The Crown Shard End in Birmingham

Children left walking up and down the seats or crawling on the floor (parents, you must take responsibility please), plus one blonde (!) woman vaping not caring at all about children being there and about people eating meals; the staff did not seem to be bothered. Awful experience.

After our plans changed we ended up at the crown on the Saturday afternoon of the weekend of the celebrations. Pleased we did they were all set up for a afternoon of live music. Even though it was a bit quiet at first the lady vocalist sang as though the place was full. The beer went down well and all the staff were working hard to make the day special. A free buffet was put on for all to enjoy. Thank you for a great day.

La primera vez que almorcé aquí y la familia seguía entusiasmada, así que para el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños decidimos unirnos a ellos. La comida era deliciosa, caliente, sabrosa y abundante.

Lovely atmosphere, great food at a great price and really nice pint. really helpful when i was booking my daughters party upstairs! they outdone themselves with the hot buffet they laid on it was lush!
