Lovely staff, friendly driver and great food

food really late took well over an hour, not that warm and omelette and beans boxed tipped up so box crushed and beans spilled out. shame as this is the 2nd time ive had a really late delivery but in general the food is lovely and I'm really looking forward to my chicken salad which looks delicious.

Usually have a great experience here. But my 10:15 breakfast order showed up at 11:50. And a couple details were wrong. 1 wrap had red sauce not brown, 1 item had egg not sausage. Clearly just a busy friday and wont stop me ordering again but worth so they can work on improving.

I had Ham, Egg and chips and it was delicious. I highly recommend the Copper Kettle.

Extremely late so rang and cancelled and requested a refund which they happily agreed to do. Then 5 mins later, the delivery arrived to which I turned away as it had been in delivery for over 45mins so assumed would be cold. Delivery driver had a nasty attitude and stormed off, got in his car and began revving outside the house before racing off! Very gutted because I know how good the food is from here, just the delivery really let them down!

Copper Kettle did the buffet for my mums wake and it was perfect in every way I’ve never seen anything like it would highly recommend great food at a good price thank you to all concerned 👍

Consistently the best place if you want a cheeky breakfast. Whether a big order or small, the value here is insane and all of the staff are wonderful, hospitable and make the food to a good standard no matter the time or weather.

stone cold, grilled onions barely cooked, mayo just threw on half my burger. honestly not a good meal

Bacon was very fatty/slimy. didn't put much cheese on, other than that it was very tasty

Everything was cooked perfect, and they are more then generous with the fillings too. Also the delivery driver was very friendly and polite which always makes things less awkward at the door. But yes highly recommend these guys 👍

Love the Copper Kettle, always my favorite place to go for breakfast and lunch options when we're having a treat day at work. Even occasionally, on a day off. The service is always friendly, and the portions are of great value for money. I will always recommend the Copper Kettle to anyone looking for a great breakfast or lunch to either eat in, takeaway, or have delivered.

I've ordered from here a couple of times and I've never had a problem. The food is nice and it comes quite quickly. It's just a shame that it's not open of a Sunday.

no latte, fine, they took the money off order. no hashbrowns!! 2.10 worth. not delivered. they gave me an extra slice of bread!!!! to compensate!! that's like 10p!!! not OK and they delivered 45 mins later than planned. maybe a call next time so I can change the order a bit, not just dumping it at my door!! I'm a regular but this has annoyed me massively

Ordered the food 2 hours before it was delivered. Order was 30 minutes late on the estimate delivery time. Paid extra for hash brown and that was missing. Sausages barely cooked and fried slice not as nice as usual also. Usually very satisfied but really disappointed this time!

My husband & I visited for the first time today. Ordered ham salad & burger & chips & they were both outstanding!!!!! Every single salad item was so fresh, it was absolutely delicious, the best salad I have ever had by far!!! Large portion sizes & at extremely reasonable prices. Sunnyside should look & learn!!! Their salads are double the price for less than half the quantity or quality!!! My husband said his burger & chips were amazing!!! Again huge quantity & top quality. All the staff were friendly & inviting. Can’t wait to return.

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Extra items I paid for were not sent. Breakfast roll was lovely. Full English was poor, inedible bacon and about 15 beans. Shame as previously the food and service has always been good

omelette was lovely, and the cheese on toast is brilliant value for money for less than a couple quid. my can of drink wasn't available and the driver noticed as he was checking items and refunded me cash at the door! definitely will get lunch or brekky here again. brilliant food and service

Delivery set between 11:25 and 11:45 arrived at 11:50... which hey you know, traffic etc i can forgive that but the part i cant get past if its going to take THAT long and the Food and HOT chocolate was luke warm at best, kind of an issue. - Missing Items on top of this was just... yeah... The delivery driver was kind enough to give me 2/3 of the money i was owed for missing items. Literally that bloke is the only reason im giving 2 stars.

Fantastic food. I got a hot jumbo with bacon, egg, sausage, black pudding, hash brown and beans and was very tasty. I also got the chicken club Sandwich which I had for lunch and was very tasty, I however would like more mayo packets personally!
