Good selection for a seaside cafe. Great place for contemplating the sea with a good cup of coffee.

Everything a seaside cafe should be - tucked away at the end of the Dawlish sea wall. Lucky enough to pass by one morning and sit in the Spring sun contemplating life and chatting with Ian the very knowledgeable and friendly barista/manager. The coffee was lovely, cookies tasty (and very well priced) and the espresso coffee chocolate cube is a winner 😁. Would recommend for either a meet up or a chill moment just watching the sea do it's thing and the people go by

A lovely little cafe at the end of the path right on the beach. We had cheesy chips with a friendly service. It made our day.

Always worth a walk down to the Cove cafe. The cakes are good, the coffee's nice, and there's always a friendly smile and chat to be had. Usually seating available, or there's a whole prom and beach to rest on.

Stunning little cafe in Coryton Cove in the Dawlish area. Really lovely Italian cafe, alot of Italian products specially the biscoti's they was amazing. Good value for money they also do pizzas freshly made. Really friendly staff and amazing location. We always make time and have coffee or snacks there

The best pizza I have ever eaten. This is not an exaggeration. I was there with my family cousins and auntie. We went to the Cove for a nice walk along the beach to find a true Italian pizza that was exceptional. The kids enjoyed the margaritas. As the adults enjoy their olive and anchovy along side 2 pepperoni pizzas. If your into the beach and pizza I highly recommend visiting the cove cafe maybe for a romantic date or family meal by the sea. This is a true gem of Devon I highly recommend visiting

Stunning area ,beautiful when the sea goes out too with beautiful rock pools. Great just watching the sea and gulls .Didn't drink or eat at cafe but full tables so great indication its popular .loved the spot

What a super hidden gem of a beach this Cove is. Sheltered perfectly from the winds with cliffs and a stone harbour wall. And it has a lovely cafe that sells a tasty latte and my favourite "eccles" cake ! And much much more. It is perfect for young and old with a sloping ramp right to the beach. Plus you get a different train zooming by every 10 minutes plus there are dated but decent toilets nearby....and it's also within easy walking distance of Dawlish itself...

Great coffee, friendly staff and some nice choices for cake and biscuits. Lovely view out to sea with a small beach next door with views of the railway line.

Love having a coffee and cake here

Lovely little café, really nice staff and very tasty cakes. In a lovely location but probably gets missed by lots of people as the promenade is not currently (October 2022) accessible from the village due to the sea defences still being built. Well worth taking the time to have a walk up here though, there's parking spaces nearby and a trip over the railway bridge brings to here though it's not that obvious unless you know about it

Lovely location and other nice items on the menu but don't charge people £4 for half a pint of milk with a scoop of chocolate powder served warm and tastes like s!#t and pull it off as a milkshake when you have ice cream and the faciltys to make it better

The only beach front café in Dawlish. Ian and the team are always welcoming even in 30 plus degrees heat and make a jolly good cuppa.

Crab sandwiches not to bad bit expensive £10, just crab no salad, fish and chips ok but as it's only a small place can't complain

Wonderful find at the end of the trail. The wife and I had a mocha and it was the best we have ever had. Had a nice chat with the owner too.

A lovely hidden gem right next to a little beach, and with seating out front to see the sea. Coffee, cakes, sandwiches all look fantastic and always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and some chat.

Lovely kiosk Cafe with some outside seating and gorgeous view of the small beach, stacks and cliffs. The friendly chap serving made a superb cup of coffee. There were lots of quirky baked treats, some nice little nibbles (I resisted) and ice cream for sale too.

Great place to grab a coffee or a smoothie before you walk up the steep hill to checkout the views. Also great for just sitting next to the beech. Owner is a great guy and will do his best to help.

Lovely little cafe just discovered on a visit with my daughter. Just a small skip and a jump from bring on the beach. Good prices and friendly staff too. Shame that the railway owners didn't even notify them about being closed access to the beach whole are right over the summer. Some rail companies are just inconsiderate. Mind you if the railway company had looked at why Issable Brunell has built the sea defence he had, they wouldn't be spend g million putting right thier mess for the second time.

Outside tables at the end of promenade. (Walk along seafront in direction of teignmouth). Catered for all our coffees including decaffeinated. Later was excellent. Great views. However on a Saturday with good weather tables go rapidly. Only complaint was the long queue to be served was through the middle of tables which was a bit of a pain if you happened to be sitting beside it.

What a place I have been coming to dawlish on and of for 50 years and up until earlier this year near knew about this place lovely coffee and a stunning beach you could spend the day just looking out to sea and there are toilets just round the corner well worth checking out if you have never been

Despite many trips to Coryton Cove this was the first time we had bought anything from Cove Cafe, I certainly hope it won’t be the last. The coffee and cakes were excellent, milkshakes good and an excellent cannoli filled with lemon cream. Will definitely return.

The staff were very pleasant. Easy to chat too. The seating excellent. The BIG paper cup of tea excellent and the BIG slice of coffee and walnut cake cracking. The waste bins clean as on not dirty like some. Well done guys. 👏

My husband fancied a smoothie..no smoothies, a raspberry milkshake that has a scoop of ice cream in...no raspberry milkshake, so he had a strawberry milkshake but the man behind the counter seemed to forget the ice cream so I paid £4.00 for a glass of milk flavoured with strawberry that had a few bubbles on the top!!!!! Complete rip off. Won't be going there again.

We had walked to cafe a couple of times but was closed. Today it was open and looking forward to a cup of coffee. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Tasted like instant not very nice. Canoli nice though.
