What a waste of money. I ordered a vegetable curry and pilau rice and popadoms. Order arrived minus the rice. Phoned and told them and they then sent the rice together with an extra portion. Curry was the most bland I have ever tasted. Will certainly not be ordering from there again.

Where do I start ! Ordered from just eat and it was going to take over an hour for delivery so I decided to call them and collect. When I got home and dished the food up I have never see so much oil in a curry and it tasted terrible and I had to put it in the bin. Do not order from this place. “PLEASE NOTE THIS ISN’T CLAY OVEN IN WHALEBONE LANE DAGENHAM”

Ordered through just eat but is not the correct clay oven. All the food had a funny taste to it. Chicken was raw in one of the dishes and over cooked and like rubber in another. Will never order from this place again. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS CLAY OVEN FOR THE ONE ON WHALEBONE LANE.

Admittedly ordered from here by accident as meant to order from another Clay Oven through Just Eat, however the food was delivered quickly and was lovely, hot and tasty. Very happy and will definitely order from here again.

This place is disgusting to say the least, extremely poor service and poor cleanliness, the place was so dirty starting with the tables and floo. I ordered a family bucket to eat in; they gave me no plates to eat in, I had to ask to napkins, cups. When I asked for napkins they literally gave 4 pieces of napkins and 3x ketchup sachets for 4 adults. After the meal I wanted to wash my hands, I was informed the toilets are out to order for 7 days. I asked for wet wipes to wipe my hands and they didn't have it. So, I have just eating a whole meal with my hands but hands are greasy as he'll, I can't use the toilet and there's no wipes. Believe it or not I was offered a cup with water and told to wash my hands . This is ridiculous, what is this 3rd world country or something. Poor management!

Ballards RoadWhy do Maky D's not double check takeaway orders. I'd say 1 out of 10 orders is missing something which is only evident when you get home and dish up. Really grinds my gears.
