Tucked away on a little cobbled street, but can guarantee a big wholesome breakfast. Only about four tables, but you do get served quickly.

Popped in for breakfast on our way to watch Cardiff vHuddersfield lovely and clean food cooked to order only a small cafe 5/6 tables but seems very popular with the locals and not surprising by the standard of the food and they were very welcoming

Good old fashioned type cafe, no frills here, you get a very good breakfast, tasty and filling at a decent price with excellent service from the staff.

Visited twice in a recent stay in Nottingham, both times for breakfast and both times it was lovely. Good was so fresh and tasty and all of us have said the pancakes were the best thick style pancakes we’ve ever eaten on a meal out. Definitely come here!!

We enjoyed the food and a nice place but the bar lady/manager was quite rude and customers not treated equally. I won’t be going again nor recommending it. Not dog friendly.

We love it here. Good quality food and good beers. Great service too! Fish and chips smelt and tasted great. The menu was super varied too.

It was a lovely sunny February and it was lunchtime as I walked past this unassuming but handy cabin. There was a bit of a queue being busy with Sunday walkers but whilst waiting I was entertained by Tony's patter, telling the guests in front of me about the famous landing craft moored outside - below the pirate in the crow's nest. Didn't take long to wait for my freshly made and very reasonably priced tuna mayonnaise sandwiches and Wagon Wheel (Yes!). Mine host Tony is a real character with his infectious sense of humour and his obvious joy for life and friendliness to customers old and new, rich and poor. Well done sir!
