Ordered online through newpizzareia website which I was directed to through their link on Google. The order timed out but payment was taken. I called to make sure they had my order in which I was asked which website I ordered through. I explained which one and they said that machine wasn’t turned on and they’ll go and check. The order was then confirmed. We collected the order to find 2 cans of pop missing from ‘meal deals’, and two portions of donner meat missing, an extremely overcook parmo and everything else was sub par for the amount we spent. After the first phone call and the lack of service provided it wasn’t worth the effort to either return or call back in.

Awful, waste of money. No lettuce on a kebab, missed the sauces. Less than bog standard. Previous owners cared more.

I've ordered a few burgers from this place in the past and more often than not, they forget to include the salad. So, you don't get what you paid for, even if the food is OK. Sort this out!

Only 2 staff seemed very stressed kebab was cold chips were OK told the boss gave me a £1 off really should av replaced food

Since been taken over uts flew down hill, worst quality kebab meat awful texture like eating card board must be the worst I've ever tasted can of coke came warm, forgot the garlic on cheese and chips only ordered 3 simple things and all awful 1 was a can of coke haha, never again, won't last long this joker

Tried to phone this shop for 30 mins at 9.0 clock on Monday 18 July. I asked for one of the drivers as I wanted something different, to be met by a voice, no not hear any more and put the phone down. I tried to phone again and was met with abuse , fumming I went over and was met by a little plump Indian which soon got my back up as he was messing about with food with his hands, how I never went behind the counter and put my hands round his plump knock I will never know. I used this shop every night for over 7 years, now that's money I have spent there, not now. He won't last long or before he gets shut down on food poison. If I meet this cheeky small man outside the shop he is in for a 6ft 3 in shock. A big one. Never ever have I been treated like that any place. DONT USE EVER.

I couldn't understand a word the guy on other end of phone was saying. It was clear he didn't understand me as I had to repeat myself constanly Safe to say my order was wrong and drinks missing. Won't order again

Tried to stay local and place an order for collection, the price quoted was more expensive than the leaflet I had originally collected. So questioned this and the girl asked someone else, then someone hung up the phone twice because they apparently wanted to use the phone so they said but told me to phone back. I did phine back to tell them what I thought and went elsewhere, obviously don't they need the business.

I’m sorry to leave a bad review but I’ve tried this place three times since new management and it’s really gone down hill, it use to be lovely, our local takeaway and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everything was cheap as chips taste amazing, where as now it’s just over cooked, tasteless, and they’ve got our order wrong twice. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but when you pay £3 for extra toppings on pizza (onions, pepper & garlic sauce) and they have missed them off twice, it’s not very acceptable. They put it right the second time, and were very professional about it, hence my 2 star, however, we had to drive back to the shop and then when we got back home the rest of the food was cold. The pizza was nice, however, with the hassle it made it less enjoyable. I’d stay away from parmo’s and wraps, the chicken is dry and tough and there was only 3 bits in a chicken wrap, considering they are £7.50, as for the Parmo, it was over cooked and very thin. I may give this place one more time, however I’m just disappointed it’s gone downhill.

Horrendous customer service. Pizza came late. Order was incorrect. Phoned to tell them and was told another hour for delivery. Then after an hour no pizza was delivered so called. Was told no delivery driver could deliver to me. Honestly, save yourself the hassle. Never ever using this abysmal place again.

Do yourself a favour and don't bother. The food is over priced and quite frankly disgusting. Pizza looked like a 5 year old had made it at home, the base was stale and the pizza itself tasted vile and went in the bin. The chicken kebab wasn't much better. I'm genuinely surprised the reviews they have on JustEat. I will never order from from here again.

I'm surprised, of poor reviews, as if this can get food great on good friday then it delivered, had special shawarma, kebab, chips etc, I had previously parmo's and still beautiful, ignore bad reviews try first, 2.7 redic low, 4 stars, its beautiful, happy feasting :-)

Been ordering from here for around 6 months. The pizzas are fantastic!

We have given the shop a second chance as the food is always good but delivery service is terrible, but again we waited over a hour and then got a completely wrong order. Will never use this shop again.

Best pizza we've had in a long time!!

I had to give 1 star as no stars were available We ordered from here on Thursday night when the food eventually came it was cold and the order incomplete, I phoned to explain that the order wasnt complete and was spoken to by a very rude man who tried to pass the blame on to the driver , he offered the replacement that wasnt in with the original order then told me I would have to pay again!!! I think not 😡 no apology was given and didnt receive the call back he was supposed to give me I will never order from this place again Rude unapologetic not to mention cold food and half the order

Ordered 10” pepperoni pizza and 10” garlic bread with large garlic sauce ended up with 12” pepperoni pizza and 12” garlic bread and half tub garlic sauce coz rest had spilled out into bag. Was charged for 12” too wouldn’t go here again

I went 2 the shop and ordered doner meat, which you'd expect 2 be warm...but mine wasn't. Poor quality. Only go there if you have to.

Every pizza is amazing , but the Inferno was so spicy that I only had one slice and one or two jãlapenos and my stomach was hurting like mad for the whole night

Pizza not cooked. Rang to advise, was informed could have a replacement . Wouldn't have another one!!!!!
