Terrific customer service. Best mocha presentation and delicious pizzas including vegan. Lovely comfortable environment, chilled background music, tasteful venue.

I’ve come here a number of times in the last few years and the food is always excellent, Covid challenged their service which I have reviewed previously but now the are back to their best. Great service, really friendly and helpful and just great pizza! All of the food here is recommended and the beer is good too! What more could you ask for.

Wanted to find somewhere to eat near the Titanic exhibition and came across this little gem . One half with a pizza restaurant and the other is a cafe with lovely cake and coffee . We ordered pizzas which were both amazing . Really fresh ingredients. Service was great too Highly recommend

We called in for a pizza yesterday before setting off back home. So very welcoming! The staff were really friendly and bright. I am not normally a fan of pizza but I have to say, it was delicious and I would definitely return for more. I had the Siciliana. The flavour was really good and the pizza dough so light and tasty. My daughter had the butternut squash and pancetta, a favourite of hers. Altogether delightful!

I used to be a regular customer 2/3 years ago! I can only say that the place and the quality it’s completely change! I did come back to London 5 months ago, I ordered 2 times (with a friends) pizza delivery in both sides (Surrey quays and New cross) I only had orribile experience! That’s why I decided to visit the restaurant in Surrey quays for have a full experience from antipasto to dessert! I order Italian Antipasto (I’m sorry to say, that you can change the name with TESCO ANTIPASTO) and DON’T CALL that Mortadella please 🙏 Pizza marinara, with Bufala the bottom was a bit to crispy but overall not a bad pizza! Nutella cheescake! I’m not complaining about the staff, because it’s obvious that the problem is the product which the company give to them for work! Looks like I need to find another pizzeria!

I saw the menu and it looked amazing and the pizza looks good but the taste is horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas and while the one with ham and mushrooms was ok the “Primavera” with mortadella and pistachios was atrocious. The Mortadella was as old as Queen Elizabeth II so much so the entire pizza had an awful smell and I couldn’t eat more than 2 bites. The quality of the ingredients is terrible for the price you pay. I was lucky I had a 50% discount. Still a waste of money unfortunately.

Wow! My service today was just extraordinary! Luciano went the super extra mile to assist in delivering my pizza. Had a small issue upon placing the order from the website. He solved it in few seconds and my pizza arrived in a matter of minutes and was still extremely hot (which is not to be taken lightly). Luciano grazie di cuore! Vale! E la sua Mamma!

I’ve been to Pizza room a number of times, this, the first time after lockdown. The pizza was their usual great quality, great, but the service was poor. I could go into further detail but to not provide an itemised bill and not give you a credit card receipt summed up the disappointing service before, during and after the meal! Sad as it has great food.

The pizza sent out for delivery without a pizza topper or a seal on the box or a pizza tripod. The result being it arrived an absolute mess without some of the toppings. I suspect the delivery rider took the opportunity to have some. If you're going to deliver pizza, do it properly to avoid wasting everyone's time and money.

We use Pizza Room (Lower Rd branch) via Deliveroo before / during the lockdown / ever since almost weekly. Our favourite pizzas are: the one with Goat cheese / Butternut squash, the one with ham & mushrooms and also the one with anchovies. They are thin, crisp and light, with quality toppings, and we eat the left overs the next day cold or from oven and it tastes divine. We also indulge in the chocolate mousse & tiramisu. Delicious also. Highly recommended.

Best pizza in London! Am luck to live nearby and can go to the restaurant or get a takeaway very frequently. If you like thin base pizza, ask for that as they have an extra thin option.

We dropped in here for coffee and cake, but ended up having a delicious salad instead. The cakes looked great, but the salad was really good and much healthier. The staff were friendly and the place had a good vibe.

Had a very nice lunchtime pizza experience during the weekday. Best pizza dough in London I’ve tried so far. Good proportion of toppings to crust and the base is crispy but not too thin. Highly recommended!

Unassuming little pizza place not far from the Surrey Quays Overground station. Service is friendly and fast, the menu is simple but good. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, very authentic with thin bases and generous toppings. Great value and really worth the trip.
