Excellent service from the start to finish from Paul and Michelle. Was recommended by them to get the meal deal which saved us money. The fish and chips were tasty and we enjoyed a very nice cup of hot tea. It was my mums birthday today and when I mentioned that whilst ordeeing, both Paul and Michelle wished her a happy birthday which put a big smile on my elderly mother’s face. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Harry Ramsden's for keeping the fish and chips as incredible as I remember from 2017. This meal brought back so many happy memories, and I’m honestly amazed at how the quality and flavor have remained just as exceptional after all these years. I never thought I’d experience the same wonderful taste again, but here I am, thoroughly enjoying it once more. A special thanks to Paul and Michelle for their outstanding service—this visit was a true trip down memory lane.

I really need to say the man who serves with white hair has a fantastic customer service, he is very friendly and makes everyone feel comfortable, it’s a shame he has to deal with awkward customers especially as he is on his own mostly I have just read a review about someone complaining that someone called her sweetheart, well I think she should be grateful there is still some genuine gentleman about instead of arrogance Well done to the man on the counter

I recently visited Harry Ramsden's Express at Salford Quays. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, knowing the place has changed ownership several times, but I was craving classic fish and chips and decided to give it a go. After browsing the menu, I chose the £12 Fish and Chips Special, which included fish, chips, peas, and a cup of tea. The staff informed me the fish was haddock and kindly asked me to take a seat while they prepared it fresh, estimating about five minutes. When the food arrived, I was slightly disappointed by the portion size of the fish. However, I needn't have worried – the quality more than made up for it. The haddock was deliciously fresh, with a crispy, perfectly seasoned batter that made every bite enjoyable. The chips, peas, and tea complemented the meal well, and the addition of tartar sauce brought the total to £12.39, which I felt was good value for the quality. All in all, it was a satisfying meal, and I would definitely consider coming back for another craving of fish and chips!

As usual the service, quality of the food and value for money was exceptional.
