apology) Never again for me!

Took over an hour to deliver on a Thursday night, called the restaurant to add salt and vinegar. They added “red salt” but nothing else. Burger was delicious and chips were still good.

Food arrived quick and on schedule, the food itself (I ordered cheesy chips and fish and chips), was more than I bargained for size wise, you really got your moneys worth. I didn’t like the the batter on the fish, but the fish itself was tasty as was the chips. The presentation was also good. I would order again.

Wow never asked for meal deal but they charge for it anyway. £10 Fish and chips portion was not large either. Go elsewhere. Will not visit again.

I'm very sorry to say guy's Just ordered fish and chips, the service was faster than expected, excellent - BUT - unfortunately the is off! If you read this in time you can take it back when you bring another replacement! Very disappointed!

I order my food at 7.25 don't receive my food 10pm my fish was cook properly and food was cold and not brought food from here again.

Quite disappointed this time, fish was soggy and overcooked. For £18 I expected a bigger portion.

More of a generic takeaway than a chippie, does the job. The staff were lovely. My partner is not a fan of the food. No salt or vinegar on the chips which were frozen chips. The curry sauce was thin and not spicy.

Food was nice crispy fish and they gave me 2 tartare sauce for free so thank you

Spicy chicken burger was way better than your regular chicken shop and the mozzarella sticks are nice, the chips aren’t your standard fish and chips shops chips though and the prawns were quite plain overall food was still really nice would order again

Arrived in 15/20 mins when estimate was an hr. Food was hot and tasted ok but felt a bit like I could have obtained the same result by putting frozen fish & chips in the oven. So wouldn’t use again.

Heard good things about them so I decided to give a try. I am unsure whether the fish tasted not fresh and too salty on my particular visit or its their standard fish and chips. Absolutely disappointed experience 😞. However, their customer service is great but shame for the food.

after ordering my fish and chips i cut open the fish and found a large amount of HUMAN hair inside the fish wil not order again do not recommend.

Hands down the best fish and chips! Still confused how their spring rolls are nicer than ones from a Chinese takeaway 🤔 would give 6 stars if I could! 👍🏻

Ate from here for past month or so , food is always fresh, hot, well presented and good sized portions, can not fault anything about the food I have received. My absolute favourite fast food / takeaway place to order from. Delivery driver always pleasant and polite 100% recommend giving this place a try . Highly recommend if you enjoy under cooked oven chips and clumpy gravy. Still got the Halloween decs up in January which I actually respect.
