Happy and chatty staff, very pleasant

Paul was quick to serve the price was good and Michelle was very quick to cook the food fresh and beautifully cooked it was too. I would go again.

Today we were served by Paul. He is a credit to the company. He is always cheerful, polite and efficient. I am a regular here, and Paul is one of the reasons we keep coming back! Alex was cooking, and is also an asset to the company. The food is tasty and well presented. 5 stars!

Visited as a group of 8 this morning and ordered adults, kids, sides and drinks. Service was outstanding, food was delicious and the staff (Paul and Michelle) were so lovely!!!! Will be back !

The food court was so quiet. I was served by a really happy lady called Kelly today at HR and she was one of the nicest service staff I have ever met. Being quiet in the food court Kelly took the time to spoke about my children and about how lovely my children were. She was so attentive and even had a great sense of humour to match. Amazing lady. Excellent service. Paul deserves special mention for his friendly and engaging personality. My wife and I have been regular customers at The Quays for several years. We were also frequent visitors to the (now closed) restaurants at White City and its earlier location on the corner of Regent road and Ordsal Lane. We value the high standards of service that are provided by all of your colleagues.

We had the best time at Harry Ramsden's express. Paul, who served us, was fantastic, super friendly, helpful, and chatty which was lovely. The food was incredible. Everyone said that they thouroughly enjoyed their meal which was cooked by Alex! I had large chips and onion rings and it tasted amazing. Someone else I was with said that their Cod was amazing too. The place was also very clean and generally welcoming. Thank you to Paul and Alex!

What a great and authentic experience! I fell in love with this simple dish avoiding it before for the longest time. There's so much texture and flavour and it's so reasonably priced. The service is very warm and open, can't recommend this place enough!

The food was excellent as per usual at the last of the Harry Ramsden”s in Manchester. Although it’s located within a shopping complex is has a nice open atmosphere. I have to give special mention to Kelly who served us, she was lovely and chatty, and ensured my latte was suitably weak ( exactly how I like it). I would certainly visit again.

I order the sausage, chips and curry sauce. The gentlemen behind the counter was very friendly and polite. The food was tasty and filling.

I have been served by Paul & Michelle twice in the last year at Harry ramsdens and both times the service has been amazing! The specials are always offered and explained, there is barely any wait for fresh food and the food itself is really good quality !

Alex and Kelly were really friendly and guided me through the menu for the best deal. I had a large cod and chips, the first time with tartar sauce and the second time with beans. The fish was soft and fluffy and the chips were gold and crispy. Overall a delicious experience.

THE best fish & chips I've ever eat in UK Really good

I came to grab a fish n chips with all my family about 8 of us total & thats a lot of food, but the service was brilliant very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Paul who served us and the cook in the back who took the time to have a chat with my Grandad, absolutely gorgeous fresh fish and chips and great kids meals throughly impressed and the family was very happy. Vegetarian options available as well! Definitely swing by if your around media city in Manchester.
