So cute, such good value for money

Terrible service. We were told several times they needed the table back at a certain time. Almost like they didn’t want us there. Food was ok, not overly warm. Our server really didn’t feel like they wanted to serve us, lots seemed too much trouble. Been to Cosy Club a few times and this was very unwelcoming.

Great atmosphere after 6 nations. Delicious food and friendly service, also liked the nice touch with big screens for final match of tournament. Highly recommended

Went for brunch with my wife for her birthday and was very impressed. Reasonable prices and food very good. Will be back.

As we were there on a 6 Nations rugby day, it was very busy. Nonetheless, we had excellent service and delicious food. Maybe not the venue if you want quiet and romantic but I woukd thoroughly recommend it for food and friendliness

I ordered a Pink Lemonade and the Cosy Vegan Smash Burger. The burger was one of the best I’ve eaten in my entire life. The drink was also very tasty. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is on the first floor so you have an elevated view on the street. There’s an elevator to the restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch whilst shopping for a friends birthday. It wasn’t very busy, we were seated in an empty section right next to a window where it was hot. I mentioned the heat and the waitress just agreed it was hot not offering us another table. Ordered food and drinks, one drink missed off. Food came promptly but my friends sandwich had a massive long hair in so it was sent back…putting us off but was hungry so ate it. After some time the waitress came over to apologise I informed her was her birthday too so she kindly gave her a free Prosecco. Small discount of the bill was also added which was nice and rescued this review from a 1 star. Average service and not much confidence in the kitchen. I doubt we would return.

The service was impeccable, every server that came to our table was wonderful and very efficient and the food was amazing! Honestly cannot praise the service or the food enough! I look forward to our next visit.

Female worker on Mon 24th Feb PM who was sooo kind and ran about everywhere looking for a tampon for my friend who needed one. So kind 10/10 service

We were served by Lacey on 15/02/2025 there was a group of 6 of us and we all couldn’t say enough positive things about her. She was so attentive from asking the two of us who had arrived early if we wanted to start off with a drink all the way through to checking if we wanted desserts at the end. Before we even finished our drinks Lacey was over to ask if we wanted another round. She was so polite, upbeat, attentive and just a pleasure to be served by. Thank you Lacey, you made our evening and also provided great recommendations for places to go in Cardiff after. The food was so lovely, the cocktails tasted freshly made which had us ordering another round and a lovely atmosphere overall.

The food was lush - took some friends with us and shared a selection of 5 small plates to start which was plenty - the none alcoholic cocktails where lush x I also really enjoyed the aubergine and butterbean tagine - very nice xx will go back again

Had to deduct 2 stars as the woman who was greeting us was so rude, didn’t look at me once while she spoke directly to the other person I was with, in fact turned her body away from me entirely! Not sure if this was a gender thing or what (does she dislike other girls?)Was tempted to ask if she had a problem but I bit my tongue as to not cause a scene but definitely dampened the experience. For reference this was Sunday 19th Jan.. perhaps this staff member needs training on manners & etiquette.

We'd wandered past, many times, looked up and thought "shall we"? Today "we did" The flight of stairs led us into a film set from a 50's movie. I looked around, expecting to see Humphrey Bogart chatting to Ingrid Bergman, whilst seated beneath the tassels of one of the gorgeously positioned lamp shades. I loved the decor, the colours, the black and white tattoos imprinted on the delicate skin of those serving us, all dressed in clothing befitting the setting. A medium breakfast, deliciously cooked. Delightful coffee. I continued to scan my surroundings in the hope of catching Humphrey out of the corner of my eye, or possibly Cary Grant. But alas, not today. We shall return.

We attended after being turned away from Miller and Carter as they were short staffed and could not accommodate us. I was a little upset and apprehensive about going to the cosy club as a ceoliac and normally plan and analyse a menu before I go anywhere, so as I walked up the stairs I resigned myself to not eating and just having a drink. From the minute we were greated I felt at ease, like I was walking into a regular haunt. Before we were shown our seat, we were asked if we had any dietary requirements. I stated I was gluten free and to my amazement a completely different menu was selected for myself. I did a little happy dance inside . When we were seated I looked at the great selection on offer and kicked myself for not ever coming here before. The selection was quite vast. Every server that came to the table had already been made aware of my allergen and even my drink was highlighted which really goes the extra mile as some places don't understand the importance of cross contamination with a ceoliac. We ended up spending a few hours at the venue and even was made aware of drink offer when ordering. I honestly can not thank the staff on shift for making my experience so pleasurable and for the fantastic customer service. It really made my day and we have already decided that we will 100% be returning.

