Great food and drinks for a good price. Lovely pub to come to for a meal or just drinks.

My husband and I went to the crown last night was very disappointed in the service and food my cola in my drink was flat the food order was mixed up prawns were bone dry we had chicken wings to share it was terrible dry as hell when my husband order the rib side it was burnt when we spoke to de person that served our table he just laughed at us will not be returning to this place again what a mess up for valentine's day😳

Me and my partner came to The crown, after a 8 hour boat trip from London, on our way home back to the north of England, we were absolutely freezing and starving, the staff went well out of their way to accommodate and make us feel welcome, the food was absolutely delicious, tables cleaned promptly, the staff are a credit to this pub/restaurant, anyone visiting the area should 100% try this gem out, we’re leaving feeling full and buzzing, what an atmosphere.

What a gem in the midst of Northolt. Highly recommended. The manager Chris provided outstanding service and hats off to the chef for preparing such delicious dishes. We had an office lunch and every dish was a culinary delight. A must visit for everyone. Fish & Chips to die for. Thank you guys for a lovely lunch

Visited as it’s local to me and found quite but bubbly atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, simple but comforting food. Paula and Anita were accommodating and very pleasant. Could see that this place has many regular customers, who absolutely feel at home in the Crown, so you can count me as another one!

I’ve been here many times, I took my time to leave this review. Food is quality!, brilliant offers and reasonable prices, most importantly the staff with no exception! and services is amazing. I come here to work from home sometimes I can’t complain about the atmosphere it really feels like home. Dog friendly (Jake-0) loves it here. Free parking available. I have been to most places around, this is by far the best and I hope it stays as it is. I came here tonight to get away from the house dramas. What I got here loud people enjoying the football match. Clapping on everything. I wish this place had a separation for those trying to relax and could hear their own voice.

I had dinner here with my sister and we all had the fish and chips which was very tasty and we met the new manager that was doing the rounds which was very helpful.

I didn't feel welcomed and the the service was really poor. Staffs were not approachable at all and was extremely rude. It's a shame because the food and the drinks were really good but would definitely not come back again

Upon entering the staff were rude and not accommodating. Was asked to order food and drinks from table even though there was enough staff on! Could not even provide water when asked twice! Response given was "give me two minutes"! I would not recommend or entertain this bad establishment as the service was really poor. AVOID.

Pub is nice and excellent staff. But careful when you visit this place if you dont want to up with a parking charge notice of £85 on top of your food bill. My rating is based on my experience with parking and the response I got from management when I contacted them with the parking issue.

First time coming here and this is by far the BEST PUB i have ever been to. The food was Good quality and nicely priced. The atmosphere was LIT, the jukebox is definitely my favourite part. We had a lot of fun. Shout out to Paula & Lucy for their excellent customer service, theyre both hilarious and i love them both very much!!

Great location friendly locals, ,lovely staff friendly and accommodating, good pub food ,great deals to be had. Dogs allowed in non carpeted areas, garden and to the right when you enter the pub. I have tried Hotdogs really good not Frankfurt type more Bratwurst type, the fry's could have gone one/two minutes more in the fryer they are consistent so if you like your Fry's just cooked your ok if you want them crispy say "can you get chef to do an extra minute or two on the fries's " the Curly fries are my favourite "dirty version" are good the same thing that the fries need an extra minute or two in the frier it's my personal opinion.. They are cooked but I personally think they have got the time on the frying slightly off. Again my opinion only.. Not bad but not what "Mumma used to make.Fish and chips can't go wrong. everything I've had is consistently the same which is very good . they really do try to help, so take my "Review" with a pinch of salt we are all different 👌🏾👍🏾.

I had my book launch event at the Crown. The service and care was brilliant. The staff so accommodating. I chose the Bronze Buffet for my event. My guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. Absolutely loved it. I definitely would come to The Crown for a social evening to relax, and I most definitely recommend it to hold your event.

Had the opportunity of visiting this lovely pub last Saturday to attend my cousin's book launch. I was very impressed with the ambience and the welcoming effect for a pub. The cleanliness of the pub was exceptional. The food was absolutely on points. I had Fish and chips and the fish was cooked so lovely it was morish . The bar staff service was so warm and friendly and very accommodating. On the whole the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

I come here once or twice a month when visiting my mum with her grandkids, we always come for lunch, the food is great and the staff are always polite, helpful and have a good sense of banter I would definitely recommend it to families with small children

Slow service for food, but the 2 ladies on site did the best they could, considering it was just the 2 of them with the number of customers. Overall, very good.

The mains were very good- particularly the chicken burger which was crispy and delicious. The desserts were a bit disappointing (had the profiteroles and the brownie). Convenient parking and good service. Excellent value and will visit again.

We went to view the final match between England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and Spain 🇪🇸 in the pub. It's a proper English pub and enhanced the feel of " Unity in Diversity ". My table was booked as required and requested. Outstanding management skills by the manager " Kareena". The other staff members, including the security staff were great too. Good customer service, but ambience and food management could have been better. Our happiness could have been multiplied many more times if our country ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 won the match -- however it was good to see everyone irrespective of country, colour, religion or sex were cheering for the victory ✌️ of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.. . We all were a bit upset with the results-- however " Paradise Lost "- will be " Paradise Regained "- .. I am hopeful and optimistic about our next Euro Cup Victory.. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU. You tackled the crowd very effectively and efficiently. We would surely revisit your pub and recommend it to our friends and family.. 😊

All over rather disappointing, very average place. The food was nothing to write about, service spotty- the young guy at the bar was rather rude and seemed very disinterested. Others were better and friendly. Nice quiet location.

