ASDA Cafe in Cheshire West and Chester

If I could ill would give it 0 stars it's a horrible place and the worst service I've seen waited 20 mins for a pre cooked meal prison has better customer service thay just dump it on the table without a word and move on attempted to order the fish and chips thay don't have it but when the guy behind us asked for it thay said thay hade it crap service crap place DON'T EAT HERE

Food abysmal as well as unedible toastie service atrocious ,cafe in disrepair needs a facelift,menu unbelievably limited and never got anything you want Don't bother even for a drink.The toilets are handy though

Food was late and luke warm when it arrived. There was no milk in the tea. Poor quality food all around.

I was told today that they are not allowed to serve pots of tea only cups, despite the fact that up until today there was no issue at all.

Food was great Driver was on time and very helpful

Disgusting paper cups paper plates said it's health and safety that's why all paper had tea if I had coffee that's put in a China cup it's a joke leave it go to Tesco give you dishes must have dishwasher unlike Asda hence all paper

There is a very rude woman working here with a bad attitude towards customers! Unpleasant service a few times from her now! Puts me off going in there but the other staff are OK. Prices are reasonable and food is nice.

Cafe total disgrace staff mor interested in talking to themselves forget advertised menus the staff make their own availability rules and if you ever get to try and sit down do not bother red vinyl worn and trashed covered in black duct tape staff to hold together... Just forget it

One of your staff in the cafe today was very rude to me I only asked her for some tomato sauce she said I did ask if you wanted any she did not asked she got hold of the sauce and throw it at me she got short red hair and weres glasses

Had run out of childrens lunchboxes & quite a few off the menu. Expensive for what it is.

Took my granddaughter to asda sealand road for a spot of lunch.... extremely disappointed. They had nothing we asked for, the young man behind the counter had no idea what my options were and it was a lady from the kitchen that eventually came to try and sort it out. No rolls for hotdogs, no carrots, no sandwiches..... extremely poor and won't be returning

OK if you need a drink but was not impressed with the menue

We had a vegetarian burger, chips and beetroot salad. The cafe was empty but we had to wait a long time. When the food finally came the burger had melted cheese on that we hadn't asked for, the chips were old, cold, over cooked and inedible. The beetroot salad was no better. It was white, hard, old and just awful, I can't believe anybody thought it was fine to serve anybody food that was off. This is the second bad experience we've had at Asda cafe and we won't be eating there ever again. £5 each for meals we couldn't eat. Avoid Asda cafe's you've been warned.

I've worked here for 2 months now and I haven't been paid at all, so am looking for a new job. DO NOT WORK HERE
