It is not every day that you get to dine in a category 'C' prison but I can strongly recommend it. A great concept where training and rehabilitation are the key drivers here- they deliver excellent quality food in a relatively relaxed environment. Well worth supporting. Obviously need to book in advance and go through some security on day.

Trinity

31/10/2019: A real gem in Clapham, South London. The food in innovative and superbly cooked and presented. The wines are well chosen and reasonable priced as is the food A great treat each time I go
17/06/2019: We had booked Trinity in Clapham for a Sunday evening and the restaurant was pleasantly full with a few hardy diners eating outside. It is not the most stunningly atmospheric dining space and can be a little loud when it is full. Service was generally good, but other than possibly one of the female waiting staff who was excellent, not outstanding. The warm bread rolls served with Jersey butter were very tasty and the wine was good but pricey. I liked the fact that the bottles were left on the table without me having to ask, rather than being whisked away to some dark corner in an ice bucket just out of reach!

The Library Lounge

26/10/2019: Located in an old Library (probably from the building's time as the London County Council) we had an excellent 6 course tasting menu with glass of cava, purchased through Time Out. The 2 initial courses of celeriac hummus and sweetbread nugget were surprisingly good, having been unsure about both, they were actually delicious. This was followed by charred mackerel, lamb meatball and then pistachio and pesto encrusted cod. To finish, again not something I would have necessarily chosen off an a la carte menu, was baked figs in honey with sour cream, though not the greatest dessert I'd ever had, it was certainly sweet and still enjoyable. With the view out to the river this was a great experience, particularly at only £30 per person
23/06/2019: This is a fantastic afternoon tea experience with excellent food and plentiful amounts of it. The location is also an oasis of calm on the otherwise frantic south bank, with lovely views over the Thames.
