Great pub in the heart of kimberley great staff,definitely worth a visit and sky sports if you want to enjoy the football ⚽️

Great service and very friendly staff. First time going even though moved to Kimberley 3 years ago. The food is really good, drinks even better. They do have a piano there and kids will play it as we found out when we went lol. Overall great place to go and the decorations is nice Will go back

Been today for a beautiful Sunday Dinner and it was very filling and plenty of. The Yorkshire puddings are amazing. Atmosphere is relaxed when you walk in and the staff are all very friendly. My Niece Megan works here and I think everyone in the family’s made a visit. Great food, Great Staff and a full belly what more can you ask for Keep up the good work 👏👏👏

What a nice place for Sunday lunch. You go to so many places where you are charged extra for cauliflower cheese or pigs in blankets. Not here. All included. Food is lovely and service is nice and attentive. Great relaxed environment. Recommend

Excellent wedding venue with friendly helpful staff and nice decor and layout.

Modern place with a great outdoor space to the rear. Friendly staff with a good range of drinks at good prices. No car park that we noticed, but public car parks opposite. Steps into the venue and throughout, so not recommended for wheelchairs

I went for a Sunday dinner the other well and i must say it was fantastic. The staff were amazing to say they looked quite young. Definitely would recommend going the dinner was cooked to perfection.

Went For Sunday Lunch to celebrate a special Birthday . It did not disappoint food was amazing The beef was so tender and lots of it too the chicken suburb . Big thank you to Angelina who greeted us on arrival and looked after us down to the last detail . Definitely recommend, we will be back

Boxing Day might not be the best day to go into an unfamiliar pub so I'll be kind to this establishment. Nice enough but pretty quiet at lunchtime the day after Christmas. There are a decent selection of beers etc as you expect from pubs, these days.

Brilliant pizzas with lots to pick from with a great selection of beers. The staff are warm and welcoming which adds to the great atmosphere within the pub!

Been dog house 12 of us food good but all beef and Yorkshire pud stuffing ball and roast potatoes stone cold even gravy cold told waitress but did nothing one friends turkey was all bits like the underneath what you give the cat or dog the 5 who sat at our table after us sent all there food back to be micro waved not cheap £15.50 for one course last year was lovley won’t go again and was only drinking soda and lime pint and a half £5.50p l was driving

What can I say other than a faultless Sunday dinner at the Dog House. Food was incredible all round. Really good quality, well prepared, and large portions to boot. Pub has a wonderfully cosy and welcoming atmosphere. And finally the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back soon!

Absolutely love The Dog House. Everyone is always warm, welcoming, and happy to see you, there is a real community feel. We really enjoy popping in for a few after work for a chilled atmosphere. The owners, new manager, and Nic have recently transformed the food offering. The Sunday lunches are epic, their pizza is lush (Italian trained), and we've just enjoyed the launch of their Christmas menu. OMG!!!! It's to die for, seriously go check it out 🙌🙌 and a massive shout out to everyone else who makes sure everything runs like clockwork ❤️❤️

What amazing Christmas menu, loved the brie nuggets, followed by turkey bon bons and chicken burger highly recommended. Honestly pub food at the next level. Amazing team. 👏

An amazing friendly atmosphere staff lovely always helpful i have a terminal ill partner who can't stand for long and the staff always make sure we have somewhere to sit food is amazing.

Come in for drinks regularly, love the roaring fire log burner and the atmosphere. Food looked lovely on someone elses table, didnt give it a taste test was busy on the pinot. My favourite pub in Kimberley! Will be in to try the roast soon.. i dont like veg so hoping to get an extra yorkie

Everything about the doghouse is simply lovely, the decor is fresh and modern, log burns make it warm & cosy. Bar staff are very warm and welcoming and the food is simply yummy we’ve eaten quite a few times and have never been disappointed (even the kids like the menu) Fab pub

Pizza's were excellent. Beautiful thin crust, quality toppings, way above the usual takeaway tat. Staff we're really friendly and had a nice chat with the owners who seem really passionate about the place. All round excellent experience.

