Been using this place for years...you can't beat it!

I placed an order at approximately 10.05pm last night via telephone. My order was placed & I paid with my debit card. At around 11pm, i rang to add to my order. I was informed my order had been despatched & I could not add to my order. Come 1am I still had not received any food?. I was not re-embursed or refunded until I went into the shop today! I spoke to the manager/owner (saji) eventually refunded. Very, very, poor service ❗️❗️ DO NOT USE THIS PLEACE ❗️❗️ SAJIS ADILAID TERRACE IS TH PLAC3 TO GO❗️

Disappointing. Good portion sizes but just very bland. Chicken Tikka had very little flavour, naan bread soggy and chips... Well just bland and disappointing.

Pizzas were really good, fresh well made, but the donner and the chips were so bad they didn’t even get eaten! Real shame as it kinda ruined the deal….

Food lovely would love garlic curry to have the same garlic they use on the garlic naan it’s like a puree. Prices have gone up so won’t get them as often. Food nearly 2 hours but still nice

Took two hours to arrive, food cold, delivery driver unapologetic, even after 2 calls to chase the food. Bit rubbish, given we’ve been ordering for about 30 years.

Munch box is unreal! Wor lass is proper fussy but she loves it! 10/10

I ordered a 12" Chicken Balti Pizza over the phone and requested this to be extra spicy. I was given a collection time of 15 minutes. I arrived promptly and collected my order, which was received pipping hot and on time. The pizza was amazing! See you soon.

haven't been here for so long since moving out of the area. they haven't changed still serving absolutely beautiful food. the owner is an always so polite and friendly, even took the time to come from the kitchen to have a catch up with me and even remembered my order I always get. if it wasnt so far away from where I live now I would be here every week. keep up the good work 👏

Just ordered from the menu used them for years asked for extra mint sauce just one arrived very rude one the phone even gave a £2 tip then he said if you want extras sauce you have to pay more and we have to charge again for delivery absolutely disgusting Im a regular customer your mistake no customer service at all thanks in advance the dinner your top drawer in customer care !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely brilliant. Food was nice and hot. Driver was polite and kept me updated. Walked to the entrance of the hotel to meet me. 10/10 for the driver.

All the food is excellent quality and the portion sizes are very generous. I'm not really a pizza person but I absolutely love the pizzas from here, the dough is soo fresh and ingredients extremly tasty. A must try, I really wouldn't go anywhere else for Indian food or pizza!

Just had a order of a tandoori mixed grill and we couldn't eat the chicken portion as it was grey in colour and smelt funny so went in the bin waste of money couldn't ring to complain as it was closed it has now put us off from ordering again from here

They got the order wrong. You let us down on the pervious order, we ask for half and half on a new pizza deal to recompense previous failures. They still get the sizes of each pizza wrong, and we do not have half and half. They happily put the prices up, Get in the bin. We will never order from here again. Thick buggers.

Will not order from here again. Everything was dry and freezing cold. Chips looked like they were a week old . It was that dry I made my own curry sauce! It was too expensive to bin , and we had been out all day and were hungry .

Got a chicken tikka masala pizza, no flavour what so ever, chips were black. Disappointed

1st time here and food was lovely the wife is very picky but not with this meal we both really enjoyed it I had chicken rogan Josh pelaw rice the wife had korma sauce garlic nan bread and chips

Ordered 12 inch pepperoni pizza and 14 inch masala pizza. Came as 14 inch pepperoni and 12 inch chicken tikka pizza. Rang the restaurant got nothing but “it’s not our fault” I said “okay well just refund the order because the order isn’t correct”, the response was “mate listen yeah it’s not about refund coz you paid the same no matter what” think that is a terrible response when getting someone’s order wrong and when it arrives it’s luke warm and the pepperoni is burnt. Lovely :)

Was inedible .worst Indian food I've ever ordered .Will be requesting a refund .27 pound just to go in the bin

Use the dinner often called tonight to place an order, they don’t sell a tandoori chicken starter anymore, asked if I could have a tandoori chicken leg in my tandoori mixed grill this was also impossible, asked to speak to the owner the lad on the phone says he’s on holiday, so a £76 order lost to another takeaway I’ll call and speak to the owner once he’s back of holiday and see what’s going on very very strange behaviour

Food always great from the Diner but yet again missing an item , this time a rice, which they said would take awhile to be delivered so ended up collecting ourselves. So paid delivery for nowt.

