My favourite chippy. Has been for many years. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I threw our food away. Dry and tasteless. And the guy and his son not very friendly. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Might have just been a bad day but chips today are undercooked, cold and very very pale and a little hard. Asked for salt and vinegar and couldn't take a hint of either. Not the best :(

Chips were horrible the fish was lightly battered, the only thing was good to eat was the mushy 🫛. Have been before and better food.

Great fresh chippy, friendly owner, great selection of chippy food and reasonably priced.

Sooo many chips! If you are hungary try this one. Long menu with everything you could want from a chip shop. Staff are always nice very friendly place to stop off on the way home.

This has been our local chippy for several years now and we couldn't ask for better service. The staff are always friendly, the food is good quality and the service is professional. They also server a variety of other foods you don't always find at a small local chippy.

Had yet another 'ebay mission', as usual got stuck in a traffic jam, so by the time we collected our goodies I was starving. Stopped here, the premises was cleaned to a high standard, all staff wore masks, easy parking directly outside shop. I decided on the pie dinner, meat pie (Hollands), chips and gravy, have to say I ate the lot, pie was nicely cooked, chips nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, the gravy finished it off to perfection. My only one gripe is that hubby forgot the can of pop 🙈🙈. Would definitely return if in the area and would recommend.

The best chippy in Swinton, seriously if you don't like it I'll refund you!! Joking aside, never had a bad meal everything rocks.

Good fish and chips shop Good mushy peas and curry sauce. Fish and chips on point every time Well worth a visit. If you want traditional fish and chips then you need to go here.

I am reluctant to give this one star so I will give just for the fish. We probably ate about 6 chips each and we only did that to prove a point. They were disgusting to say the least, and the 2 meals cost over £11. I have taken photos of what we could not eat but I do not know how to add them to this review. If you want a look let me know.

First time of using this place. First thoughts are that the fish and chips were excellent and the place was spotlessly clean. I dont really do burgers and kebabs so cant comment on them, but if the F&Cs are anything go by they should be good. The staff are also friendly and polite.

By far and away the best chip shop in Swinton 10/10 cannot rate highly enough, never had a bad experience with the staff and the food is always top quality.

Not up to the high expectations of which i thought that it would be , not imforming that it was terrible but i thought it was moderate

Very slow service, 19 minutes to complete a small order and to make it worse most of the food had been wrapped up and left on the side to go cold. The kebab had such a small quantity of lettuce on it they should have not bothered, chip barm was squashed and very few chips, the other chips was basically scraps. This is not the first time the service and food has been poor, but we thought we'd give them a second chance, what a mistake and we won't be back!

Bought two fish tonight got home both not cooked inside horrible grey slime instead of white fish sorry guys off my list won't be coming again

Absolute disgusting chips have been warmed up the pies are from the day b4 and the donor kebab isn't proper meat it's cheap meat defo will be finding a better chippy shouldn't be hard tho
