Great location friendly locals, ,lovely staff friendly and accommodating, good pub food ,great deals to be had. Dogs allowed in non carpeted areas, garden and to the right when you enter the pub. I have tried Hotdogs really good not Frankfurt type more Bratwurst type, the fry's could have gone one/two minutes more in the fryer they are consistent so if you like your Fry's just cooked your ok if you want them crispy say "can you get chef to do an extra minute or two on the fries's " the Curly fries are my favourite "dirty version" are good the same thing that the fries need an extra minute or two in the frier it's my personal opinion.. They are cooked but I personally think they have got the time on the frying slightly off. Again my opinion only.. Not bad but not what "Mumma used to make.Fish and chips can't go wrong. everything I've had is consistently the same which is very good . they really do try to help, so take my "Review" with a pinch of salt we are all different 👌🏾👍🏾.

I had my book launch event at the Crown. The service and care was brilliant. The staff so accommodating. I chose the Bronze Buffet for my event. My guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. Absolutely loved it. I definitely would come to The Crown for a social evening to relax, and I most definitely recommend it to hold your event.

Had the opportunity of visiting this lovely pub last Saturday to attend my cousin's book launch. I was very impressed with the ambience and the welcoming effect for a pub. The cleanliness of the pub was exceptional. The food was absolutely on points. I had Fish and chips and the fish was cooked so lovely it was morish . The bar staff service was so warm and friendly and very accommodating. On the whole the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

I come here once or twice a month when visiting my mum with her grandkids, we always come for lunch, the food is great and the staff are always polite, helpful and have a good sense of banter I would definitely recommend it to families with small children

The mains were very good- particularly the chicken burger which was crispy and delicious. The desserts were a bit disappointing (had the profiteroles and the brownie). Convenient parking and good service. Excellent value and will visit again.

We went to view the final match between England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and Spain 🇪🇸 in the pub. It's a proper English pub and enhanced the feel of " Unity in Diversity ". My table was booked as required and requested. Outstanding management skills by the manager " Kareena". The other staff members, including the security staff were great too. Good customer service, but ambience and food management could have been better. Our happiness could have been multiplied many more times if our country ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 won the match -- however it was good to see everyone irrespective of country, colour, religion or sex were cheering for the victory ✌️ of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.. . We all were a bit upset with the results-- however " Paradise Lost "- will be " Paradise Regained "- .. I am hopeful and optimistic about our next Euro Cup Victory.. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU. You tackled the crowd very effectively and efficiently. We would surely revisit your pub and recommend it to our friends and family.. 😊

All over rather disappointing, very average place. The food was nothing to write about, service spotty- the young guy at the bar was rather rude and seemed very disinterested. Others were better and friendly. Nice quiet location.

First time visiting as they took bookings for the Euros. After making my appt online, I called to check something and spoke to a really lovely helpful employee who made me excited for our visit. When we arrived, an hour early, we were shown to a great table outside. Bar staff were all helpful and organised the football mayhem! Got talking to some regulars who were also lovely. We will def make this our sports pub in the future!

This was my 1st visit since the place was renovated last year found the servic good and quick and the food most enjoyable and a nice peaceful atmosphere

Visited with 2 families of kids and staff were so lovely and accommodating. Food was great, good value, everyone enjoyed their meals and there was something for everyone. Free parking made it an easy spot to meet. Will be back!

Lovely local pub with conform food, nice garden

This day was my eldest nephews birthday and we were lucky to be able to book a table for 11 family members when England was playing in the European cup, which we won. The food was amazing and so filling, I had 3 sausages with mash. Other family members ordered chicken pie & mash, ribs and chips, massive burgers amongst other food. I cannot say enough about the food and service we received it made my nephew's birthday that much better. Everyone there were so friendly. A great time was definitely had

Lovely food good choice friendly staff will definitely come again

This is the first time me and my family and I have come to this pub and we had our dinner here. From starters to the main and a couple of drinks. I tell you this much me and my family were not disappointed at all. We will definitely be visiting again. They also have ample car parking. Once you enter the pub, enter your number plate into the tablet then you can relax. One thing I must say is we wanted to have dessert, but me and my family and I were full to the max from the starters and main, although the dessert looked very delicious from the menu I saw.

Very rude and bad customer service bartender with the glasses was showing me and my family very bad attitude I don’t know if he was having a bad day or they just employ rude disrespectful people anyways bad atmosphere didn’t feel wanted their and overall just a bad experience don’t recommend bringing your family or friends here.

Really lovely pub been going for a few years now really nice after renovation, food is great and the staff is lovely. Careena and the team really take pride in thier work and its makes the experirlence even better ! Highly reccomend !!!!

Unpleasantly loud music, outside in the garden. I'm surprised the neighbours don't complain. We couldn't even hear ourselves think. We had one drink each and then escaped from that hell hole as quickly as we could

Great value pub, and lovely locals and atmosphere. They play all major games, have a good sized beer garden. Matt is the gm there and you can tell he cares about the pub..hands on and it's nice to see! Recommend this local pub.