Delivery horrible…for £4 and 1,5h waiting, ok can deal with it to re-warm the food in the microwave.. but can’t recommend this takeaway anymore.. chipped a tooth on donner meat there was a piece of bone .. thanks

When my order was delivered the food was delicious and hot I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again

Ordered the food at 9 with the estimated time stating 22:00 before ordering. After placing the order this immediately changed to 22:30. After waiting till 22:13 we received a message saying it was delayed and it would be coming at 23:00. This was for an order of chips one pizza and a kebab. The food finally arrived at 23:15 and we did not even receive an apology or any sort of recognition from the driver. We usually order from my wife's account and have been going here for over 10 years as we used to live on the same street as the restaurant but moved 4 years ago but still pay the delivery fee to get it. But after this experience we will be looking for other options in the future.

Left out the chips on my order, they were delivered 30 minutes later which was quite pointless as I'd already ate most my meal

Never had a bad neal from here and have been using it for over 20 years. Keep it up

food was great the only reason i gave 4 stars is because i wanted a balti wrap but ended up with a really spicy madras type wrap and the big pizza came as the small pizza selection other than that it was still really nice and piping hot !

Curry was dry , not enough sauce and was cold

Ordered a large doner kebab with chips, well I wouldn't exactly call it LARGE, the size of the portion was ridiculously small. If that is the size of the "large" then I would hate to see what you would get for a regular portion! 13 very small chips is what you get with a large doner kebab meal! Absolute joke! Update! Was charged nearly £8 so definitely not a childs portion!

When we eventually got our order after ringing them it was delivered but no poppadoms or chips I rang them at 2225 got told they were closed I will never use them again and think I should have some compensation as use yourselves for other things as for the diner I would not recommend them to anyone

Lamb was very fatty bombay aloo didn't taste right poppadoms were soft usually the foods nice not today unfortunately

Was just sauce on pizzas not much chicken disappointment

I ordered my lamb karai her the lad on the phone was rude and the food was not eat able all the karai went in bin no lamb only gravi just like a microwave curry thanks for the disgusting food never order from this place again. Rude customer service. 09.04.2023

So disappointed tonight, we ordered 2 lamb and potato Balti's..i had one fingernail bit of lamb in the whole curry as did my partner....i know times are tough but filling your containers full of sauce and potato is shocking. If you cant afford the deal don't put it on your menu and cheat ur customers! I have given you 5 stars in the past but wont be back.

The food was hot and not bad tasting but the amount of meat was disgraceful! 4 small chunks of chicken or lamb in each main course for over £7 each. Won't be using them again.

Food was delicious however portion sizes of the nanbab was shocking for £9.75 should be a lot more then what you get other shops in area are better for the money.

Do not order from here. Used to be brilliant. If you ring up with a complaint they just give you attitude and hang up. Only wanted the food I ordered to not have a burnt pizza or under cooked chips. Told that the black on the pizza is how its supposed to be!

Arrived no garlic Nan bread and chicken Tikka mossala was open all over bag ah and no egg pilaw rice ? Never again very very disappointed

Food portion went really small considering the amount being paid for and how it use to be. nan bread was like plastic and the food just wasn't good as if I got it from some cheap takeaway rather than a established take out. a shame really, it use to be my go to takeaway.

The tandoori chicken starter was amazing, but that was the only thing that was good. Curry was very bland and needed more spice and meat, chips + Kebab was under cooked and not enough kebab in it and pizza was disappointing. First and last time going here.

First of all, the food was really late, despite calling and the restaurant saying another 10 minutes, it came 30 minutes late. In total, i had to wait 2 hours for my food which is ridiculous. Second of all, I should have received 2 portions of chips, one which was in the pizza deal and another that I ordered separately but I only received one portion, which is upsetting because I did not receive what I paid for. Absolutely disappointed and won’t be ordering again!

Chips were really bad and the nuggets were also lesser in taste.
