Went for lunch with my friend, the food here used to be amazing, don't know what has happened but the food and menu was not great, won't be back I'm afraid.

Had a great experience at the chase Inn. The food was excellent 3 had steak pie which has got tobe the best steak pie i have had and one had fish and chips fantastic. Staff were fantastic so helpful couldn't fault the place 5 star

My visit here was amazing, the food was fresh, tasty and fabulous, the staff are warm and welcoming. I would like to single out the manageress, her name is Karen and I have to say, she is an asset, she is friendly, warm and very welcoming, nothing is to much trouble for her. I will be sad to see her go, I wish her all the very best and I hope she returns at some point as I know she will be missed, take care Karen, you are a lovely lady.

First time I have seen a pint of Guinness poured all at once like a lager

The Chase is always an exciting place to go! The food is great (Katsu Curry or Pulled Pork Tacos)! The staff are the friendliest group you can meet, serving you with a smile, a joke and witty banter! They always put their customers first! More so, the gigs that Team Chase put on! Elvis, Doris Daze and most recently Neil Diamond! A few weeks ago they even had Bingo and Karaoke 🤩 The pub is constantly giving back to the locals with things like these, and it’s great to see! Keep it up you amazing people ❤️ I’ll be back in soon

Awful. Obviously picked wrong night. For example, "butterry mash" had a crust on it. Service on ordering was rubbish. Poorly trained staff. No one tenedering the bar when I went to otder more drinks, got fed uo with wating and sat down again to eat meal without drink. Deserts - no mixed berries in eaton mess, no raspberries with chocolate tart, crumble not crumbly. 4 adults and a child. £111.00. Pubs are closing. I wonder why.

Can’t fault this place. The staff are wonderful, patient and always smiling. A lovely welcome - and they make a point of saying goodbye also - which is something I appreciate. The food is great also - very good standard pub grub. The burgers are cooked to perfection btw - all at a decent price. You won’t go wrong if you’re after a decent pint, good food and friendly atmosphere. Well done to all!

Went round for a catch up, as I was the only one who was eating I thought I’d try something different I ordered Nachos with pulled beef and I have to say it was delicious not your usual Doritos but proper nachos. Only problem is what will I order next time x

Nice wee lunch again with friends been twice this week great value

This is such a lovely little gem of a pub. I've returned a few times now and I'm always greeted with a smile by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, the quality of service is great, and they really take the time to talk to all of their customers. A huge perk for me is how good the WiFi is - I can work from the pub while enjoying the fabulous food they have - win win! Great food deals too. Thank you Team Chase😊

Visited for Sunday Lunch and decided to go for the roast dinner which was absolute fantastic, sister has steak pie and we both cleared our plates. Staff was very pleasant and friendly which they are anytime we go as we normally go mid week. Brilliant mid week deals on such as 2 mains for £12.49 and also a family eats for £20. Well worth a visit.

Visited here with some friends on Saturday afternoon to watch the football. Nice friendly pub with a relaxed atmosphere. Also the food was fantastic!

Fabulous night at the ABBA tribute, Havana Blonde where brilliant! Kept everyone entertained and encouraged everyone to get up and dance! Staff as always were outstanding; Beth, Tracey, Trisha, Genna, and Josh were all great at keeping the drinks flowing. Fantastic wee pub I found this place by chance and so glad I did! It has a great atmosphere with good food a wide variety of drinks plus a pool table The staff were so helpful and welcoming they even called me a cab when my phone battery ran out 😁 I will definitely be back!