The food was good, we ordered chicken tender, sausage and mash and profiteroles. The most impressive thing is price. It’s lower the average and I would say quite reasonable.

I am a doctor working in the NHS. I desperately needed to charge my car so that I could get to work and not put patients at risk. It is an honour and privilege to serve the public in this way. These people have sent me a £100 parking fine for charging my car there. I did not park, I just charged and left. Absolutely despicable, I don't know how you can live with yourselves and sleep at night.

As somebody with allergies, food was laid on for an event but I couldn't eat any of it. Others

Based on previous experiences, I avoided the pub for over a year. I had previously sent Mitchell and Butler a complaint but didn't notice/receive a reply from them. Today, I was extremely happy with my service from Lenny the barman and the person that I believe to be the manager (Kyle). As things stand, I will return when working locally. I sincerely hope that the M&B area manager is forwarded a copy of this review. Kudos to the whole team.

Some locals people get out of order in there some time they should tell them not to bang the table

We booked a table for a Birthday party, arrived there to find out that the table was given to another guests. They sat us at two different tables so we couldn’t sit with our guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place. On top of that they have a lot of food shortage.

I've been here a few times for lunch now, and (rarely for me) I've given them the full five stars - the food is consistently good, and very good value. Nice atmosphere at lunchtime. Mostly locals having a drink. The non-meat options are interesting, and you don't feel like you've been short-changed. I look forward to trying them all. Watch out for the step at the front of the building.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday in this wonderful pub at the weekend the staff couldn't do enough for me so fantastic 😊 The food was exceptional the service platinum great music I cant recommend The Crown enough for holding what ever celebrations you might want to hold there My family and friends had the best time Matt the landlord and his fabulous staff thank you and Paris you did a brilliant job taking pictures of the whole evening priceless I will be for ever thankful 🥰🥰

Service is great, friendly staff, they are very helpful. Foods are like Hervester, family type restaurant, no roast. But prices are reasonable. Free parking for guests. Location is in Northolt Village, county side atmosphere.

This would have been 2 stars but for the universally pleasant staff. The young barman who informed me that none of the 3 real ales was available was pleasant. The young lady chef who came from the kitchen to inform me that one of the starters I had ordered through their app was unavailable was pleasant. The young man who came to the table to inform me that the cider I had ordered through their app was unavailable was pleasant. This pub has to be judged against the leader in the market, Wetherspoons. It comes off the loser in every aspect. Service at the bar was slow, even though there were 4 bar staff who appeared to be working fast. Wetherspoons are consistently quicker. Drink prices are much higher than Wetherspoons. The food quality was ok canteen standard.

It took a long time for our food to arrive because there was a large order before we arrived and only one member of staff serving.

We booked an are for my Aunts wake and the service we got was outstanding. Matt was lovely so helpful and had everything set up and organised so we could just celebrate my aunts life without any worries.

Quite a pleasant pub near Northolt station. Lots of space, nice interior design. Staff were nice and served guests quickly. I wish they had a wider selection of beers. Except for Guinness, all they had was lager. I did not try their food but I'll definitely will next time I'm there.

We Just had the most amazing Christmas dinner party at The Crown Northolt and the staff were so amazing, kind and so helpful. Food was so tasty and delicious the chef was brilliant. The staff serving were just the best. Really had an amazing night and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely returning thank you.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon for a Birthday Party. The bar staff absolutely worked there socks off to accommodate two large parties. Nothing was too much trouble and made us all feel very welcome. Drinks were fine.The only negative would be some of the food was over cooked. But for the price we were more than happy. Will visit again.

I came here tonight to get away from the house dramas. What I got here loud people enjoying the football match. Clapping on everything. I wish this place had a separation for those trying to relax and could hear their own voice.

The only thing i was disappointed with was hot chocolate. 1st time came cold, when they brought 2nd one just tasted of water.

The Crown is such a wonderful place. Mat - The Manager has done such an AWESOME JOB bringing the pub back to how it was years ago. Antonio is one of the best bar staff in years and the other bar staff are awesome.

Always very welcoming. Never any trouble in the crown. Good food most of the time. Sometimes the food is cold but other than that it Need to do more of a different variety of food.

I stumble across the Crown when on our walk. I noticed the pub looked refurbished, and we decided to stop for dinner and drinks with a group of friends. The place looks nice inside and has a nice beer garden with TV outside. The food was god, typical pub food, and the service fairly quick, providing that the place was packed being Sunday afternoon. We will certainly visit again.

Manager Matthew is a robbing git,won £100 on fruit machine 4 weeks ago and was promised to refund me in a few days,100 calls to him and no answer rang pub landline number and can hear him in back ground and makes excuses,rang fruit machine company up and was told they will refund him but he still 4 weeks later hasn’t and still not answering my calls, beware people when paying on card as the receipt he prints off from cash machine has your card number on

Staff are fantastic and always accommodating, always get a warm welcome from the manager matthew. Food comes out hot and quickly. I enjoy coming here with my friends and family. Keep up the good work
