I would of gave it 5 stars but a human looking sasquatch put his filthy fingers all over my food. Didn't eat it

Made excuse to not fulfil the offer of tower burgers. I asked to leave them out and was told you can't have burgers. Kids wanted mayonnaise and they didn't have any. They also did not have any supercharger sauce. I placed 4 identical orders but 2 came with items missing!

For my order , I asked for a family chicken bucket and the price was 17.99 just for six pieces of chicken what a ripp off . I also got some drinks for my kids and the drinks had colour in them it was supposed to be blackcurrant but instead it tasted like water literal water how is this even acceptable. Worst place to get food from never get it from here.

Ordered online. Just bought one bucket meal and took well over an hour to prepare. They don’t pick up calls, food was cold, I don’t understand how it takes a fast food restaurant 1hour and 30minutes to prepare one meal. Site said it was not busy at all during that time so what reason did they have to take so long. All in all a horrible experience and a long wait. Do not order online

Very bad and the customer service was awfull.

Tge service was good, but I don't think much of their chicken, batters too tough and taste isn't up to my standard. The cookies were nice.

We go a couple of times a week.

My wife ordered 2 meals paying around 23 pounds for the order , received wrong meal plus food was cold and ive been trying to call the restaurant for the last hour and half , nobody answers, we are regulars aswell , when i try contacting just eat to resolve issue ... its even worse cant get through to them either , shocking customer service , extremely dissapointed

Clean premises and welcoming staff. Good KFC experience.

The stools are broken, staff's attitude is curt. At least the food is constant across the chains of kfc.

Worst experience. No quality Chicken was too salty. I won't recommend this KFC

Average food serviced reasonably quickly

A decent KFC, with above average food and decent prices. Staff are kind, but clearly don't want to be there. The seating area is not very pleasant, and you'll often see cobwebs and mould in corners

Its not just always about the food, which undoubtedly is very good at KFC, but also the experience with the staff. Initially staff were not very good; rude and very unpleasant. However, the situation has completely been reversed - the current staff are very friendly and helpful. The speed of service has also greatly improved. I hope my updated review helps. Take care.

Poor service, poor food,, am always order to teeside KFC,, even a this one is in my street.

Sorry poor quality,bought two buckets of chicken and chips and gravy,for 4 adults and everyone had stomach ache all night,not a nice experience.

Paid £12 for a colonel meal online and got the three smallest pieces of chicken you could imagine. Ended up having to cook something else after it the chicken was that abysmal. Unless you specify ribs and breast only kfc chicken is pointless to order.

Worst experience ever from a KFC restaurant. Ordered and they gave us something else.. Took our order bill and threw it in trash and told us thats it.

There services is fast and the chicken taste good

Awesome wings but felt kinda small The original recipe chicken pieces were a bit dry. I would really recommend a supercharger mayo, It goes well with almost everything. Was a bit disappointed that they do not offer Pepsi original or coca cola, However they do offer other drinks.

Ordered for delivery, received a zinger tower burger with undercooked chicken that was pink, poor standard.

Chicken over cooked and really dry can tell it was there hours horrible food noting like normal kfc

Quality of food and service has gone down. Staff just don't seem to care about providing a good service. Food is just thrown in bags instead of being boxed up correctly and always missing something from the order.

KFC have always made tasty & enjoyable chicken, but the restaurant here genuinely made me feel like I was just an inconvenience. The delivery drivers take up all the seating area when the sit in part is closed on an evening, and although I've no complaints about the food, the place just needs a bit more of a welcome feel to it, instead of the staff just banging out delivery orders & understanding customers do still walk in to the shop.

Finger licking delicious flied chicken and nice customer care.

Just had a vegan burger, the fillet was very hard like it had been heated wrong and overall it didn't have much flavour. I couldn't get a hot drink either.

The young lady behind the counter ignored me at the counter so I had to use the self serve. She was then very rude to the delivery guy who came in to collect an order, firstly by fully ignoring him then getting someone else to serve him even though the order was ready when I'd walked in and sat next to her on the shelf. Staff need customer service training badly. Update: March 2022 used the app to preorder and checked in. Stood waiting for over 12 minutes while the staff chatted. This place needs serious training.

