This is no ordinary Indian restaurant because they have an extremely talented chef. The food is all fresh, and even the poppadom chutneys are special. Try a Biryani here, and you'll realise how it's supposed to taste because it's cooked under a naan bread to keep the flavour in. Even the kulfi is made by the chef, too. The service is excellent and all staff are friendly. There's a large TV, usually with the sound off, showing cricket, but it doesn't detract from the generally relaxed and pleasant feel of the atmosphere. Free car parking is available directly outside and to the rear of the restaurant. Plenty of buses are also nearby that run 24 hours to as far as Putney.

1st time at Cricket Lounge from thr moment we walked in we was greeted with a nice welcome. We was explained about the menu , Food excellent, came temp hot and very nice . I had equivalent to tikka masala (bit spicy for masala but great taste , husband had lamb on bone dish excellent) . Cocktails 🍸 very good . Would definitely return . Thank you

I went to this Indian restaurant tonight, and the vibe here was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating!! It was an amazing experience. Both the spicy and non-spicy dishes were outstanding. I highly recommend the chicken biryani, must give it a try!

We went with a large group which included my 3 children, their 2 cousins plus 9 adults and they were very accommodating. My young daughter is a full time wheelchair user due to a degenerative neuromuscular disorder and I also have a 4 month baby so we appreciate that we take up a lot of room but they made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was so friendly, the staff were lovely and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming again.

My husband and I decided to try the Sunday lunch buffet and we were not disappointed. Excellent value for money. The food was fresh and tasty. Great flavours and plenty of choices. The food, drinks & ambience at the Cricket Lounge was a delight, from the time we entered to when we received the tantalising, hot, flavour some, fresh homecooked foods. This was my first time visiting this place and I had a great time! The food was delicious, fresh and lots of choice on the menu. The restaurant is great for veggies and meat eaters. The service was friendly, attentive and fast and the prices reasonable! Will definitely be returning soon.

I love the Cricket Lounge and have been several times. Food is a little different from others in this genre. Fresh, tasty and menu seems to be well thought out with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans as well as meat and fish lovers. . Staff are pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the place is a little cold for me. I will ask to be put near a heater in future.

I have been to the restaurant many times, and certainly want to reiterate how wonderful the food and experience is. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The chef works wonders, and certainly impresses. There are lots of high quality restaurants in London, and this one certainly stand out.

Tried this little gem in Sutton and definitely recommend if you are in London and crave for Authentic North Indian food!! Chef Mohammed came out and recommended few of his best and it did not disappoint. Raj took care of us and must say it is hard to see this type of service! Will def come back!!
