The pizza was very nice at a very good price. I would have given it four stars for food, if not for the peri fries. They were completely soggy and did not taste nice. I’d order again just for the pizza.

This supposed to be a pepperoni feast ( double pepperoni,double cheese 14'') what is this joke 3 salami on a slice ? The middle core of the pizza is completely empty. Nothing. Heard a normal has 2 pepperoni on a slice and double would mean 4 that math is way off. Simple tings... If 2+2 is 3 than make pizza. Reply to owner! Don't tell me the pizza is oily I know what I ordered oily pizza with well done double pepperoni. If double has 3 slices how many has the normal one ? You started pizza yesterday. I've been making it for years. If it lts oily because of the toppings choice that's customer concern not yours.

Staff are extremely rude and abusive. Swore at me over the phone and they are very rude. Kept cutting the call. There are rats in their shop

Been ordering here for over a year. Got my order wrong. Called back and they said wait for the topping that was supposed to be on there in their first place or get a new pizza and they will take back the old one. Didn't even offer anything extra for the mistake or something for next time like all pizza places do. Shocking service. Just lost a regular customer. Guy on the phone was just not interested.

Expensive, inaccurate menu of cold pizza that doesn't taste good at all. Claims to have Italian salami on their pizza toppings, but it's actually American pepperoni (and not good quality ones either). Ordered from just-eat I will show you what your competition is in the Harrow/Greenford area. This is another pizza place, and this is what Italian salami looks like. No doubt I will get some copy+pasted reply to this and they will still leave that item on their menu as it is. E: Response to owner. This is proof already you are entirely illiterate. This isn't your pizza, this is from another place, but the review is for you. You state your pizza has Italian Salami. It doesn't, it has pepperoni, that's the complaint, this pizza is to prove to you that as an Italian, I know what I'm talking about - this pizza has parma ham, nduja and wait for it - ITALIAN SALAMI. Perhaps instead of calling reviews fake next time you actually read them and then you might be able to deliver a better service.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE (0 STARS) Bad, unfriendly attitude from the start. Placed an order, was told they only accept cash so went to get some, returned and was waiting to pay once my order arrived. After about 10 mins asked the guy how much longer till my order arrives (considering he’s been watching me waiting sitting in front of him for the past 10 mins). He bluntly says, we have haven’t started making your meal yet as you didn’t pay! In my head: I’ve been sitting in front of you for the past 10mins waiting, what do you think I was waiting for??? Combine that with his bad attitude, was disappointed and frustrated. No apology from him. I walked out. Do not recommend a place that doesn’t offer customers basic respect and courtesy.

Presently surpassed. Low cost pizza with lots of toppings and it's not oily. The chicken pieces are thick and not overcooked. Not all meats are halal and when we requested no cross contamination and removed the pepperoni for another ingredient, we find a piece of pepperoni on the inside of the box. While the venue is pickup only, it houses at least 3 delivery food ventures under one roof.

Never had a problem, always happy. I live closer though, that might be key to a fast and hot delivery. I always order through their website. Cheaper and faster. Been buying for years, kids love it too.

Sorted my issue promptly. Very good customer service! Order directly from them, not from uber eats etc, that way it makes sure that the food is amazing and fresh

The pizza arrived 45 min late, cold and horrible. I’m not recommending anyone .

Collected my food and drove home in heavy traffic. Pulled up and looked inside the bag only to find that a portion of rice was missing. Called Beijing Noodles to let them know and instead of apologising, the man insisted he put 4 containers in the bag when I was sat looking at 3. Because he wanted to be wrong and strong I decided to drive all the way back so that I could show him the bag he gave me (everything untouched). When I got there he showed me a picture of the bag to 'prove his point' but he must have not looked at it properly... I told him to look again, because I could clearly see 3 containers in the bag and 2 cans of coke.. He looked again and realised I was right. He mistook the cans for another container.. I understand that mistakes happen but my issue here was the appalling customer service – like what even was that?? Not only did he deny forgetting the rice when he did, when he was PROVEN wrong there was absolutely no admission or apology.. Not even a "my bad it won't happen again". He knew that I drove all the way from Harrow in heavy traffic due to HIS mistake yet couldn't even apologise. Substandard behaviour.. Man could have atleast put an extra drink in the bag to try and compensate for his mistake. This is why these dead little delivery companies don't thrive, because they don't know how to treat the people who make them 🍞 Had he just acknowledged his wrong and apologised on the phone I would have collected the rice another day and this review would be nonexistent. Moreover, the food was dead and you've just lost 3 customers 🐰

Ordered 3 Chicken Hofans priced at £8.45 each On Sunday all 3 dishes were bland they were not stir fried, the noodles and veg and a few chicken pieces were mixed together and delivered to us

We ordered: Chicken Momos Shredded Chilli Chicken Chicken Salt and pepper Drunken chicken fried rice They also sent prawn crackers. The prawn crackers were stale and smelling of old oil. Chicken momos were literally burnt and had a bad smell to it The other 3 chicken items were so bad the chicken was off and smelt and tasted nasty we had all the food hardly eaten, we called up the restaurant and made the complaint and said we are happy to bring the food back someone said to us they will speak to the manager and call back it was half an hour no one called so we called back and they said there is nothing wrong with their food so they can’t do anything. We are regular customers well I would said say we were regular customers because we will NEVER again order from this place with such poor customer service if your food is not right accept it and do something about it, we all work hard for our money and today we have completely wasted our money! The food is in the dustbin!

