The Dougnut Diner in Cheshire West and Chester

If can get them no stars at all, I would do. In 14/9/2024, I got two kinder donuts and two orio donuts. The two girls there were very Rude, Donuts not like what is in display.they were Lazy doing one topping for two donuts and then Arguing about it , they don’t care about reviews or customers. Donuts is very raw from inside. Half of it with no toppings. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I will make sure I share it with everyone I know.

I ordered a pack of four doughnuts with Nutella and then realised they all came in a single pack. With four kids to feed, I just needed an extra tray for the little ones, but they said it wasn't allowed! It's just a tray; it's not illegal to have an extra one! They staff were quite abrupt, and the doughnuts were soggy and undercooked - what a waste of money, plus a horrible attitude. The lady (most likely the owner) was even more miserable, pointing out a sign stating that all orders are served together and no mixing is allowed. Apparently it’s the owner’s policy, the lady was most likely the owner!! I was about to buy four coffees, water, and other drinks for the kids, but decided not as they clearly don’t need my dough!

Amazing food Gemma was very attentive and made my kids very happy with their treats :)

Second visit here - both times having 4 sugar donuts with Nutella. The kids absolutely loved them and the chocolate sauce is warm too! Great value and delicious on both occasions!

Honestly appalled that they don't serve cocktails! Drove all the way from Birmingham to out find out this information. I gave three stars as the woman serving was good looking and I'm hoping I get her doughnut later on.

Got to get the cart about 7.25 or 7.30pm seen the sign saying be back soon so waited a young lady just turn up and said she not serving anymore because she closed I said I’ve been here over 20 mins to be told I’m a lied because she left at 7.35 what a joke

I got served by a lovely girl called Gemma she made the donuts they were lovely and hot, my little boy also loves the donuts from here. Gemma is so lovely and made sure we were getting a good service would recommend this doughnut diner.

Enjoy the donuts from here as do the kids. Seating available to sit and have a break and is kept clean and tidy. Haven't had any issues with any of the staff all seem helpful enough.

The woman was really nasty, ordered donuts and one cold drink, one hot drink. The hot drinks was just warm enough and she would not give a cup for the cold one - not appropriate for my friemd who is in her 80s drinking from a bottle. The donuts were nice though. Will not stop here again

Very rude lady! not sure how she gets away with this behaviour!

The lady is so mean and nasty I do not recommend at all. I asked the lady if the doghnuts are halal she said they are. They had the offer of 4 plain dnt for £5.50 or 4 with nutella for £6.50. I asked for 4 doughnuts two with nuttella and 2 without , all without any sugar because I can’t take much of it and they squirt nutella generously. She said “that will not get you an offer “ I thought that means will not make it less than £6.50 since asked for less nutella so I agreed .When it came to paying she put 9.80 so I asked how ? She said very meanly “ I asked you and you agreed !“ then she explained if they are not all 4 with nutella you’ll be charged for each doughnut separately (£2~2.70 each). At that time she was still frying them so I asked for four plain doghnuts instead . They sell pots of syrup as well so I asked twice what is in one of them she ignored me purposely and answered me the third time with a very unfriendly face. I regretted buying from her and feel she did this because I asked for “halal” . I went back to her asking to speak to the owner she said it is herself and told her I don’t see why customers have to pay as if they are purchasing separate doughnuts if they asked for less sauce it doesn’t make sense . -There were customers around -She snapped and said that I went through everything with you and you agreed but you wanted “CHEAPER” . She also said “You’ve got eyes to read “ as if it is a must to read all her menus and it is a “sin” not to ! I said to her she could have talked to me with a more friendly face but she’s got a horrible attitude towards customers and will not buy from her again. I didn’t want to get swindled and desereve to be treated with respect regardless of “ how much less sugar” and “how cheap” I want my order to be esp that change of order didn’t not result in any money loss from her side. She is a true Karen.