On a date night, we popped in for some small plates to share with a glass of fizz. I've never been a fan of the hipster-themed dining experience but that's just personal preference. The place was very quiet for a Friday afternoon/evening and for some reason we were seated as far away from the door as was possible, right next to the window (lovely for people-watching on the Hayes) but also right next to the blinds' drawstring, and at some point a server came to pull the blinds down - we protested - and had to lean over my partner to reach. Anyway, apart from that the table was nice, service was quick. My partner has food intolerances and is a careful eater. We asked the server about their food and he wasn't certain, and had to go to the kitchen several times to check. Even when we thought he had it straight he kept coming back to check and recheck he understood our requirements, which is surely diligent but was bordering on fussy, and it became quite awkward for us, to the point we just said not to worry. We then had a manager come across to check again, and eventually managed to find three dishes from the gluten free menu which had neither soya or dairy in them. The food was decent, but the experience was uncomfortable. I can't fault the servers for triple-checking they had the info correct. I do wish it had taken maybe two or three trips to the kitchen fewer to establish the facts! Still, nice quiet meal, lovely view (when the blinds were up), a nice place to be for a couple of hours.

I like Cizy Club restaurants generally. We use the Birmingham one regularly, so when I found this one had opened in Cardiff it was a no brainer when we visited Cardiff for the New Year's Dsy rugby. The feel of the place was good, the welcome was very good and we were given a nice table. However, after that I'm afraid it went downhill a bit. The service was quite slow and seemed haphazard. My grandson had the wrong burger served, but was too polite to say until we noticed. The bill did reflect what he got, so maybe the waitress misheard, but if she had checked our order it may have helped. That sort of reflected the experience. It took ages to get our plates cleared and ordering coffee was a mammoth task, including being asked to wait a minute whilst she did something else. It was luke warm when it arrived too, but we were running out of time by then so just needed to pay and leave. The bill came quick though. I noticed other tables that were sat after us being served before us by other servers, so maybe our server was new (better training maybe) The food however was as good as always and my wife is Coeliac, which they cater for really well. We will try again, next time we are in Cardiff as this, hopefully, was a one off. The food and Coeliac knowledge deserve a second chance, especially the burger which I would recommend

Great food, great service from Hannah, all very enjoyable, we would not hesitate to recommend Cosy Club Cardiff. Quite quiet on the Friday evening we visited, if in the area, we would definitely come here again!

Came here on Christmas eve and even though it was busy the service was really good. We came and had a glass of prosecco and the dirty breakfast bun. It was well worth the money and I would go back again

The cosy Christmas pie got me in the spirit. Very tasty. Spanish chicken was pretty nice also. Friendly staff, nice cocktails and desert.

Lovely environment, great service, delicious flat white and brunch cooked breakfast, and surprisingly not very expensive!

The meals here are amaising. While a little pricy, it's worth the cash. The staff are great and happy to accommodate you, if a little absent with all the running around they do. Two problems urk me though: it's all on the 1st floor, and the lift is extraordinarily slow. Members of our party worried it had broken down. The other problem is the noise. With hard surfaces everywhere, there are no dampening of everybody's voices. The place is a large hall, so there is a lot of room for a lot of people, and therefore a lot of voices.

Served by a lovely supervisor/AM called Alex, very funny friendly guy and had always had good experiences with him as my server in previous visits, puts out a very excited and fun energy and generally puts a smile on your face, very accommodating and lively with me and my family, all props to him, hope to see you again Alex. For drinks I had my usual ginger oat matcha latte and my mother had a hot chocolate and both were very tasty and warm for this cold evening. The food I had was a butchers brunch and if I am completely honest best food I have ever had. I don't think it's possible to top the breakfast I have just eaten, spot on as always from the cost club. The rest of the staff were very responsive and very quick to check in on the food we had. Top notch food, service and atmosphere. Lots of love cosy club:)

Firstly, as somebody who can't eat gluten, it was an unexpected joy to be presented with a whole menu of excellent sounding breakfast options without gluten (rather than the usual sad one or two you find in most places). Secondly, their decaf latte may well be the best I've ever had. Thirdly, the staff were lovely and attentive despite the place being absolutely heaving. Wish we lived nearer so it could be a regular occurrence!

Thank you to all the staff at Cosy Club, Dewi Sant Cardiff for a really enjoyable evening. Special shout out to Lacey who looked after us so well and whose recommendations for cocktails, main dish and dessert were so good. An interesting and varied menu, food beautifully cooked and well presented in a lively, well appointed restaurant. Special recommendations for the Asian Chicken starter, the slow cooked Ox Cheek Ragu which was stunning, the spicy prawn Massamam curry and the delicious chocolate mousse.

