I have been eating here for many years and always really enjoyed the food, BUT recently learned that they have now been awarded a 1-STAR food hygiene rating by the council. Until I see that they have rectified their problems in this area and are back up to at least 4-star, I won't be risking my health. Posting to warn others. Given all their price increases, you'd think they'd at least clean and maintain their kitchens and store food properly.

Why have JustEat changed my delivery address ? I don't live at number 1, I live at flat 2, number 15. I had to stand in the road to stop the driver.

I actually ordered Rice Noodles but Rice was delivered however, it tasted ok.

This really saddens me to write as it used to be my favourite Chinese in Ealing. I used to order regularly as it was the best in the area however the quality of food has really declined over the last years and I much prefer another Chinese to this now. I was very disappointed with my latest order and literally grew bored of eating in the middle of my very bland meal.

Tiptop food, restaurant quality. The delivery driver was very polite and was on time and the Singapore noodles and sweet-and-sour chicken were absolutely first-class. I'm extremely impressed and I will be re-ordering. Thank you.

I use to order from here Years & Years ago and I thought I’d give it another go this evening. It was Very disappointing, I was very excited to receive my order as I was very hungry. But quality of the food wasn’t great the rice and my sweet-and-sour chicken tasted a little odd.. the sweet-and-sour sauce tasted a bit soapy. The spring rolls were flat with not very much filling. Not very impressed at all. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again.

Ordered the Singapore Rice Noodle and it's great - Good texture and not greasy at all. At just £6.5 it's definitively good value. Surely will come back!

The food was a well packed and full of flavour as normal. There was an issue with my order but the restaurant quickly and efficiently corrected the error and with great customer focus. Strongly recommended.

Have always liked this local Chinese takeout, so was really happy to see it on Just Eat. The food is generous and good, The service is really good. And the Just Eat service and delivery was really good. Very happy!

Fantastic food yet again, everything was excellent, deep fried shredded beef, chicken black bean, salt and pepper prawns, egg fried rice and mini spring rolls. It just gets better and better. So hot, fresh, well seasoned and absolute delight. Highly recommended.

Exactly what we wanted- take away standard but packed with flavour and quality unlike other takeaways - onions were not the main ingredient. Delicious ribs, stir fry and tofu, prawn crackers made a good impression from the start - nice and fired in fresh oil . We will definitely be back *****

I've been using Golden Dragon for twenty years. Best Chinese Take-Away in West London. Great food and really quick service.

Blackbean is a bit disappointing, as was sweetcorn chicken soup. Peking chicken was delicious though!

the delivery man got lost called me three times asking for directions normally deliveries arrive to my flat door but in this case i was asked to pick the food up from the main entrance (fair enough), and I received another phone call exactly 2 minutes afterwards (I was in the lift almost on the ground floor) with the request to hurry up as another customer was complaining about another delivery being late

Wrong order - deliver 2 pak Choi in garlic when I ordered one in garlic and one in oyster sauce

I ordered a Chicken Curry, but the curry sauce was more like a watery gravy, lacking anything that was even near a taste of curry, very disappointed never tasted anything as bad as it. The chicken satay skewers were lovely though.

New to the area and looking for a decent Chinese to make my regular. Ordered a beef curry it was so bland it was pointless even eating it Special Fried Rice it was also very bland Chips were ok Spring rolls was bland and very greasy Spicy chicken wings were bland and not spicy spicy at all, tossed in some greasy onions. Overall a very disappointing order we spent £30 and it was not worth a single penny. I’m sure there are better Chinese takeaways around here

Was actually a realy nice Chinese

Pork meat balls looked and were disgusting. The kind of processed meat where you don’t know which bit of the animal you are actually eating and if it is meat at all. Sweet & sour sauce did not come with the traditional pineapples and vegetables. Fried rice was too oily. Pak Choi’s were a bit undercooked and insipid. And finally there is no dessert on the menu. All of it heavy in the stomach after meal. Not a good experience.

This was the second time we ordered from the golden dragon. It was a Wednesday evening and everything went fine. The food was good and was ready at the correct collection time. The other time we ordered was a Saturday evening and just before the collection time we received a call to say there would be a 30 minute delay so we cancelled and got a refund. I would have no problem ordering again at a quiet time

My order is wrong. We are missing an item and given something we never ordered.

Food was pretty average and I thought expensive for what it was. The chicken in the chicken fried rice and sweet and sour balls, a bit over cooked and bland, although the batter was nice. Food arrived 15 mins earlier than requested.

Re-found this great takeaway during lockdown, very good food, always fresh and tasty...the crispy duck is amazing just how I remember it from our old favourite restaurant (August Moon) And the delivery has always been on time and very friendly.

I had never tried crispy duck from here before. A quarter duck was enough for 3 people although you only get 6 pancakes. The duck was juicy and very tasty. I also tried beancurd for a change which was actually very nice.

Our first delivery from here since lockdown and food was excellent. We had shredded beef, chicken in black bean sauce, mini spring rolls, salt and pepper prawns and egg fried rice. Total cost about £20 and delivery in 15 minutes. Will use again for sure.

Not a bad little place, nothing really to write about l! But okay for a quick taste of the orient! They charge for sauce!!!! And very tight when asking for condiments!

Best Chinese takeaway restaurant, it’s very hard to find a decent Chinese for takeaway and with a reasonable price, however in Golden Dragon you pay for what you get. Great quality food and very tasty as well as the portions being good. I order there a lot so I had so many things there but my favorite would be the shredded beef which is perfectly crispy and not hard like most Chinese, all the chow mains are great and the Singapore noodles, spring rolls are fabulous and my favorite bbq ribs and ribs in peking sauce, huge portions, lots of sauce and an amazing quality and value. The service is also amazing and the driver always remembers me and is very very nice. Places like this just make you want to order every day

I highly recommend Golden Dragon. Always delicious and fresh. It’s literally my favourite takeaway and I order it quite often (probably too often, but just can’t resist😂). Definitely number 1️⃣!!! 💗💗

Friendly service but the food was plain and not enough veg.

We recently moved into the area and we love Golden Dragon. They have a 5 star hygiene rating and the food is really nice and good portions. The staff can be brusk but I think they deal with a lot. While I was there to collect a take away the manager was on the phone trying to sort out a situation where there driver had food snatched off him and the door slammed in his face without payment. A smile and a wink goes a long way x

Walked in waited to order. Called for someone. Shop empty. Asked if them had lunch menu. Some do like a half and half. Got told no. The man walks away again. Wtf. I waited few minutes the left.

I came in for a Szechuan chicken and egg fried rice. The dish was spicy and tasty, the portion was good and the rice was enough for two. The prices are super reasonable.

Got take away here for the first time in ages recently and although food appeared tasty I was ill for the next 24 hours and can only put it down to this place. Places that have poor ratings should put things right and request a new assessment. If they don't you have to draw your own conclusions. I will not be going back until I see a better rating.

Great food, can be slow when busy so best to call ahead, decent for veggies too

Despite the good reviews we did not enjoy the food. Fried rice was greasy and the duck was not crispy, very dry and almost burnt.
