Very good village pub. Great atmosphere for a classic 500yr old pub nestled in the English countryside. Great BBQ provided by @Hokey Smokey Pit Master BBQ every Wednesday during spring, summer and fall.

Having been local to the Crosskeys for many years it has been through ups and downs regarding food and service, having heard from a friend the crosskeys was under new management and the food was now good I decided to give it a go and I have to say it was spot on The food was very good delivered in good time with friendly service The place was quite I just hope they can hold it together when it gets very busy

Amazing food 10000% amazing - Gary is a great chef and an amazing bar person - his staff are brilliant and I have to say one of my favourite experiences I've had - the drinks flow - you will love it! Adding some extra - his lasagne might be as good as my mum's - but don't tell her - I challenge you to try that and tell me I'm wrong!

Went for Sunday lunch was a nice place meal was nice service good and everything you'd expect would go again.

Superbly cooked good fresh food. Had Slow cooked brisket of Beef, you don't often see it on menus now days. Delicious. Thoroughly recommend 👌.

Great representation of a classic English pub where community and visitors can enjoy conversation, food, ambiance. The large outdoor area is great for gatherings and children's events. I highly recommend enjoying a refreshing pint of whatever you choose, accompanied with great food and conversations.

What can I say other than "WOW" Absolutely fabulous food and wonderfully lovely staff. Great choice on the menu to suit all tastes. Restaurant and toilet facilities were absolutely spotless. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

I was visiting my girlfriend in Ramsey we decided to try the Cross Keys.. We were made to feel very welcome so we booked a Sunday lunch following day which was great can't fault it.. Hopefully going back very soon.

Great day out with the grandson. loved all the bikes, band was very good food excellent hotdogs by pingle pizzas amazing great atmosphere pity more places around here can't do things like that. Great day well done all who was involved.

Booked here for Sunday lunch in late July. A classic old English pub with a very nice sized garden and plenty of parking. We were shown to our table in a cosy restaurant where the food and drinks were ordered. I did find that the tables were quite close together, meaning conversations were a little stifled. We both had soft drinks along with a lamb and nut roast. The meat was delivered quickly and hot. Slightly let down by veg taking a little longer to come out allowing the meat and gravy to cool. Overall, I will certainly return. I'd like to try what appeared to be a good selection of beers on tap and definitely for the food.

We went as a party of 4 for a meal on a Saturday night. All of the food was delicious with large portions and very attentive service. However, to our surprise considering the quality of the food and service, there were only two other parties in and so there was very little atmosphere. I would have no hesitation in returning to sample more of their delicious menu.

Went in to ask if anybody was working at the bar. The guy was rude, said he was busy!!!

Went for a bike meet. It's local and will probably take the wife here for a meal

What a fantastic place. Food was superb, staff were lovely and Gary couldn't help you enough he made me a lovely meal. Loin of cod in blk pepper butter and Scampi!! It was delicious. All really fresh produce.

Pub a mish mash of rooms landlords friendly, food is not the best but edible, service a bit haphazard went with a gang some enjoyed the food wouldn't go again.

Also just had the fish and chips 😀 so good.

Amazing meal, friendly waiter ( Charlie ) he went above and beyond. Really relaxed and because of that we ended up sitting in the lounge for a few more drinks after the meal listening to music and relaxing. Will definitely return. Def hidden local gem x

Very friendly new owners and the menu looks excellent (only just reopened). A very welcome village amenity.

Food took over 45 minutes to arrive even though it's empty. People arrived after we ordered and were given food first. No salad cream as sauce told not on menu as a restaurant and last chicken and no rib eye steak at 1730on a weekend. This was a birthday treat and was very dissatisfied. Seems sales of drinks more important than food.

Always a great time at the pub, everyone is very friendly, new interior looks fantastic and it's dog friendly in the bar area which is so refreshing.

Had a lovely meal, but unfortunately the drink of coke was flat , I was made too feel it wasnt and I'd made it up, I heard the couple beside us also say theres was flat. Then was charged for them staff quite rude when I went to pay

Was waiting for ages for our meals only to be very disappointed with, what should been the simplest of Sunday meals. Was served under cooked, over cooked and even burnt yorkshire puddings.didnt even stay for our dessert as felt very unsatisfied. Service was good.

Such a dramatic positive change in the Sunday roast dinner, all freshly cooked and reasonably priced including the wide range of wines. atmosphere and service much improved, WELL DONE

Nice pub. Very clean. We ate there. Baked haddock is a good choice and a nicely balanced meal (but don't choose if you have a good appetite, but there again you could have a pud). Avoid the burger. It's a very dry meal. Large bread with no butter and a dry burger. The ploughman platter even had no butter!

Lovely little pub/restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful building. Visited for a gig of a local band and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Food ok , considering it was mothers day felt there was a lack of detail glass wear on tables unpolished and vase on window sill dirty could have had fresh flowers for the day , ditch the artificial flowers for ever unless they are really expensive ones they look drab and dated , service was efficient and friendly

This place has changed hand recently. We went for Sunday lunch a few days after it re-opened. The food was good but the service was slow. Teething issues perhaps. The bill was wrong when we finally got it by a significant margin but we'll try them again and hope that side improves. Update. We went again last Sunday and the normal excellent service had resumed - I'm very glad to say...

I was so glad when this lovely old country pub reopened. Hayley and Graham give you a real welcome while Nick, the bar manager, is top drawer. In winter, enjoy a reflective pint by the fire after a walk, or eat hearty and imaginative food served by the friendly and well informed Dawn, with family or friends. In summer sit outside and watch life go slowly by in this pretty village in the lee of its elegant Norman church, nestled deep in the Huntingdonshire wolds.
