Starbucks Coffee in Southwark

The quality of the coffee is like any other Starbucks in the chain. The girl who served us was very pleasant, although she was alone in the establishment for all the requests and preparation of the orders, hence the wait. The price perhaps a little high compared to other establishments that we can find in London with the same quality or even higher.

The Arab girl with the hijab is very rude, she kicked us out rudely saying that they had to close. He opened the bathroom door even though I was inside. Strongly not recommended. There's better in London.

Toilets are a disgrace, should be shut down by trading standards. Look like windows in the back of the restaurant have been wiped by a filthy rag. So unhygienic.

We arrived at 4.45pm on Sunday 24 March and found it closed, when Google says it closes at 6.30pm. Very bad.

Fab location for a pick me up, a bit pricey but that's all Starbucks really, felt very chilled in there and the view was great.

We went for a coffee at 18:00; we were asked to leave at 18:30, along with everybody else, even though the schedule said it was open until 19:00; one of the servers(short blonde bob cut)said they had to clean the place and leave by 19:00

Went for a coffee at 6.30 pm which was close to closing time at 7 pm. Was cursed at by one of the personnel. Only take-away was permitted. Was surprised to know this was a policy of Starbucks.

Starbucks UK - please help your employee Afua. I’ve spotted her being bullied by a coworker/manager. I was observing from a distance and I could hear the employee Emi bullying her! Her service was amazing! I tried reaching out to her to let her know that I can offer help if she needs it but I thought it’s going to make it worse for her because he could listen. Please do something about it…

Cafeteria justo en frente del museo Tate Modern con terraza. Dispone de varias opciones veganas tanto en sus cafés como en sándwiches fríos y calientes. Yo me pedí un sándwich de atún vegano que estuvo bastante bien, junto al típico café y zumo. A precio de Starbucks, no barato. El ambiente como siempre cómodo y tranquilo, con wifi y enchufes para cargar dispositivos, Moviles, etc.

I find Starbucks hit and miss. As an American I like the filter coffee and it is often not available. The team here today went above the call and made me some instead of offering me an Americano which I do not like. Thank you. Charlotte, Juwon, Emmi you rock. I was feeling beyond the need.

As a typical tourist, I'll complain about not working wifi. When I was mentioning this to a staff member, I was told that this is normal and that all that the staff can do is to complain further to their manages. In any case, this is the problem of multiple Starbucks and I don't know why. Maybe too many customers are connected and it overload the network. But this is exactly what a café should be prepared for or count with. There is only 1 toilet at the place for everyone. Considering that the shop is not the smallest, maybe few of them would be better. I had matcha latté. It's possible to have it without added sugar. Yay! But since I was staying at the place, no one asked my name to put it on a cup to go (even though I had one). I am sad that I didn't have the proper Starbucks experience. But yeah, that not working wifi and just 1 toilet seems to be it in Starbucks in London.

The staff needs to properly check what milk they add to the drinks. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice latte with Oat milk. The taste was slightly different than usual, and 30mins later fell sick with allergic reaction to lactose... the staff didn't seem very attentive so, when you order non-dairy best check with them again. Can't believe this happened at a starbuck...

We took our breakfast there this morning, the young lady who took and prepared our order was extremely nice and welcoming; and the place itself is cute and clean: good Starbucks!!

Very bad service. I was order two frapucino with coffee and one with out. In the end I get three without coffee. Very dirty and stick table. Everywhere rubbish and dirty floor.

Not the most family friendly Starbucks I have been to. They play music with a lot of cursing and inappropriate references. They also blast it in your ears. Will not be coming back to the Starbucks by the Tate Modern 👎👎👎

Good coffee, fast service. On this occasion I ordered ahead via the app, you have to prepay to the app, the plus is you make you coffee as complex as your taste desires (something that would be in my opinion difficult in store) the plus is it saves your perfect blend to order again. From placing the order it is usually ready to collect within 4 to 7 mins 👌🏼

Very nice team at Starbucks Bankside near Tate Modern.

During Covid19 limited seating inside although there are 5 small tables undercover outside. They are not taking part in the eat out to help out scheme so no discount here so best to find an alternative cafe that offers the 50% off scheme Monday to Wednesday.

I dunno, pretty good, staff were really nice at this particular joint. Starbucks is Starbucks though isn't it, at least you know what you're getting

Nice Starbucks, one of the more cozy ones! Fast service and good location, as far as a Starbucks goes, I would recommend. Coffee quality is poor, but that's just Starbucks in general and not related to this place in particular. Also would not recommend the oat milk..

Oh, the food quality is the same as a Starbucks should be; however, the staff seems so tired and no smiles. The manager should cheer them up!

Coffee here is pretty consistent compared to other Starbucks but most of the staff working here don't seem to be that enthusiastic or bothered.

I like that apart from great tasting filtered coffee the staff is always helpful, I mean always, even when you see them really tired at 8 pm.

The staff in here are really polite and hard-working, but the coffee is just so inconsistent. Today I ordered a Cortardo and it tasted like pure milk - like there was zero coffee in there. Previous times I've ordered the same, and it tasted short and sharp, like it should. Given them multiple chances but won't come back any more unfortunately.

Immer wieder gerne. 😀 Kaffee und Cookies sind lecker. Perdonal war nett. Sitzbereich war etwas ungepflegt und nicht sonderlich sauber. Allerdings ist das ein allgemeines Problem, da es nirgendwo eine Geschirr-Rückgabe gibt und die Leute das Geschirr so ist einfach stehen lassen. Leider waren die Toiletten nicht sehr gepflegt, haben aber auch schon erheblich schlimmeres gesehen.

Starbucks halt und normal bewert ich dieses Unternehmen nicht, aber das Personal war äußerst nett, obwohl sehr viel los war.

Miejsce blisko muzeum. Niestety lokal i łazienka niezbyt czyste. Napoje ciepłe i zimne różnią się w smaku od tych samych podawanych gdzie indziej.

Sencillo y no muy grande Starbucks. Lo mejor que tiene es que está enfrente de la entrada a la Tate Modern (al nuevo edificio, por detrás del río). Así que si no hay sitio en la cafetería de la Tate o no queréis pagar sus precios, podéis tomar algo aquí (aunque tampoco es que sea lo más barato del mundo).

Just your everyday Starbucks. I love their employees are super inclusive. Just would love to have some local specials from the secret Starbucks menu...

Though I like the starbucks taste what I don't like is the fact that they keep on using plastic cups when I want to sit in there! When I pay their expensive premium I expect them to sit in I expect them to give me the coffee in a normal cup. I would understand if it was a take away. And it is a habit. It happens everywhere now

Regular Starbucks, went on a sunday and service felt a little sluggish. Most tables were sticky. Wi-fi and power sockets were good enough to work. Great location.

I asked for a small cup of hot water to heat up my screaming baby's formula. That seemed to be impossible and instead after chasing twice was asked to hand the barrista the bottle so they could heat it up. No mother would trust a complete stranger to do this. To add insult to injury, the toilet was out of order. Worst service ever experienced in a Starbucks
