I’ve been here twice, first time a few years ago and was good service as far as I remember so went back this year and they missed an item from my breakfast. I told the girl and she literally just looked at me like I was the devil and walked off to sort it but without saying sorry or acknowledging it at all. She came over about 10 mins later when I’d eaten everything else and put it on my plate again with no verbal interaction at all and looking really annoyed at me?

shocking customer service,got a chocolate milkshake that was sour,watery and over sweet.took it back to be basically told"tough its down to personal taste"and theres nothing she could do.didnt even offer a drink to replace it.wasnt even a chocolate milkshake but a crush em type drink.place was rotton also considering the circumstances we are currently living in

I've used this a few times but I found it inconsistant. The staff are lovely but food to hit and miss. Once I got a cheese omelette and chips, it was inedible as bottom of omelette burnt.i also once purchased crisps that were out of date.also there bacon baps are sometimes lovely sometimes underdone to the point of inedible. I always get take away so can't complain at time..real shame as some of the food has been lovely and service very good.i used to go in at least once a week now unfortunately I dont really use it.

Popped in here to be honest to avoid a rain shower . We had lovely coffee and scones reasonably priced no complaints.

Awesome all day brunch lots freshly cooked food great hash browns sausages beans set me up for the day having walked to beach and here from Park Deans great barmaid and snooker good. Selection of booze too in bar on same place

Visited here for lunch whilst holidaying in the area and their homemade cheesecake range looked amazing! We opted for the strawberry and white chocolate one which we took away and that was very good quality. We also had the sausage and onion chutney paninis and they were really good. Very generous with the onion chutney and lovely butchers sausages. The homemade coleslaw was also very nice. The restaurant is very modern, light and vibrant, really nice décor and very welcoming. It's a lovely little garden centre too with lots of nice things to look at. Was gutted I didn't get to see their gorgeous spaniel dog Jack this time, but hopefully next time! 🤞Will definitely make sure this is a place I make a point of visiting when I holiday here next year as the cheesecake is not to be missed!

Four Winds Sea LaneNice place for kids and adults. Bingo every day and night. Arcades for the kids and a food stall outside but you can take it inside to eat

Ingoldmells PointAwful drinks, this place has benches and tables along the front which cannot be used unless you purchase so we went for coffee - they do not serve decaf! A coffee place without decaf in 2024! Hot coffee and coffee was £5.80, they had no lids, no extras offered on the hot chocolate. Go along the parade to Butlins for a lovely hot choc, with extras for less and benches a plenty with a friendly service plus you even get a biscuit. Bibby's felt unwelcoming, poor on service and customer needs. Only the front counter looked open and the prices were insane for a coastal basic snack bar. Not going back, there was horrible grain in the bottom of the cup which didn't even look like chocolate 😕 I threw it away and went to sit on the wall. Needs to up its game for 2025 and be appealing as the competition is much better.
