I have been visiting this establishment for several months and have noticed the food is never quite the same even though the chef remains the same, the plates, forks and the cups are dirty and have residue someone needs to wash up or invest into a dish washer. Every restaurant plays music which I enjoy but your popped/blown tv speakers give me a migraine god knows how the other customers will cope, please sort the toilets out so dirty for a restaurant can you guys not employ a cleaner it would boost your restaurant and your hygiene rating. This restaurant has potential but the management need to start caring and pull their finger out before the council come and cause problems.

Really disappointed with my experience today in Royal E Punjab restaurant. I believe that I was purposely ignored and made to wait for my food far too long ,people who came in way later than me were served before me. I was made so unwelcome and therefore would never go back or recommend to anyone else. Really very poor experience never expected to be treated like this.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. I have tried many lovely Indian restaurants in my time but Royal E Punjab Greenford is definitely up there in my top 3. Food is always delicious, staff very friendly and welcoming. Love this place

Visitor to the area and picked this place as was near to our place of stay. My companions had Saag lamb and chicken tikka masala dishes and they thought the lamb was cooked.to absolute perfection. I had a delicious fish dish and this was amazing too. Very well priced, lovely clean place and you could view the chef cooking your meal, friendly staff, would recommend and would visit again. Absolutely superb food. Wanted a local restaurant whilst away on work and having eaten at many Indian restaurants, this is most definitely up there with some of the best dishes I’ve had. The onion bhaji was spot on (huge portion). Lovely staff too. A pity it was quiet but equally a good thing! I would definitely return. Impressed with the value for money. Thank you.

Excellent experience yesterday because of the staff and food was too delicious and chef and waitress their service was too nice and i felt that this is my family’s restaurant. Recommend everybody to come this place because of the best indian food in royal e punjab greenford(west london).

Very bad experience yesterday. Unhygienic place the plates and cutlery was so dirty and sticky . Food was either too saucy or too dry . I regret going there as we use to go to other indian restaurants very often . Feeling sick 🤢 now . Required staff training and food hygiene.

ordered online and after accepting order called to say won’t be able to deliver because they are too busy with customers in shop. No apologies or any decent offering just a call to basically say call delivery company and sort yourself off. Please don’t waste your time expecting food will arrive even if they have accepted and preparing order.

Before I put the main reason for the 1 ⭐️ I would like to say that the Food from this Restaurant has always been Superb & reasonably priced. The reason I am complaining is that I ordered from this Restaurant via Uber Eats on the weekend. I ordered around 21:00 ready for when my Son came home from a long day at work. Literally 2 mins before it was due my order got Cancelled 😡 I rang the Restaurant for an explanation but they never answered. By this time it was late & not many places were open so my Son was without a Dinner he had been craving all day & instead had to do with a quick rustle up from home. Not sure who is to blame but either way this Bad Service has had a reflection on this Restaurants Customer Service. I won’t be using them again nor will I be using Uber Eats!!

A gem of a restaurant hidden away! Food was some of the best food I tasted. The mixed grill was tasty and cooked to perfection. The chef is clearly skilled- all the dishes ( butter chicken, chilli chicken, and paneer) were very tasty. The mango shake had just the right amount of sweetness! The waitress was attentive. All in all a very good meal which was good value for money. Will 100% recommend this place. Decor not look like much but the chef makes this place worth it!

Lovely local place for authentic punjabi food. We had 12 people for a family dinner. Would recommend the kebabs and tandoori chicken. Fresh tandoori roti and naans were fantastic. It was quiet in the restaurant but this was after new years; didnt spoil the experience and was good for us personally not being in a rowdy environment. Waitress was a very sweet. Thank you

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this place. Some of the best curries we’ve ever had and we tend to go to Indian restaurants a lot. The staff were super attentive, super friendly and the chef cooks the food in front of you. They’ve recently had a bit of a refurb but honestly it’s a fantastic place to eat, it was also very reasonably priced and they don’t add service charge. We wanted the staff to get the tips so make sure to bring cash with you if you want to tip them

We had the office party around 35 people, and everyone enjoyed food . service was good , and music we danced there was fantastic

I had ordered Shahi Paneer via Uber eats, but got chicken curry instead. I'm a vegetarian by birth one of my friend spotted it and gave me a heads up. I will complain and take this to the next level, legally if possible.

Food is amazing, quality of staff are great. I’ve been here many times and always a great visit. The only thing I wish to say is please put out a drinks menu on “Just Eat & Uber Eats”. Apart from that, delicious!

The quality has gone really bad not what it used to be. I've been ordered food from here for 3 year's, today food was awful. Every item so spicy. Only nan was edible. Ordered 2 nan received 1. Tarka dal described as 5 differed lentil I received Toor dhal. Matar paneer English tomato soup with peas & paneer. Riata was watered down very little cucumber and packed with chilli's. No quality

Order two chciken briyani the chciken could of been cooked for longer...the briyani was way to spicy should give an option if you want it spicy or not ..yes probably the worst briyani I have had and won't be ordering again

WORST PLACE EVERR. A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS who doesn’t know the basics of Customer Service. I ordered food from this restaurant via Uber Eats and these scammers cancelled my order in the last minute and took out my money. It was a big amount and I’ve been waiting for days for the refund. REFUND BACK MY MONEY!!!!! I’m sure their food is as dirty as their mindset.

Passed through this place whilst in the area, the chef greets everyone personally and whips up dishes in under 10 minutes, staff are attentive and polite and the food is absolutely phenomenal. I would say it’s the best Indian restaurant this side of West London. Superb.

Found metal piece in to the biryani. My pregnant wife was about to swallow it. Called the restaurant the denied. Complained to the food standards. Please don’t order from here. God know what they make us eat. Please be safe.

WOW! Just wow at how delicious the food from this restaurant is. Several times one of us said, “these are the best samosa’s I’ve ever had.” Also best butter chicken in all of England. So happy to find actually flavorful Butter Chicken that isn’t sweet. The lamb was also so incredibly tender and delicious. The Aloo Saag was great even if the potatoes were a very thick. 10/10 recommend. It probably doesn’t get better.

The food was just amazing, well seasoned, tasty and arrived piping hot. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the chef was the only person there and he was so busy it took time for our food. I think it was priced a bit high for the meal we had.

The rice was not fresh at all it tasted stale as soon as I bought it I had to ask for a refund they said No I’m not happy with this service

Ordered a delivery from this curry house and it was some of the best punjabi food I have ever eaten. Can't reccomend it enough, even gave them a call to say how good the food was and they were very humble. Hoping they can keep up this high standard!

Ordered spicy biryani, came extremely spicy with chilis every bite, ordered bread pakora, was small, other places bread pakora are big, paid for a can of coke didnt get it, i guess this is my downfall for ordering directly from the restaurant rather then just eat, if i ordered from just eat they would have compensated for the missing coke, average food. Ritas chili chaat or apna punjab is way better wont be ordering from here, how can you be so irresponsible to forget my drink, not only that the people who answer the phone dont seem to understand english properly.