One of the worst branch of KFC Middlesbrough. I tried 20 piece of bucket Chicken wings.. Literally they burnt it and made it like Indian recipe called "muruku". There was no chicken instead clot of flour above each small piece of chicken. Really disappointed and wasted my money here

The staff were really slow. They took around 30 min for the order even when there was no crowd.

As far as KFC goes it decent. My only issues are that we had a long waiting time from 1 order and there was not a single soul in the restaurant. Also the toilets were locked for some reason which is not good if you class yourself as a restaurant.

The computer machines were not operating properly. Ordering via the till, I could not hear what the waiter was saying correctly due to the large Perspex barrier. Staff when presented with a BLC said that the manger was not available and I could not use this card. I disputed this and then a worker finally went and got the manager out from the back to authorise the transaction, what a load of fibbers. The food was KFC standard but was not amazing. Food to fill the empty crevasse of a stomach.

Was visiting Middlesbrough from Whitby. Got 10 piece bargain bucket (should be 10 chicken pieces and 4 fries). Got all the way back to Whitby with it, opened the box. There were 9 pieces of chicken and 2 fries! Also it was very dry and looked like it had been sat there for days. Disgusting. And they ripped us off. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would go for zero stars if i could they served me uncooked chicken and water was dripping from it and it smelled like raw chicken and when i said manager about this he said those are chicken juices 🤣 oh come on small part of (baby) chicken wing in original recipe in wow box Was loyal customer of kfc but not anymore NEVER go to KFC LINTERHOPE they just say that they are correct and nothing else and everytime tables are dirty And all these happened second time with me so im writing it here.

Average to be honest. Limited menu and long wait for order. Queue area isn't great and hard to maintain any sort of social distance. Few frustrated customers in shop when I was there. Obviously maybe not like that all the time but can only go on my experience. Didn't have what I normally prefer.

ordered a takeaway waited 2 hours for it to not even turn up. I then searched for the store number and rang to only receive no answer multiple times. I took the time out of my day to walk to the store which is 45 mins away as I do not drive and had no way of transport, for the staff to only tell me that they "cant do anything about it" and that "the delivery driver may have eaten it" The member of staff who I spoke to also told me that they have changed there number from the old one which is still on there website ? which I simply do not understand, how is anyone meant to get a hold of them ? over all I would not advise anyone to ever order from here, if your order goes missing and you get robbed of your money just remember they "cant do anything about it"

No 10 piece mini fillet deal, Reason given, It's because its a halal establishment. What's that got to do with anything??? No veggie rice box for vegetarians. Also, the chicken wings were burnt to a crisp, and the mini fillets were dry as F.... That's 3 times I've had bad food/experiences at this particular outlet. They couldn't understand a word i was saying then when I got my order home completely wrong order and no chips never again what ever you do don't go to the Middlesbrough branch rubbish.

Orded sum fries on way into town, there was like 10 fries in bag also worst tasting half cooked fries ever eaten. Kfc sort it out until then wont go back

Always mess up order no matter what time you go in. Poor service. 5th time in a row they have messed my order up. And you can't even ring to get in contact to tell them.

What a disappointment. Ordered through JustEat. The two stars is because it turned up in good time and the order was correct. The food however, well this is the first time I've eaten chicken on the bone and it has been dry. The chips were like cardboard, the chicken was grey and didn't taste like the usual KFC recipe. Not sure what's going on up here but the standard is poor compared to Essex branches 👎. Will avoid in the future.

Lack of staff,only one member to give the orders and also the cashier, so I waited for a long time to make the order .told her I need to make an order she told me to wait...for more than 10 minutes. One order machine does not work,the other miss the paper so you make the order and do not know the order's number.. To brief .complete lack of professional attitude..

Wouldn't let me put 0 stars ordered my food 2 hours ago via just eat over £20 order. not received rang the shop directly 3 times no answer whatsoever so rang just ear directly to be told I could have a refund but only for 50 percent of my order 🤷 it and have a manager calling me back. Have continued to ring the shop to no avail as it should be them sorting out the downfall of the other £10 however they have now managed to put the phone off the hook very convenient so disgraceful would not recommend