Sadly as a regular customer when they made a mistake on our order they did not have the courtesy to replace the order in full leaving us with cold chips to go with a fresh order, despicable customer service. Their need to save on cost far outweighed their need to keep customers….we will not be ordering from this place again, purely on principle. In addition they are a lot more pricey in comparison to other local Chinese/Thai However I can’t take away quality their food is alway fresh and has good taste but pretty on the outside and ugly on the inside makes for poor business choices - another customer down👇🏾

Food was salty..no real flavour... also I ordered the drunken noodles as it didnt mention having egg in it it arrived with egg I rang to say this order has egg they tell me all their rice n noodles have egg and hung up on me... wont be ordering again!!!!

This food was amazing, me and my partner ordered the 1/4 duck which came with cucumber, spring onion and wraps which was was delicious and perfectly tender and crispy. We also ordered chicken skewers, egg fried rice, sweet and sour prawns and seaweed as well as some prawn crackers (which we got two whole bags off) all of the food was great and will definitely be ordering again!

Our charity ordered £50 worth of food last night, scheduled for 8pm delivery to celebrate our virtual fundraiser, working hard after a very long year. We proceeded to call them at 9pm when no food had arrived or any contact made. The person who answered our call, suddenly became very rude and aggressive towards, despite it being a fault on their part and insisted our food had been delivered. We were in complete shock with the way he spoke to us on the phone. It turns out the delivery driver had ruined the order and its delivery, either sent it to another house or lost it altogether! (There reasons were completely vague and blunt) So why attack our charity's manager over the phone? It was a huge shame, followed by a very flimsy apology and our food arriving at almost midnight! And of course the delivery Man was also rude and abrupt, offering no sufficient apology- what a childlike food company. That will be the last time my partners and I and our guests will be ordering from both this branch and chain as we do not see the value of dealing with an incompetent company for average at best Chinese. We made sure to spread the word to the people in our conference. Unfortunately for Beijing Noodles, (and fortunately for us!) there are MANY better quality and more accountable Chinese food shops in west London we will be sure to order from next time. Take care

At the moment you arrive in this restaurant they give you an agreeable feeling. Very congenial team, it is a happy restaurant to enjoy with buddies or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, specialist chief cook and stuff, competitive price and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

Honest review: Speedy delivery - arrived within 15 minutes. Total order £23.85 - portions were sizeable but the taste was definitely not worth the spend. All in all not what I expected from the excellent reviews. Definitely won't be ordering here again. I ordered: King Prawn Pad Thai Noodle - simultaneously sweet yet bland. Not many prawns at all. Also just to note - the peanuts were whole and not crushed/sprinkled. Traditional Prawn Fried Rice - sticky (over cooked) and spicy with not many prawns. Though I ordered the prawn fried rice, I did find chicken in my rice - which means the rice might not have been cooked separately to the meat. I also ordered Crispy Fried Crab Claws which were tasty.

I've ordered from here twice and ordered the Thai red curry and green curry. They both come with rice.. which is very generous. For collection it was £6.99 each and on 'Just eat' delivery £9.99. Its very tasty and the price reflects. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, as me and my family find the taste very good. The guy on the counter is polite so customer service is fine. Anyway, we will be ordering more. Thanks.

The best dumplings in west London! I get food from here regularly and am always impressed by the quality of food but also the service from the guys in the shop. Definitely the best Chinese in my area hands down! Excellent food, great prices, happy all round.

The Beijing Noodles are one of the best place for Chinese takeaways in Greenford area. I've ordered Green Curry and was spicy and sweet exactly as I liked, Ho Fan Noodle taste really nice and the classic Chicken Kung Po was great too. Beijing Noodles are far better than others Chinese takeaways In borough.

Used to really rate this place but the quality has started to slack. Not the best, not the worst but if you went back to old standards you could be one of the better Chinese takeaways in the area.

This place was a joke - ordered at 8:20pm food arrived at 22:15pm. It arrived cold, dry, inedible and rather questionable playdoh smelling rice with some unidentified substance which was meant to be egg. Called and complained, staff shouted at us, said they would send more food - out of the question, we didnt want to A) wait 2 hours again and B) receive another batch of unidentified dishes, they eventually agreed to refund - never did!

Food was cold. Ordered curry sauce and it came like jelly. The sweet and sour chicken came chicken one side and sauce the other. Wasn’t even mixed together. Chicken came dry. Ordered through just eat. They couldn’t do anything as the restaurant hadn’t completed the order. I rang the restaurant to complete the order and they were very rude. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Steer clear. They use the cheapest ingredients on the planet. Theres a reason they recently closed off the front so customers cant look in the kitchen. Pizza and chinese??

Chow mein - overcooked and burnt

Chow mein is a stable for an Chinese takeaway. I thought that it couldn't be that bad. Unfortunately, it was. Bland, raw onion, no sauce and dry chicken. It's almost as if it's the first time cooking Chinese food. Only positive is that I got my food within half an hour of ordering.

Appalling. Ordered Thai green curry and coconut rice. The rice was so bad and craned with coconut it was reminiscent of scraping food out of a defrosting container. They added plain rice to the order even though I didn’t ask for it (I’m guessing this is to compensate) The curry chicken was under cooked with only a few pieces to it the sauce was a watery texture instead of a paste. I love Thai food and hardly ever leave a review but such destruction of a classic dish has forced me to warn would be customers.
