The Dirty Burger Company in Middlesbrough

Ordered a tower christmas chicken burger & a boneless banquet plus 2 x pepsi drinks at teatime today Christmas Eve and it was very busy. We waited 40 mins before we got our meal. When eating my meal I noticed that in the middle of the bun there was something hard which turned out to be the lettuce root which is the part that should be in the bin not my sandwich which is quite concerning, And the was not a single lettuce leaf in my bun? I took this part back to a member of staff who was very apologetic. I ordered a single chicken patty which was very small and disappointing especially after the time it took....will not be visiting again anytime soon.

Says open just been round the back and front not opened false advertisement also phoned and no ans not very good

Got a calzone last night but couldn’t ring the shop as it was shut the pizza dough wasent even cooked

Booked a table because we thought it was a carvery we ordered the dinners waited 45 mins not good, the beef looked to be out of a packet the gravy was tasteless and rashoned the side veg for four was enough for two having said that the dinner wasn't that bad but was on the whole tasteless and a bit expensive £33 for two drinks and dinners. Plus side the staff were very nice and helpful, will not be going back.

Guy avoided paying me change and I forgot so came back just to get it, the chicken tikka wrap was inedible and too tough and burnt to even chew. Chai in the other hand never disappoints
