excellent food and portions, good delivery time. and a plus for the Forest, they are online, they deliver and take card!

Fish was lovely with batter crisp and thin, chips were perfection. Lots of salt and vinegar as requested. Can't ask for more than that really.

Ordered a chicken meat and chips with garlic mayo no salad. Didn’t check my food until I got home and I had been given salad with my food. I am a very fussy eater therefore had to sit and pick out every single thing

Always arrives in a excellent delivery time and the food is always of the best quality. We order weekly.

Kebab meat drier than usual. Put cold drink in with hot food which meant drink warmed up and food cooled down

Phoned 30 mins before collection they had run out of donor meat, (This was 19:45 on a Saturday evening. Gave us the option for Chicken which we excepted. I wish we hadn't, the chicken was slimy with bits of grisle in it. Will never return.

Whilst on holiday hubby ordered fish and chips to be delivered. As soon the delivery driver handed over the food I could sense the divine smell of the food. We had cod and chips each, and both of us stated how good they were. Fish tasted great and I could say chips were home made and from local spuds. It was absolutely delicious. We ordered same for tonight as well.

We have a delivery every Friday night and has always been very nice, but tonight it was terrible, fish was full of grease the batter was burnt🙄🙁 and the chips was very greasy and alot of them was green we were very disappointed 😥 tonight I hope this will never happen again as we are loyal customers and look forward to this ever Friday night 😥😥

really not up to their usual standard. gravy was inedible, you could cut it with a knife. it went straight in the bin. overcooked burger and onion rings were mush. cod wasn't the best either. it has put us off ordering from them again

Some of the food was cold on arrival

Food great, no problem, as usual. But Over 1.5 hours from ordering to receiving it is a very long time just for 2 items. Im literally 5 minutes away. But couldn't collect like usual due to a broken leg. Based on todays experience i wouldn't bother to use the delivery service again.

We have had alot better it was on the cold side and my husbands chippy curry was solid. We have a delivery every Friday but tonight was a bit of a let down.

glad I opened the burger as the lettuce was brown and made the bun soggy. Chicken burger is nice but not a fillet. chips lovely and portion just right. the hot wings heavily coated and firey. the jumbo sausage was twice the expected size and delicious. Will order again.

Over a 1hr 15 minutes late, when getting the food it was all cold. Also we had the wrong item in the order. Pictures taken for proof. Also the salad was brown in the burgers.

Joke of a place, TWICE in the last month they have made my order late whilst I’ve got hungry kids waiting, they don’t answer the phone, I will not be ordering again.

I had no idea what to expect but it was lovely. Great chippy chips, kebab was nice, better than most in the area. The curry sauce is chip shop curry, not that anaseed stufd. Had some gravy which was really thick and salty which I love. Will order again!!

We have regularly ordered from The Chippy Cinderford and we always enjoy the food. Normally they deliver in the estimated timeframe but on this occasion they were well early. We hardly had to wait any real time at all. Very impressed and good people.

Delivery driver delivered to wrong address which is fine as mistakes happen,however restaurant told us he left it outside a door at the wrong address and when he did turn up with our cold food, he was very rude ,because I missed his two phone calls which were right after each other and he didn't respond when I called him straight back. The food then had to be taken back to be re cooked.

500ml bottle of coke wasn't sealed it had been opened

Always order from here with no problem. Tonight I’m sorry to say it was awful. Mixed kebab was loaded underneath with chips! Already had chips on the order so did want these. Far too much. The mixed kebab had very little chicken and hardly any salad. Ordered spicy mayo and couldn’t find it on there! Horrible and dry. Sorry but this fell short of the normal.
