The Deck in Arun

Excellent variety of breakfast again my boys loved helping theirselves to what they wanted for breakfast, fried bread was awesome, the only thing that was bad was the coffee it was so bitter.

Like a canteen rather than a restaurant, the staff try hard to keep the floor and tables clean but there is not enough cleaners. On many occasions the food or plates run out . The ice cream machine was either broken or kept needing repairing, the bar was not stocked with the drinks advertised. The toilets both gents and ladies ( so my wife tells me) were disgusting definitely not had the floor cleaned all week we were there..... don't think I will be taking my family back to Butlins Bognor Regis, the worry is that is supposed to be the best of the three 😳

Just had a week day break at Butlins Bognor Regis for which I have left a general review. I am also reviewing The Deck separately as I believe this restaurant deserves special mention. Manager definitely had things well organised and I noticed he seemed to be in attendance from breakfast until closing after dinner. Staff were friendly despite being constantly busy clearing tables and cleaning generally. Self service food was replenished quickly and was of good quality. Very wide variety of good food at both breakfast and dinner. Various soft drinks on tap as well as wide range of good quality hot drinks. Very nice "to order" omelette station at breakfast. Considerably exceeded my expectations especially considering overall price of holiday.

Worse food ever your feet stuck to the floor food was awful worse than school dinners was supposed to be premier dinning my god it was awful queuing up was a nightmare had to wait ages quality of food was cheap and nasty we had the dinning plan breakfast and evening meal run out of tomato sauce it was a shambles didn't enjoy the experience at all

Food is pretty basic, breakfast is the best part by far. Avoid the chilli con carne, I had that, fortunately the rest of my family didn’t but I was up all night with d&v and for the following 3 days couldn’t keep anything down, when I complained to Butlins once I was feeling better they basically called me a liar and refused to address this without evidence of a test from my gp as this would have been a reportable incident. By this time it was too late to get that test as the poisoning had passed.

If you want good food at an affordable price then this is the place to be, full English served everyday and just about everything you could possibly want (eat as much as you like) evening meals is varied again eat as much as you like, lots of food cooked to order and to your liking,,,,an endless supply of food and drinks,,,,,,,,,,if this doesnt make you happy then maybe you should stay at home

Greg was the most amazing vibrant bubbly and fun waiter I’ve ever had, what a breath of fresh air. Looked after us so well and made us all smile and laugh so much! Thank you Greg and team! Food was incredible too !

It has took me a while to get my head straight after holiday at Butlins Bognor Regis. I was very happy with the food that was great. But a staff member called Angela was so unbelievable with a member of staff called Daniel so rude he was trying to help me with my kids and there meals. ANGELA came over so rude and said to Daniel what u doing he replied helping this lady she said can't she sort her own kids and swear at Daniel saying get on with the job ur suppose to do dont stand around. I felt for is man. I went down the following day and I could hear her picking on Daniel again. THIS IS BULLYING I will not be using that Deck anymore come to Butlins in Bognor Regis that women has a attitude problem

The staff are the best thing about the experience, especially Susan, who welcomed us each time and was crucial in my sight impaired son enjoying his food safely. Everything was clean, well run and pleasant.

Just really great food. 8-year-old daughter always loves it and eats well. Plenty of buffet-style food with plenty of choices. Staff always smiling and very happy to help.

£8.95 all you can eat breakfast. If you want a high quality very well cooked breakfast this is the place for you. Superb.

Just ok, not great value for money. Food was predicatable and really expensive for what it was. Service was decent but the resort was quiet.

Do not expect te eat after 7 pm food is removed by kitchen staff even if you are in the restaurant! !! Never experienced this before in a restaurant

My friend & I went to Butlins for the Ibiza Legends weekender. We paid for the breakfast & dinner package which was provided at Decks restaurant. The selection of food available was extensive, very tasty & to suit all dietary requirements. The staff were all very friendly on every visit. Definitely doing it again next time.

So much choice and really great food. I particularly enjoyed the carvery but we usually tried 2 or 3 different main courses as well as a hot pudding!

Such good value - you could eat as much as you wanted of this great food. So much choice even for the fussy eaters. The carvery was my favourite but there was just about everything you could thing off

All the staff were really friendly and helpful and although busy at times we could always find a table.There was a great selection of food at every meal and it was all fresh and hot.Drinks were included too at both breakfast and dinner - making it good value overall

its ok for a variety of food at a fair price, what I would strongly suggest arrive when opening to get the best quality of food that has not been attacked by some unworthy customers

For a restaurant that deals with so many customers through a buffett, this place was very good. A good range of food also for vegetarians and plentiful. Children could help themselves and often did especially the ice cream machine.

Clean food hall n so many choices of different types of foods to eat! Lovely food n delicious puddings!! Also chef very obliging to anyone with special dietary needs.. all waitresses very happy n helpful

We popped in here just the once and the food was awful, veg was not fresh all frozen and warmed, carrots were soggy, THe salad bar was a joke...all messed up with other foods..saw plenty of kids going round sticking there fingers in and then walking away...no control what so ever from parents..just a free for all massive bundle....couldn't wait to get out!

Large scale catering done very well. Good choice of dishes for both ourselves and our children - very helpful restaurant staff.

I was impressed by the quality of the food and the variety. As a vegetarian, there was always something to eat!

The food was lukewarm, and tasteless. The decor needs updating. This venue has toilets, and self serve drinks.

This is the deal you need, £8 or £7:95, all you can eat, every good selection most days full English, we even had mushrooms one day, there are cereals, fruit again we had bananas one day, they have pancakes, pastries, rolls continental with ham and cheeses, yogurts, compotes, I can't think of anything that wasn't there except mushrooms and bananas, every day, self service on 3 servicing stations so not long queues, tea, coffee fruit juices etc out of machines which where ok at the begining of service but got watery later on, but on the whole really good value for money

Buffet style food, was packed when I visited, everyone pushing past each other, dirty plates piled on the tables, food on the floor. Would definite avoid this restaurant.
