It is a lovely place but marked down as not much gluten free choice or availability for any time of day . Lovely coffee just wish I could have something nice to go with it .

Little hidden gem with unusual quaint decor which continually catches the eye. Only had coffee and cake on afternoon visit.Great cup of coffee perfectly made served hot. Good assortment of cakes the one we had very fresh and tasty. Also saw hot food there and sandwiches they looked very inviting I personally found all three staff present very helpful and friendly Prices quite reasonable for this type of establishment will definitely visit again.

Visited the Coffeeshed a few times now. What a hidden gem I must say. All the staff are very welcoming and are able to prepare fresh food as requested. One staff member in particular goes by the name Deb adds her very own Italian twist to her cooking. Absolutely gorgeous!! Coffee is alway out of this world too!! Must visit and will be returning again when travelling back to wales in the forthcoming!

Amazing afternoon tea. Such good value for 17.99. Lots of savoury and sweet items all delicious. Been for many afternoon teas and this is definitely one of the best I’ve tried. Lovely friendly service too. Highly recommend

Been going here for years, however, I have been disappointed with the last few visits. The coffee is often quite cold and not as strong as it used to be. I have had to ask for hot water especially when ordering a latte. Also, be careful when you order a large coffee (cappuccino) because most of the time you get given a small. Food is ok, though, panini’s aren’t always warmed through enough and service is slow. However, the jacket potato’s and salad are generally lovely. Staff often blame the till or don’t take responsibility for when orders come out wrong e.g. the size of the coffee, butter in sandwiches when you have requested no butter, missing coleslaw you have paid extra for and so on. When ordering a cold drink you get a plastic cup - not even a glass and most of the time you have to request a glass (plastic cup) as you usually just get the can. Standards have definitely slipped since the beginning of 2023 which is a shame as this used to be a lovely place to visit. Reluctant to visit now. Hopefully, it will return to how it used to be.

Visited today for a quick lunch with my daughters. It was 2pm and faintly busy but still many places to sit. We ordered two tuna and sweetcorn baguettes and a turkey baguette. The table we sat at was full of dirty dishes and a dog bowl from a previous customers. Many other tables were left uncleared also. After 40 mins our order arrived, table still not cleared and the waitress proceeded to put the food on the dirty table next to the dog bowl. Food was ok but not worth £28.35. Will not return. Staff are at times rude, poor cleanliness. Will not return.

Used to be quite good and we visited reasonably often. But, cakes - which used to be very good - are now poor. Coffees also previously good are now fairly tasteless. This has been case for last two visits. Guess that, like many other places, they are having to cut costs at the cost of quality. Won't be going again - shame.

My husband and I found this little coffee shop / cafe about a year ago and we love going there. We go quite often as their food is very tasty and their drinks good. There is a wonderful choice of cakes and the size of the slice you get for your money is exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend it. Once you have been you will most definitely want to go again, whether for a meal, a snack or just coffee or tea. Some reviews have said they are pricey, but isn't everywhere these days. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are very good and the place for its size is always clean and tidy. You can also shop for little gifts there.

Popped here to scope out the afternoon for a possible future booking. Didn't really looking too promising from the outside but just goes to show you can never judge a book by its cover! Like a little rabbit den with catches and sofas and tables. Turn a corner and then more tables.... And the cakes!!!! All looking amazing. I had a pulled pork and stuffing roll. Beautiful. Also a slice of cheesecake. If I'm ultra picky it could do with a thicker base. But that's being picky. All the things to buy there also. Jewelry and bags and scarfs and decorations for the house. I could have spent a fortune. And the staff were all lovely. A hidden gem of a place and I can't wait to go back xx

Used to love this quirky little coffee shop... great location for lunch when shopping in Llansamlet ...however the prices are very expensive for certain items and the staff continue to wear their hair down while preparing food and drinks!!! Surely there are hygiene rules relating to this!!!!! Won't be visiting anymore I'm afraid.

Nice venue, cosy little shop and nice coffee. Unfortunately, absolutely stinking attitude from some of the staff, in particular the lady with short hair behind the counter- throwing filthy looks out at customers as if they’re free and a very rude tone of voice. Another younger girl with long, blonde hair thinks she owns the place. Totally unnecessary and it really lets the place down! Sort it out- it’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry

Very dark and squashed inside. Better to eat outside if you can. Corned beef pie acceptable, custard slices nice, but not good for a full meal. More a snack sort of place.

Lovely little place to eat next to the furniture store. We picked up a takeaway lunch for our little trip in Swansea. A cheese baguette placed so carefully in a box with a mini tub of coleslaw and a few crisps. They offer hot and cold food as well as hot and cold drinks. Nice seating area outside too.

This was definitely not worth the money, cost of nearly £45 for 3 mini sandwiches each, a scone, a meringue, couple of tiny cakes , a mini quiche and a couple of tiny pastries, we weren’t even given a drink and crisps each!!! 2 pack of crisps and 2 little bottles of lemonade between 3 of us. Very disappointed and felt ripped off!

We have been going there for a number of months, and find that the service is getting progressively worse. The way orders are taken is slow and unnecessary. The last twice we have been, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks, and often, what is on the menu board is not available. It’s a very small place, and yes, it’s bound to be busy at lunchtime, but overall it’s a product of its own success. Poor service, long waiting times means no more visits.

Visited The Coffee shed today on a lunch time with my wife. Shocking service. Ordered a decaf cappuccino, hot chocolate, Lamb Cawl, Tuna Panini. Then told there was no Cawl left (bearing in mind its only1pm). So looked for an alternative and ordered a mushroom panini for my wife instead. I Sat down. 10mins later here comes the drinks, a hot chocolate and an Americano (where's my decaff cappuccino??), a further 15 mins later we are then told there are no paninis left ??? ok so we then order them as toasties instead. A further 10 mins then I get my Tuna toastie. 15 mins later still no sign of my wife's Mushroom toastie so I call the assistance and he says I'll go and check. He returns to say that they have not ordered any mushrooms in today and can we choose another option. My wife then orders a Tuna toastie. 10mins go by still no toastie. My wife is now late for work so we asked for the money back for the one toastie and leave. The wife returns to work with no lunch at all. The chap that works here is useless. As a café it looks good but cannot keep up with demand. Wont be returning !!

This is such a lovely little place, tucked away at the back of the Sony shop. It's got a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of secluded tables. A great selection of food and fab coffee. It has a cool and eclectic style, and also a nice selection of gifts to buy. I'm quite glad it's hidden away a little, as it never feels hectic. It's become my 'go to' place in the area. Worth a visit.

A friend booked my husband and I an afternoon tea here, I didn't know it existed! What a little gem! Lovely staff, a delicious and very generous tea (we had to bring some home as we couldn't eat it all). There is a good selection of hot meals, coffees, cold drinks and sandwiches if you would like to have a coffee or lunch there and everything is spotlessly clean, tasty and very comfortable. There are a number of lovely things for sale (Jewellery, scarves etc). I will most definitely going back. If you are shopping in Llansamlet this is the place to go.
