13/09/24 - Ordered a shawarma wrap and the guy who was handling the cash rolled up the wrap without washing his hands. Shocking hygiene, won’t be coming back again.

Best shawarma I ever did have! Salad was lovely and meat! 10/10 when I go to Manchester again, I defo will be paying a visit!

Terrible and pathetic service and food

Tried the Chicken Shawarma Wrap with no salad, only chilli sauce. Amazing value for money for £4. Chicken was super juicy & marinated perfectly. The naan was nice and fluffy. Super fast service.

Hygiene issues not recommended

I was very lucky to get the last of the lamb shawarma and had it to eat-in with chips and a naan bread. The lamb was juicy and full of flavour and the mixed salad and hummus in particular was exceptional. Great value for money and friendly guys serving. Recommended.

Ordered a chicken shawarma on naan. It was very well made a nice variety of salad, and tasted really good too. The portion seemed a bit small the naan bread needs to be larger tbh. The service wasn't great, it wasn't welcoming no smile no greetings just like what do you want give me your money here's your food !!! Customer service is key to a successful business which many good food places miserably fail on just like this one. It wasn't the worst place but it was far from good! Smile please guys! It's free!

Thinly sliced chicken which is cold by the time you walk out the door. What flavour?? Customer service is non existent. Plenty of other places to spend your hard earned money.

I’ve had a few shawarmas before, but for me hands down the best shawarma I’ve ever eaten. I live too far for them to do home delivery unfortunately, but I always have one if I’m in the area.

Awesome lamb sandwich but very busy place, fresh food

Always a lot of coriander or parsley inside the kebab, that give a bad taste. I never ask for that but I always found that in my kebab, frustrated.

First time visited this place, I ordered lamb shawamara and the chicken flaya honest review the lamb was just lukewarm no taste, the naan was good but everything else was bad, the chicken was tasteless no flavor in anything I had, will recommend to go somewhere better value and quality of food. Don't waste your money

Is you are after the best shawarma in town, look no further. Pleae not this is not doner. The key difference is for shawarma the v meat is properly marinated before being put on the rosattire, which is not the case with doner, according it on its own might not be everyone's cup of tea as it is bit strongly marinated.

Me and my husband visited this place a few days ago and were not just impressed by the prices but the amazing tasting food. It was so good we ordered more of the sandwich whilst eating in and took 3 more home. We tried the chicken and lamb and both are just as tasty alongside the bread they use which is so soft and tastes great even on its own. The customer service is great and the staff are full of smiles.

Lovely mixed kebab, plenty of good mixed salad and 2 thin naan bread. Great price can sit in and eat. Recommended.

Best shawarma in Manchester tasty yummmy

I visited a few weeks ago but not had a chance to leave a review. I came in and there was a queue of about 3 people ahead of me. Directly in front of me was a black lady with her daughter. She asked for lamb and the guy on the til pretty rudely told her we don't have, chicken only and started shouting out some numbers from the Menu board (to direct the customer the only options they have available). Now, the lady and her daughter were rethinking the order and what they would like but the staff on the till just ignored her and started to take my order. I wanted lamb as well, and didn't exactly hear the guy say to customer before me that they didn't have lamb. And he gave me the same rude reply shouting some numbers out. After this, he sighed and started asking the lady in front and her daughter if they were ready, again very rudely, to which the lady and her daughter walked out of the shop without placing an order. I placed my order. But if I wasn't in a rush to get home I would have definitely walked out too. Won't be visiting this place in a hurry again and judging by the previous reviews, we are not the only ones to experience rude staff. It doesn't cost anything to be kind. When you are kind people will appreciate that more and give you more custom. Instead, it seems like you want our order ASAP and get us out of your building ASAP. Please sort your customer service out! Food on the other hand was decent but definitely will not visit again due to the rudeness of staff.

The food is really good but the service is really slow needs to improve

This is my favourite lamb shawarma spot! The lamb is so good that it’s usually sold out by 6pm! I’ve tried the chicken shawarma which is good but the lamb is miles better! The naan is fresh and tasty and the fries are cooked to order as well as the naan. There’s a wide variety of salad choices to choose from and array of sauces to match anyone’s palette. The only reason for 4⭐️ is if your not early, you’ll miss the lamb! Also customer service with one staff member is hit and miss which can put you off wanting to go in if you’ve had a busy day at work.

Good prices but shawarma meat too fat and too thick cut

Today Thursday 14/04/22 17:30 I have been very disappointed with the Flavour Shawarma because today was the second day in row that one of the staff was very rude to my family member even to me when I stepped in, but in the respect of Holy month of Ramadan I didn't take the issue so deeply. We used to eat in this takeaway since 2018 but there is one of the staff who thinks he's very tough especially against females. Anyway I want to ask it's takeaways boss to speak to him and let him know how to do customer service and how to respect the female customers. Last time to eat there and very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Another Fantastic Kebab Spot in Cheethm Hill These guys serve up fresh Shawarma and it is fantastic. Samoon bread is lovely and fresh and the Lamb and Chicken are cooked fresh and carved as you wait. The Fatayer is also great.

This is the best place in cheetham hill! Lamb is absolutely delicious, but you have to come early to get it as it sells out quick. Chicken is gorgeous; tasty and juicy! Veggie toppings are always fresh and thr choice is pretty vast. Definitely much better then any other kebab place on the same street. 100% recomend!

Good prices great food and the chips are nice. Don't worry if there's a queue as you will get served soon enough. It just shows that the quality of the food, the freshness of the salad and there is some seating within the unit

Very less quantity of meat in 4,50 shwarma with with full of salad and chips,you wl see only traces of meat ,only go there if you are trying to become vagitarian. In photos looks different than in plate when you get it

Best lamb shawarma so tasty, fresh , and nice portion. The pitta bread is so delicious aswel not like normal pitta bread and and at a good price. So clean aswel. Also loved the lamb and chicken fataya so tasty. Lamb shawarma in pitta is £3.50 and chicken is £3. The lamb fataya is £3.50 and chicken fataya £3. Definitely would recommend this place 👌

Tasty shawarma. And that's the only good thing about this place. Have been going here since it opened - so about 2.5 years. In that time it has really gone down hill. Biggest issue for me is that the staff are generally rude and unfriendly. Especially both managers. Also the portion sizes seem to get smaller and smaller. And there are absolutely no social distancing considerations inside the shop whatsoever. Not bad for grabbing a shawarma sandwich on the go or at lunch. But nothing more than that. As soon as a new shawarma place opens in the same area they won't see me for dust 😁

Food is very good. Chicken shawarma Lamb shawarma. Fataya's Both vegetable and lamb or spinach or chicken. Also their own pitta bread and naans. Service can be hit and miss depending on who serves you. Usually staff are very friendly and helpful. We worth going and trying it out.
