Tried for the first time, had it delivered. Very tasty kebab and a very delicious piece of chicken. Well defo order again

My go-to kebab is the chicken shawarma doner in pita with garlic sauce and peri peri chips (no red cabbage). Always perfect and lifts my spirits every time. Always amazing friendly service and I don’t think I’d even need to say my order anymore having been here so often. Looking forward to sampling the lamb when it’s available.

We moved to the area a couple of years ago, but can’t believe we only have this place a try a few months ago because we’ve been missing out!! My 13yr old son is OBSESSED with coming here with his friends and would happily eat all his meals here! We now are regular customers, staff are always so kind and friendly, food is always great! I have the chicken kebab, the chicken is always cooked to perfection, the pitta is toasted (SO GOOD) and the burger sauce is out of this world. I’m literally salivating just thinking about it 😭😭 We love it here!!

Possibly my new favourite takeaway in the area. Everything is well-cooked and tasty. Proper chicken breast burgers, none of the processed nonsense. Decent sized portions and fairly priced too. Will definitely be returning.

My Family and I visited the Chicken House and I was amazed, firstly; with the welcoming and most friendly reception. Ezra, noticed/saw me approaching the door with limited mobility and made her way to the door; opening it before I got there. She introduced herself and invited me to a table along with menus. It was around 12-15 mins later I had delicious foods on the table from, shawarma, grilled chicken, spicy wings, salads, rice, chips, home made dips and sauces, breads, hummus; I could go on…..! The foods were ever so tasty I had to take some home with me. I’ll most definitely return for another sit in in and dine, can’t wait. Thank you ever so much Ezra for the warm welcome and chin wag, I felt like I was at home; hope to see again soon Clint 😊

Every time I come here, I am never disappointed, the chicken and chips are amazing and cooked properly which can’t be said about other chicken shops, I get served fast and the person behind the counter is always amazing to speak to. Would recommend.

A few weeks ago, my partner and I unknowingly walked into The Chicken House with just two mins until closing time! Ezra welcomed us in with open arms, was so kind and whipped us up the ultimate feast to take home. Thank you so much for being SO accommodating!!! We went back today to eat in and the food was equally delicious. Ezra and the team are nothing short of a ray of sunshine AND THE HOMEMADE SAUCES FROM HERE ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD!! If you’re looking for your next meal, you’ve found it!!

I have so many good things to say about this place!! I have no idea where to start 😭 The food here is amazing! When me and my friends get together, this is usually our go-to place if we want to eat. It's very easy to order and the seating is very comfortable (+ the person at the desk is really nice!!) They have flexible ordering options - you can order by phone, online or in person. The website is very easy to use and you can easily customise your order on there. You can also tell the kitchen about any allergies you have as well! Waiting times are usually really quick. It only takes around 10-15 to get your order normally, and even when they're busy it only takes around half an hour. Overall, this is a REALLY good restaurant. If you're looking for a place to eat, I absolutely recommend the Chicken House.

I forgot to post a review so this will be a late one. Ordered the chicken shawarma doner with garlic mayo and over chips. Great tasting food and alot of food for the price. great staff too, the lady always remembers her customers and attention to detail.

Lovely team and amazing food. I had butterfly chicken with peri chips and rice. My fave. My Daughter loves going here specially on her birthday. She really enjoyed her burger and birthday nuggets. We all really enjoyed our dinner out, was made super special with extra sauce, love and thought for her. She knows what she wants. We also enjoyed her birthday cake too which was nice. You need to lower your prices. I live next to you and walk past most days to never see anyone in here. I have been once and it's okay and would love to go more but not paying London prices for standard fried food. Shame really. I used to live in Watford and get this kinda food half the price. This business is set for failure.

Hands down the worst chicken and chips I’ve ever tasted. Zero flavour and just tastes like water. Not crispy, just soggy and slimy.

Been countless times, I nearly always go with my mate after work, no matter what time I can always enjoy the chicken wings. Always get met with the greatest service aswell. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Each time the food has been brilliant and the value for money is great. Not to mention the friendly staff, great service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Will definitely be going back. Ezra has been on my case for a good year to leave a review. Food and service is always on point. Ezra and Ali extremely friendly and always add in lollipops for the kids when I order delivery. My goto lunch order is a chicken shawarma in a bun with chips on the side. Not on the menu but Ali will sort it. They have just updated the peri sauce and it’s banging.

Ordered a delivery. Arrived within 30 mins. Driver very pleasant. Food delicious. Generous portions. I would recommend trying this restaurant, you wont be disappointed

Went in on Sunday afternoon 9th July with my son and 1 year old granddaughter. Made very welcome and they were attentive, I found the chicken wings nice but the fried chicken a bit on the tough side. Found it also a quite expensive

This is always a family favorite! We love the peri peri chicken and was told by the delivery lady that she makes all the marinades herself. Even better! The customer service is fantastic, always clear and precise on the phone when we order. The kids tried the popcorn chicken the last time we ordered and absolutely loved it, I was told I should have bought more! Can’t comment on the atmosphere inside as we have only ever ordered, but the lovely lady who takes calls and delivers is so nice and friendly. All round great service and lovely food!
