The Cottage Inn in Scarborough

This pub is a little gem, made me and my partner very welcome the locals were lovely too, defintley coming back. Our staffy Rico got loads of cuddles, treats and water. He loved all the intention he got. The best pub in Hummanby.

Since our last visit 2 years ago there have been a lot of changes inside. The cottage inn is still dog friendly inside and out. Had nice drink in the sun. Not sure if it still serves food as didn’t see any menus.

Popped in here for a drink following a wedding. Ordered two spirit drinks (both doubles) could not taste the alcohol in them at all. Whiskey and vodka both seemed heavily watered down.

The staff here and the service is excellent. Very friendly landlord aswell, very accomodating! We only stayed in Huanny for a week and visited twice. Once for a few drinks and made to feel welcome. Second for pub quiz which was done very well on a Tuesday around 9pm for reference. We were allowed to bring the kids to join in and they out on great food for everyone for free. Brilliant evening. Thank you all.

We were staying at the bay Filey and went here to watch the football match,very friendly,didn’t feel out of place even though there was a family and golfers celebration going on!..We have been the last couple times stayed around there and would definitely go back,good atmosphere and nice surroundings..We didn’t eat so cant comment on the food.

Been a few times now when we stay in our caravan. The bar and food staff are lovely friendly helpful people and very welcoming. Some of these local pubs can make you feel like an outsider, but not here, you are treated the same as the regulars. The food is good and good value and it's dog friendly too. What more could you want. We'll be back soon