Great food and great service. Enjoyed everything. The worst thing was that the light was a bit too dim to take pictures of the wonderful amazing food and had to talk to each other instead :-)

Huge vibe in this place, massive open plan restaurant on 1st floor with views over the Hayes. The food was tasty and staff very helpful. The missing star was for 2 reasons. The food wasn’t piping hot, I think it had been delayed at service for too long. The Sea bass portion (main meal) size really wasn’t acceptable. It was a taster size at best. It wasn’t my meal ( I had smashed burger) but if it was, I could have eaten it in two mouthfuls. You should never have to leave a restaurant wanting a kebab up chippy alley. This review would be 3 stars but you pulled one back because of the staff’s corrective actions, which included some drinks and money off.

Went for bottomless brunch and was really disappointed. Couldnt fault the food but the drinks for brunch are all.wine based and tasted like gone off squash ya nanna use 2 give u as a kid... the manager was a little rude wen we complained so we ended up walking out after an hr if that!!!

I was served by Ruby, she was polite and funny! I had two of the flapper fizz martinis because they were delicious. The biggest let down was the food the sauce for the Spanish chicken was watery, the peppers looked like the frozen ones you get puney and shrivelled up and my sweet potato fries were cold. I would come back but only for drinks next time. Great atmosphere overall.

Pleasant experience at Cosy Club Cardiff! The atmosphere was fantastic on a Saturday night and service was attentive. I was there with another friend. Together we ordered pork loin bites for starters and it was very crispy. We got grilled salmon and sea bass as mains which was very well cooked and seasoned. The assorted sides were great and paired well with the dish. It was a fair price and the quality of ingredients lived up to standard. Will visit again next time!

Great place to meet friends, but I would highly recommend you book first. We booked for a table for three, but they managed to fit seven of us at the last moment.

The waiter Elliot was amazing service was great, highly recommend!

We had a delicious dinner at this restaurant decorated Edyta a eclectic fashion. Our waitress Edyta was very welcoming and when we told her we were visiting Wales for the first time she gave us some tips on places we should see. This restaurant is located in central Cardiff on a pedestrian street so a stroll before or after is very nice.

We went for some food and a drink. We were mostly served by Elliott who was very nice and polite and the service was outstanding. Definitely planning on returning.

Always love popping into the cosy club in St David’s. The food is delicious and the drinks are banging! I can recommend the English Garden if you love gin and a refreshing drink! Jas the bar manager is always welcoming and will ensure you have a good time!

Went midweek for breakfast in August. Staff very professional and courteous. Seated at a nice window table looking down on the Hayes shopping area. Staff very attentive and everything appeared really clean and well set. Food was a step up from their loungers brand and there were no complaints from me. Have more recently visited another cosy club because this experience was so good. Thanks.

Cool atmosphere, very nice service, good drinks and delicious food! It is true that one dish out of the five ordered arrived 10 minutes later than the rest, but we received a 10% discount on the entire bill as an apology. It was worth the wait, the best vege burger in my life😊

We arrived at 4.15 for the lunch time menu but were told it ended at 4pm not 4.45pm as advertised?? The food was lovely as always as we have visited many times. The toilets though I have to say at 4.30 in the afternoon were absolutely filthy,one blocked, the seat loose in another, one really messy bowl and no loo roll in the other!!

Sunday lunch whilst taking our son back to uni. We booked online the evening before without any issues and were politely met and seated promptly when we arrived. Our waitress Abbie was attentive and lovely. The starters were good but sadly the main courses were all average. Lovely venue

Was busy, so that speaks for itself. Very good service, we were welcomed in kindly and treated really well by our waiter. However, the food and drinks didn’t hit the spot for us. Not very tasty. But the ambience was bubbly and nice with lots of happy people.

Cozy club is one of my favourite places to eat, it is always a hit. Every aspect gets 5 stars every time the food, service and atmosphere. They cater to all with good vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Beautiful food and cocktails my personal favourites are the buttermilk chicken and the strawberry Cosmo.

Dining outside option was lush for a sunny day having access inside from st David’s and outside road and a lift-awesome. Beautiful interior,disabled toilet, kind staff and even better food and drinks ! Thank you.

Went for cocktails and food before the Pink concert. All good apart from not being told if we waited 5 more minutes to order our cocktails that they would have been half price! Slightly annoying tactic.