As you walk in , it’s feels different to other pub/bars/eateries for miles around. Warm, welcoming, contemporary furnishings- a wonderful relaxed feel about the place. It’s like home. The staff are friendly,helpful and professional-sorting food and drink orders quickly and with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion, the menu perfectly suits this type of place. Quality food served hot with flavoursome sides to add to the main menu of pizzas. Try the triple stack though- it was delicious. Well done to the owners, staff and all concerned with bringing this establishment to our area. We didn’t take our dog on this occasion, but I know she would love it too!

Eaten here a few times mow and never disappointed. The meatballs are a must. Great place to be on a wet October evening. Warm fire and candles add to the ambience. The staff are really attentive and very welcoming. Also dog friendly which is an added bonus.

We came for a Sunday lunch the day after my mums wedding. It was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and the food was incredible. The best beef I’ve ever eaten! Hats off to the chef Nic. Great atmosphere and the staff cannot do enough to make sure you have a great visit. It ended our weekend perfectly. This was our first visit but won’t be our last!

We have visited a few times for drinks and had the Pizza’s which were really good! But having tried the Sunday roast for the first time we can highly recommend and will definitely be returning again for a roast. Very generous portions, all the favourite trimmings and meats cooked to perfection. My personal favourite roast to date. Only downside is they aren’t doing Christmas dinner as we would have booked.

My experience? I was at Kimberley Pizzeria, about 10 metres away, NOT The Dog House. Rating is for THEM, not the overpriced pub.

Having had our Wedding Reception party here last Dec 2022 this pub has always been a favourite of ours. However, after visiting on Weds 26th July 2023 with our dogs, for a few drinks and some food we will not be going again. After enjoying a lovely few hours we ordered some food. Not realising that they stopped taking food orders at 8pm…. We were a little late, but our order went through at 7.58pm. Having been assured by the barman this was still ok. On the arrival of our food the onion bhajis were black and greasy, the pizza had shreds of cold chicken on and raw red onion and raw red and green peppers, oh and the chips which used to be homemade were now standard frozen chips. We spoke to David the manager and asked if he’d had a change of chef? ‘No I don’t think so’ ???? We told him what was wrong with the food and all he said was “Thanks for the feedback, we’ll take it on board” and walked off! We then spoke with the barman after not being happy with the reply, he simply said he couldn’t do anything I’d have to speak with David. David came over & simply said…. “What do you want? A refund…… just give em their money back!” Absolutely gobsmacked with the arrogance of David, especially after using their establishment for our wedding. There was absolutely no need to treat us like this, none at all. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to be treated like this.

Had the most amazing pizza and bits and bobs tower in the dog house (Korean cauliflower was fab).The staff and service were first class, a warm and welcoming pub and very dog friendly so beautifully furnished in an industrial style theme. It’s a great place both to dine and have a few drinks.

We came across this little gem of a pub when staying at nearby Eastwood. The staff are very friendly, and the service was great. We had a wonderful stone fired meat feast pizza, the crust was as light as a feather and it tasted amazing....

Amazing Sunday dinner! Took my daughter for mother’s day and got a free complimentary glass of Prosecco along with an extremely well priced Sunday lunch. Good portions of perfectly cooked meat and veg and home made yorkshire puddings! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and enjoy more delicious food and drink from doghouse!

Had Sunday lunch here for Mother's Day and it was excellent! Table service which I wasn't expecting. Free glass of prosecco for the mums in the group too! The food was amazing, the vegetables were all delicious and the service was faultless. Will definitely be going again.

A Mothers Day treat from my daughter! Absolutely beautiful dinner, with lots of proper veg (not a pea or sweetcorn in sight)! Everything was fresh, plenty of meat and extra gravy all served on a warm plate. Felt really looked after, mums even received a complimentary glass of Cava for Mother’s Day. Couldn’t manage a pudding but had a coffee with Tia Maria served in a tall glass and chocolate biscuit. Five stars from me for all the attention to detail 😊

Decided to book Sunday lunch having heard so many good things through word of mouth. I have to say the roast was superb, served piping hot with all the trimmings and veg cooked perfectly. The pub has a lovely cosy atmosphere with very stylish interior design and the staff were very friendly, polite and efficient. All credit to the owners for creating this gem of a pub in the heart of Kimberley. 10/10

Went for Sunday roast and it was amazing. Great price, £5 cocktails if you have Sunday dinner (which was perfect as there was no room for desert) Veg was spot on and loads of it as well as the beef!