First time visiting as they took bookings for the Euros. After making my appt online, I called to check something and spoke to a really lovely helpful employee who made me excited for our visit. When we arrived, an hour early, we were shown to a great table outside. Bar staff were all helpful and organised the football mayhem! Got talking to some regulars who were also lovely. We will def make this our sports pub in the future!

This was my 1st visit since the place was renovated last year found the servic good and quick and the food most enjoyable and a nice peaceful atmosphere

Visited with 2 families of kids and staff were so lovely and accommodating. Food was great, good value, everyone enjoyed their meals and there was something for everyone. Free parking made it an easy spot to meet. Will be back!

Lovely local pub with conform food, nice garden

This day was my eldest nephews birthday and we were lucky to be able to book a table for 11 family members when England was playing in the European cup, which we won. The food was amazing and so filling, I had 3 sausages with mash. Other family members ordered chicken pie & mash, ribs and chips, massive burgers amongst other food. I cannot say enough about the food and service we received it made my nephew's birthday that much better. Everyone there were so friendly. A great time was definitely had

Lovely food good choice friendly staff will definitely come again

This is the first time me and my family and I have come to this pub and we had our dinner here. From starters to the main and a couple of drinks. I tell you this much me and my family were not disappointed at all. We will definitely be visiting again. They also have ample car parking. Once you enter the pub, enter your number plate into the tablet then you can relax. One thing I must say is we wanted to have dessert, but me and my family and I were full to the max from the starters and main, although the dessert looked very delicious from the menu I saw.

Very rude and bad customer service bartender with the glasses was showing me and my family very bad attitude I don’t know if he was having a bad day or they just employ rude disrespectful people anyways bad atmosphere didn’t feel wanted their and overall just a bad experience don’t recommend bringing your family or friends here.

Unpleasantly loud music, outside in the garden. I'm surprised the neighbours don't complain. We couldn't even hear ourselves think. We had one drink each and then escaped from that hell hole as quickly as we could

Great value pub, and lovely locals and atmosphere. They play all major games, have a good sized beer garden. Matt is the gm there and you can tell he cares about the pub..hands on and it's nice to see! Recommend this local pub.

The food was good, we ordered chicken tender, sausage and mash and profiteroles. The most impressive thing is price. It’s lower the average and I would say quite reasonable.

Lovely oldy worldy pub in a green and oldy worldy part of Northolt. Ideal place for a beer and to take your dog.

I am a doctor working in the NHS. I desperately needed to charge my car so that I could get to work and not put patients at risk. It is an honour and privilege to serve the public in this way. These people have sent me a £100 parking fine for charging my car there. I did not park, I just charged and left. Absolutely despicable, I don't know how you can live with yourselves and sleep at night.

As somebody with allergies, food was laid on for an event but I couldn't eat any of it. Others

Based on previous experiences, I avoided the pub for over a year. I had previously sent Mitchell and Butler a complaint but didn't notice/receive a reply from them. Today, I was extremely happy with my service from Lenny the barman and the person that I believe to be the manager (Kyle). As things stand, I will return when working locally. I sincerely hope that the M&B area manager is forwarded a copy of this review. Kudos to the whole team.

Some locals people get out of order in there some time they should tell them not to bang the table

We booked a table for a Birthday party, arrived there to find out that the table was given to another guests. They sat us at two different tables so we couldn’t sit with our guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place. On top of that they have a lot of food shortage.

I've been here a few times for lunch now, and (rarely for me) I've given them the full five stars - the food is consistently good, and very good value. Nice atmosphere at lunchtime. Mostly locals having a drink. The non-meat options are interesting, and you don't feel like you've been short-changed. I look forward to trying them all. Watch out for the step at the front of the building.

Service is great, friendly staff, they are very helpful. Foods are like Hervester, family type restaurant, no roast. But prices are reasonable. Free parking for guests. Location is in Northolt Village, county side atmosphere.

This would have been 2 stars but for the universally pleasant staff. The young barman who informed me that none of the 3 real ales was available was pleasant. The young lady chef who came from the kitchen to inform me that one of the starters I had ordered through their app was unavailable was pleasant. The young man who came to the table to inform me that the cider I had ordered through their app was unavailable was pleasant. This pub has to be judged against the leader in the market, Wetherspoons. It comes off the loser in every aspect. Service at the bar was slow, even though there were 4 bar staff who appeared to be working fast. Wetherspoons are consistently quicker. Drink prices are much higher than Wetherspoons. The food quality was ok canteen standard.

It took a long time for our food to arrive because there was a large order before we arrived and only one member of staff serving.

We booked an are for my Aunts wake and the service we got was outstanding. Matt was lovely so helpful and had everything set up and organised so we could just celebrate my aunts life without any worries.
