Presso cafe is wonderful, a really gem of the town and everyone should visit. The service was impeccable, so kind and happy to help. Now another review has mentioned the "chunky toast" and I was extremely amused by this on the menu so ordered it and my word.... Chunky indeed but so soft and delicious. My partners ham and cheese toasty also delicious. Really really lovely spot and I really hope the buisness keeps booming. If we ever come back to Ebbw vale we will for sure re visit.

Great value breakfast...chunky toast is WELL CHUNKY and delish. Lovely atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Amazing customer service...really lovely staff.

Excellent Sunday lunch, the Roast beef was amazing and tender. Plentiful vegetables of Carrots, peas, cabage, swede and cauliflower cheese, roast parsnip & Potatoes with a Yorkshire. Service is quick and staff very friendly, Definitely worth a visit, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Always a warm welcome from Tony and staff. Food is amazing and the chips are the best. Sunday lunch is also fabulous.

Came across Presso by chance when looking for a quick lunch stop and were delighted we did! Clean and welcoming, with such pleasant and attentive staff. Our food was nicely presented and tasty. Would definitely re-visit if back in the area.

Visited today on the off chance because wetherspoons was too busy and I'm so glad I did! Came with my partner and young baby daughter and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating, we were served by a young girl with blonde hair ( sadly didn't catch her name) and she was just so lovely! Food was honestly delicious and living in ebbwvale I can't believe I've not been before! Will be back very soon

Visited the cafe for a coffee and a chocolate for me and my husband. Excellent service from lowri, such a friendly helpful young lady, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious cuppa and will be back to sample more from there and hope to be served by lowri again.

Lovely welcome from Tony , Enzo and Deb . They were the staff on when we visited . Excellent food all fresh produce and well presented by Enzo .. Cafe is tastefully decorated spotlessly clean and all staff were very helpful . A very good variety of menu too .. will be back to sample more ..Phil King & Ernie..

The best thing about this cafe is Debra, such customer care and so very good at her job. She was happy to help in every way, the others were nice but not a patch on Devra..... very experienced lady who knows her stuff! thankyou for our visit the food was nice , the prices are a bit much mind

I visited today for a Breakfast roll. Poor value I asked for no egg, they didn’t replace it with anything. just 2 very thin cheap rashers of bacon and a small sausage.

Wow Wow Wow!Had take away Sunday lunch from here & it’s nicer than most restaurants Sunday lunches. Parsnips, carrots, swede & beef all cooked to PERFECTION Cauliflower cheese & roast potatoes stunning! Tried all the Tredegar & Ebbw vale Sunday lunch takeout & nothing is a patch on Presso. Excellent value for money & im already counting down the hours until next Sunday to have another Presso Sunday lunch

Very friendly atmosphere ,nice relaxing outlook Found parking easy , there is a car park right opposite or there is also a multi story just down the road Staff were very friendly, good choices Went for small breakfast which did not disappoint Very good quality breakfast ,bacon and sausage definitely top end , nice to find a breakfast Not dripping in fat , definitely will be returning ,, :-) ...

Doesn’t cater for lactose free or any sort. Cafe on supplies full fat milk - doesn’t cater for those with allergies etc If they did I would give more than 1 start

Friendly service in a great location.Has some great ice creamall at reasonable pricess. Seating can be very cramped though.

In general the staff and food were fine. Friendly enough welcome, my breakfast was OK, nothing special but perfectly edible, the coffee was very good. However when it was delivered I asked if they had Tomato Ketchup. The lady who brought the food huffed and said in a loud voice "Typical man, need everything doing for you". That I surmise was because I had failed to see a sachet of sauce in a basket on the table. I felt embarrassed and belittled in front of the other customers. Is that really the way to speak to anyone, let alone a paying customer nowadays? There is no place for sexism in any shape or form. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Whilst this cafe has had a make over recently, it would appear that the owners expect to recoup their outlay on the refurbishment in a short timeframe, The food was at best mediocre but priced as a major restaurant, access with a wheelchair is possible but is awkward as all the tables have fixed seating. A big breakfast roll consists of one warm slice of bacon,one cold sausage and a fresh fried egg in a small finger roll, cost £3.90

Lovely place with plenty of seating,good service with friendly staff and quite an extensive range on the menu.

Well what can I say about this location apart from having to wait for an age to be served then be given my order. Before my meal I could over hear the staff talking about customers who had just left whish isn't what one really wants to hear. The food was OK though even if it was served on the cold side and I was made to wait.

A refuge on a cold and snowy day and clearly popular with local people, which is always a good sign. A hearty all-day breakfast was served offering good value for money and the option of a decent sized decaff coffee welcome. Friendly staff who seem to enjoy the work added to the atmosphere. The menu is more extensive than just fried meals and I hope to try other items on a return visit. No 'airs and graces' here just nice people serving traditional food.

Visited here with friend who was returning to his roots. Great little cafe with wonderful value full breakfasts, cofee i a glass mug and a warm friendly welcome,However I found it strange that there were no customer toilets on the premises.

I go here every time in am in Wales. Great food and amazing coffee. You will not go wrong for lunch or dinner. Amazing staff always ready to look after you with the down home feeling.

Not been in a cafe where the chairs are fixed to the tables for a long time. Needs updating, expensive and not the best of welcomes. I wont be going back.

This working class restaurant has not changed over years so the decor is starting to look dated. The meal was average and nothing special and could be improved by using different cooking methods. Overall feeling a little cramped where food could be better.

Me and my mother in law and sisters visit everything Friday when shopping in Ebbw vale. The staff are super friendly always ask about my daughter .. Food is prompt and always good and prices are good.

The Crossing Cafe, has been in Ebbw Vale for many many years. An Italian style cafe, originally run by local Sidoli family, going back to my childhood.
