We went as a party of 17, all meals were very good and arrived very quickly. Staff were friendly, special shout out to Sean who was fantastic! Lovely afternoon to celebrate our Granddaughters birthday

We have a lovely time here the was lovely lad called Sean who made us feel welcome and he was so polite and he had a lovely attitude the food was out quick and we lovely every minute of it defo recommend come here and trying their food and the star are lovely thank you x

Well below expectations lasagna was no better than a Birdseye frozen one , surf & turf was again below standard better steaks on yellow label in Morrisons. Bill was 57£ with drinks and kids meal. Evening robbery will NEVER be back

Ordered the mixed grill requested an extra plate so we could share it was not a problem( others pubs have frowned when we asked) the meal came out fairly quick, it was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I did say I would not give a good review as Natalie wouldn’t pay for the meal.lol Seriously though it was a pleasant evening and will return.

I returned to The Copper Pot with friends to grab a late lunch, whilst travelling back from a weekend away. We were greeted quickly & shown to a table near the front window. We asked if we could sit further back & this was accomodated without fuss. We took a few minutes to look over the menu & then popped up to place our order. The bar staff were pleasant & knowledgeable about the menu. One of our party had some dietary requirements & again this was handled without issue. When the starters arrived, they looked great & were piping hot! We shared BBQ pork mac & cheese, onion bhajis & nachos. We were provided with enough cutlery napkins & extra sauces, without having to ask. The plates were cleared promptly & our GORGEOUS mains arrived. We had an ultimate spicy burger chicken feast platter & a cheddar, leek + potato pie, all washed down with a bottle of Moët. Absolutely perfect. Just what we needed after being in the car for 6 hours! Again, our plates were cleared quickly & the staff checked if we needed anything else, before leaving us to enjoy the last of our champers 🍾 As always, a relaxed & homely experience facilitated by the manager (Michelle?) who was visible overseeing the team. Will return again soon to enjoy the beer garden 🍻

My 20 year old daughter was refused service today by bar staff when she was told she wasn’t allowed to order food as she wasn’t 21.Is this a new by-law bought in by Knowsley Council?When we did order food it was very ordinary.I won’t be visiting again in a hurry.Wetherspoons is like a Michelin starred restaurant in comparison.

I was away on business and decided to try this pub, I ordered a starter and a main course and noticed all their food was 2 4 1 offer. As a single diner I did not benefit from this offer never the less I thought I would try their menu. Staters were described as loaded crispy potato skins and what was served was horrible soggy potatoes with thick peace of bacon and the worst quality cheese I have ever tasted.The main course was a pepperoni pizza described as fresh from the pizza oven, even a frozen pizza from a discount super market is miles better than what I got which was a soggy based boring pizza with no taste and bad quality ingredients.I will certainly never visit that establishment again

We always come here and always are looked after very well by the staff. Love the new menu, it has some very tasty meals. Kids love the play area and the food.

All staff were very friendly and helpful food was fantastic could not fault the whole experinece. All very pleasant would recommend.

Came here on Friday with the family, food was nice and service was quite fast. Would definitely come again.

We arrived at the Copper Pot at approx 7pm, the waitress looked totally stunned when asked for a table for three (Adults ). We where seated in the family area which was full. There where several kids totally unsupervised with loud and obnoxious parents who kept going to the toilet. We went to the bar to order and where told a waitress would come to the table. We waited she's to be served even with drinks, after the starters which where all frozen and overcooked the mains arrived and plunked on the table. The starters where not removed we had to take them ourselves. The food was edible although the oven chips well over cooked and hard. We decided to leave straight after the food and went further down the road for desert to another Marsdons the Vikings Landing. The service was great as was the food.

Went today for breakfast and was served by Frankie he was very happy and friendly, nothing was too much work for him brilliant attitude towards work always had a smile on his face, would recommend this place again, thank you x

Came for a meal for my daughter in laws birthday, food and service were fantastic as always, love coming here as the staff always look after us well

We come to the copper pot on a regular basis and all the staff are very polite and helpful. The food is always very good too. My children love the kids play area.

We visit regularly and always feel welcome staff are slways friendly and nakw sure we are hsppy with meals and drinks. Jane always makes sure she has time to come and say hello no matter how busy she is

Myself and my mother came in today for our lunch and we were extremely pleased with the quality of service that we received. The food was excellent and the young lad that brought out our food was more than helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Myself and my family came for the Easter Funday and was extremely impressed with how well put together the whole thing was! We had excellent service from the male waiter with the ear piercing! Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

just had a fabulous evening at the copper pot. There was 8 of us and we came at half past 7 (little later than normal but staff were more than welcoming and accommodating of us). The food was quick and tasty and the service was brilliant from our waitress Ellie. We normally don’t leave reviews but had to for this wonderful server. Brilliant management! Thank you all staff and Ellie :) we will be back

I took my daughter and the grandkids here for the first time yesterday and they had a ball. indoor play area is small but keeps them busy when its too cold to go outside. Food was lovely, i had steak and ale pie, it was yummy.

Went for steak night, great deal 2 steaks and a bottle of wine for £20, cant go wrong with that. Nice food and great atmosphere, staff were really nice too, will definetely be returning!
