Great place to go for a nice bite to eat and a few drinks at a decent price and was dealt with by moyra in a professional and friendly manner

Went for Christmas dinner menu and there was a problem with each course

Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. Molly served us and was very patient when one of us didn't know what she wanted to drink. She asked about allergies and she had a great sense of humor. Food came out at a reasonable pace, it was hot and tasty and great value for money. The restaurant was clean and tidy with tables being cleared away and not left to look untidy. I was very impressed and we will be back.

A big thank you to our server, Molly, who guided us to our seats, kindly explained how to order using the QR code, and was incredibly polite and friendly throughout. We really enjoyed our pub tea and will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff, with a special shout-out to Molly for making our visit so enjoyable.

We popped in for a drink and was met with hostility...it was 10pm and told we had to be quick although Google said open until 11...no hot drinks were available as the 'machine been cleaned' The music had been turned off then the staff continued to go round closing down even switching the Christmas tree lights off that we sat next too...so rude 😑 never felt so unwelcomed

Staff were very attentive and provided service with a smile and very polite. Food was delicious hot on arrival and cooked to my preference. One member of our group required items removed from his burger which was not an issue. More was our server this evening and enjoyed a joke and very professional.

I cannot fault the girls working last night! There were 30 of us, kids galore (probably anyone's worst nightmare! ) They were SO attentive, food and drinks served so quickly. There were so kind and helpful ushering the food around to get to the right kids honestly it was the best pub service I think I have EVER had! Considering the size of the group I am astonished we had such an amazing experience. Thank you can't wait to come back!! 😃

Food was awful. Went a couple of years ago and loved it, cauliflower wings where dry and garlic bread wasn't cook properly. Obviously not the front of house staff problems. Didn't complain at time because just wanted to leave but made a mental note not to go back.

Came in for a meal with the family the food came out quickly, The girls on the bar were fantastic especially Moyra, Amy and Lauren they were so helpful would definitely recommend going here

Kebab was awful meat over done dry slapped on pitta bread in which taste like rubber/ could of bought better one frozen from Iceland

This is a great pub for food. Nice and clean and an “at home” feel to it. The food is good for the price. Not a 5 star restaurant- but as good as it gets for pub grub. The staff were friendly and polite. Relaxed atmosphere and nice decor. I’ve been in summer and sat outside to eat which was really nice. This time we sat inside and had steak baguette and Jacket potato. Cooked really well and nice and hot when served. Didn’t get many pics. I would recommend.

Came after visiting acorn farm on a Sunday evening It was busy however we were seated quickly we ordered our food which arrived promptly we had a slight tiny issue over the kids meals however this was rectified quickly.. The steak with added gammon was amazing! Cooked to perfection.

We came for my son's birthday weekend to go to Anfield. Our first day eating her on 30th Aug 2024 was lovely. We were welcomed by the lady I think was the manager he name began with L and we told her we would be back the next day for my son's birthday. She was so polite and kind and caring and my son (who has additional learning needs) liked her because she didn't treat him different. The kareoke was fun aswell. The next day 31st we came back. Unfortunately she wasn't there but Hannah was lovely and agreed to put candles in the Sunday and sung happy with us. Amazing place and lots of fun. Well come back next time we are up xx

Excellent experience, lovely calm atmosphere perfect for our family of 3. Hannah was looking after us and went above and beyond for our little girl. All the staff lovely and friendly and the food was delicious - our 2 year old ate every bit which doesn't happen often! We will be back 😊

Hi we visited yesterday 31st Dec as it was the hubby's birthday considering it was busy we didn't have to wait long for our food and I have to say it come hot hot not that I'm saying it doesn't come hot any other time but this particular time it was piping hot..

Hannah is always wonderful and provides the highest level of customer service. She really makes the Copper Pot a warm and welcoming pub for all the family. I enjoy visiting with the kids, as they love the food and outside play area.
