lovely food good old fashion pie mash liquor,shepherds pie,delicious homemade cooked food, kids meals available and wheelchair friendly.very clean, plenty seating a must to visit.

Como normalmente lugar cerrado decidimos ir y probar este lugar. Larga cola, hoover bajo 1 mesa, platos y mesas apiladas no limpio. Mesa de metal apoya toda oxidada y piso sucio. Tiene reservas pero todo el mundo deseando a tarta y puré decidimos arriesgarnos. Templado y muy descuidadas y salada. Cuando le dimos nuestro personal nos dimos cuenta de los platos de sus uñas dedo estaban sucias (se puso enferma a nuestro estómago) nunca más.

Went here as heard the pie and mash was good well it wasn't the pies were salty the liquor was tasteless don't bother go to Walton on the naze loads better

No sé ni por dónde empezar. Estos son los más deliciosos pasteles cosas que he comido. Me vienen aquí sobre una base regular y que sólo se puede conseguir suficiente. Si nunca has comido aquí estás seriamente perdiendo. Recomendaría comer aquí a todo el mundo porque la comida es muy agradable. Sinceramente, hay algo aquí para todo el mundo.

Hemos tenido bastante unos pasteles de la cafetería de tarta así que pensé que justo una revisión. son muy atentos y cuando me encontraba recientemente enviaron nuestras tartas caseras. La comida es muy buena, y las tartas son para morirse mi familia ama, así que con mucha carne y lleno de salsa, es nuestro favorito el bistec, hongos y rojo vino Dios mío de tan morerish. No hemos comido en siempre tenemos para llevar pero se trata de comer en pronto.

Some of the very best Steak & Kidney pies I have ever eaten. Tender steak with plenty of kidney in a delicious pastry. I can't comment on the meals as I have only ever bought to take awy.

We have had pies delivered from the Pie Company twice . We all thought the pies were lovely & they went out of their way to give us the pies we requested which did mean we had quite a wait never the less it was worth the wait . The chips are delicious but the mash just a little dryness. Over all we would thoroughly recommend this Company .

What a find!! This passionately run, hand crafted pies with home made fillings, served up with fresh veg and a whole load of helpful!! The owners could not do enough and with their hand made pies made to order within 30 mins from start, you cannot to better!! The pies have all kinds of savoury and sweet fillings from common all garden minced steak and chicken and mushroom to a whole range of interesting fillings like chicken tikka, chilli con carne, and gorgeous mixes including a vegetarian option. You can have home made mash and veg or chips and gravy or Liquor. This place is a treasure and a treat!! If you visit Clacton, you MUST visit this place!!!

Manningtree Station
I was on a train from Ipswich and was threatened by somebody who was acting dangerously. I was advised to move carriage as it pulled into Manningtree. As I did so, the train worker told the train to wait but it pulled away. The character who threatened me then got off at Manningtree when he saw me get on the platform. He was waiting by the exit. The lady who worked for British Rail advised me to go and sit in the cafe for my own safety. It was also below freezing temperature. The woman who worked in the cafe approached me as I was seated and told me I couldn't sit unless I paid for something. I explained the situation and that I had been told to wait in there. She said "well you're still going to have to buy something" and effectively told me to leave. As I was leaving she was sneering at me through the window. So I then had to stand in freezing temperatures, for twenty minutes, at night, in full view of somebody who was wanting to do me harm. It's disgraceful that people don't care about the safety of passengers and are more interested in profit, than caring for somebody in a dangerous situation. Whoever that was should be ashamed of herself.

Victoria Place 22Happened upon this gem whilst exploring Brightlingsea quite busy but service was prompt and friendly. Food was excellent with generous helpings and very reasonable prices. Will return for sure next time in Brightlingsea.
