Very noisy and bad acoustics. I tried to order a particular brand of whisky and they got it wrong twice. The first time they gave me orange liquor instead. For the second one I ordered, they typed the price wrong (made me pay way more than the drink I ordered). I realised after paying, I told them about the error and they refused to amend it.

We came to celebrate my sister's hen night last night. We had an amazing time and Lucifer and Callum were awesome bartenders. Yes - I did say Lucifer - he'll know!! They made sure everyone was involved and many drinks were drunk, spilled, snorted!! Absolutely cracking night - thank you

We went out for drinks on Saturday the 10th, the doorman asked we leave our drinks on the table by the door while we stepped out the front to meet our friends, on coming back in security said our drink had been knocked over by someone and to ask the bar for a replacement. Bar refused to uphold security’s request, with no apology from security.

Such a lovely bar and amazing drinks, really amazing service. Special shout-out the staff that were working on Thursday 1st Aug who held my cardholder behind the bar after I left it there accidentally - they were absolutely lovely, friendly and so professional - they saved the day and made us feel really welcome. Will defo visit again! They’re a credit to the company :)

Cocktail club hosted us for an event of around 50 people on Friday 3rd May. Everything was perfect - drinks were great, staff were fun and friendly, atmosphere in there is great too! Can’t remember the names of the staff but shout out to them

We had a hen do cocktail making class at TCC on Saturday just gone with Charlie and Calum, and they were both so relaxed, really friendly and made the whole session really enjoyable for all of us - would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing time! Wandered in here to continue celebrating my Mum’s birthday down the road and we had the best experience. The drinks were incredible and the music was such a good vibe. Huge shout out to Louise (hope I got it right!) who was absolutely amazing all night - so lovely, attentive and fun! My sister asked her for a drink recommendation and she gave her a French martini which I’m pretty sure is her new favourite drink! Honest hats off to incredible service and atmosphere, exactly what you want for a fun night out. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will be returning when I’m next in Bristol.

Lovely decor, staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The cocktails I ordered were like 90% ice (I understand ice is important in cocktails but some had so much crushed ice you couldn’t even drink the liquid through the straw) which I thought was disappointing given the price. Music can also be too loud sometimes.

We went to London cocktail with a party of 8 of us and we asked to set up a limit of £250 on the tab. Not only were the staff rude and went over that tab but another tab was set up and consequently was charged a further £305 with no explanation or receipt for the transactions. Within the party, people were also buying their own drinks outside of the tab and we were not at the bar for very long which makes it impossible for the bill to be this much. I have emailed several times now with no response whatsoever and I believe we have been overcharged purposefully. Steer clear of this place!!!

Great, funky place for fancy, cool and stylish cocktails. Prices are good and service is amazing. The bar staff is fun and friendly and always have some good suggestions depending what type of alcohol is your favourite and they recommend the right cocktails for you and your friends. Love the crazy lamps swinging above your head, good music and crazy looking crocodile on the wall as decoration. Me and my friends away as enjoy time in this place. Would highly recommend a visit on a night out.

I've been to a lot of clubs in Bristol, but the staff in this club is crazy, loving and fun. The drinks are delicious. Overall, a best place to end the night.

У нас была отдельная комната для нашей группы из 12 человек. для начала нам все рассказали и потом мы приступили к приготовлению. Это было очень весело и интересно! Два бармена так же не давали нам скучать и старались сделать наш вечер как можно ярче, им это получилось!!! девочки остались в восторге! рекомендую!!! хорошая идея для дня рождения или девичника!

The club was amazing until they switched the music from RbB to dance. As soon as they did, the atmosphere changed and everyone stopped dancing. The COUPLE behind the bar said they had been listening to that music all day and refused to change it. We left .

Be careful at the till - they had added a tip charge to my cocktail without asking and then handed me the card machine with the screen asking for an additional tip - so trying to get tipped twice! I only noticed (being somewhat tipsy..) because the cost for the cocktail was a bit of a random number £11.98 or something as opposed to the £10.50 on the menu. Pretty predatory in my opinion - shame because the cocktails and atmosphere are really nice.
