Read alot of really good reviews about here but it's not my cup of tea, breakfast wasn't really the best, it all had black bits on as if it's all been scraped on a dirty griddle, and the fried bread is soaked in oil and tastes like tinned mushrooms. Wonky table and really smelly customers too which also didnt help my first time here. This place isn't for me sorry

Excellent food and value for money as always. Great for a feed up before a walk over the Chase. Takes a while to get served when busy but that's because everything is cooked fresh while you wait.

I arrived for a walk around Cannock Chase and discovered this place for the first time. I chose a large breakfast which cost just £6. On the plate there was fried bread, toast, tomatoes, baked beans, two rashers of bacon, two sausages, mushrooms and two fried eggs. I also had a cup of tea which came as part of the meal. Staff are friendly and polite and there were several tables full of walkers all enjoying their visit too. Highly recommend a visit here.

Really good Cafe, friendly staff and reasonably priced. If youre this side of the chase, its the best option for food and a hot drink rather than the marquis drive visitors centre.

Fantastic value for money. A small breakfast (eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms, tomotoes) plus toast and tea less than £5. Quality good. Good service and friendly waitresses. Cannot fault it.

We stopped for a quick snack. Very poor service, our order was initially given to someone else and had gone cold by the time we received it and then we had been given real sausages on our veggie sausage sandwich! Disgusted.

Have come here a few times for breakfast during our walks, always friendly and food cooked well. Myself being coeliac has been catered for so not felt like I have been left out. Highly recommend.

Lovely little cafe, first time we have been and the small breakfast we had was cooked perfectly. Just not a lot of healthy options on the menu and a person can be fed up of just jacket potatoes as healthy option, so not somewhere we could use too often

Tried the chase cafe as we now have our business in one of the nearby units.Popped in for a couple of take out sandwiches and the service was friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Will be going back there again and again

Best bacon sandwich and prompt service. Friends enjoyed full English breakfast . I don't think they are open all afternoon so check.

Good food and good value. It's in a nice part of Cannock Chase, so use the free car park and go for a walk or bike ride, then finish at the cafe.

Right in the heart of Cannock chase is this golden little gem we found whilst out walking Very clean and tidy, excellent staff, perfect food and great value for money I recommend a visit to see for yourselves We are already having our 2nd visit in 2 days as I write

We used to go here when it was pine cafe and noticed they changed names a while ago. This was the first time with the new owners and it was great! They don't do the belly buster any more and the girl taking the orders only grunted. The place was clean though and had lots of outdoor, dog friendly seating. The breakfast itself was 6 pound for large, including drink, excellent value! Not many places do that any more and was great quality!

We visited here for breakfast and I have to say it was the best full English breakfast I have had for a while , definitely get down here and have a bite to eat or just a drink .

Lovely little cafe, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for mountain bikers aswell. Lovely BEST sandwich. Affordable prices. Think a latte was £1.60. Board outside said Shropshire coffee, so using local suppliers too

I've been to Cannock Chase loads but this is the first time I have been to this cafe and it was great. First I was pleasantly surprised it was open on Easter Sunday but I could soon see why, it was busy with cyclists and walkers from the chase on a glorious sunny day. I ordered a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea, surprisingly cheap compared to where I am from. It didn't take long for them to bring it out to me and both were really nice. I will certainly be back and bring some clubmates next time

I found the owner and staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Food is very good.

Great place as close to chase to walk dog also we ordered small breakfast and drink came with it for four pounds .when we got are breakfast I was shocked at the quality and size amazing value and cuppa was steaming hot .we sure will be going again

Very nice location cafe was clean nice decorations cafe takes card as well which helps food probably not the best English breakfast but not bad at all customer service is fine food didn't take to long to come out nice relaxed environment. Outdoor seating if you got a dog with you.

Love this place - a little out of the way if you're walking on the Chase but worth the detour. Fab breakfast section and warm welcome from the team. Really accommodating and will adapt breakfasts to suit preferences. Our favourite stop after a bit of early morning exercise in the forest. Fantastic value for money too 💜

Eat here a few times a week just lately. Food is really good quality. Always a really good choice and portions are perfect. Place is really clean. Latte's taste really nice. Love the breakfasts and sausage baguettes. Also they do a great wraps. Fast service even when its busy. Staff are friendly, chef is helpful. Prices are really cheap also for the area. Nothing to fault. Perfect.

This is a nice place clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The food is nice for a cafe. There are good views from this place. there is plenty of parking there and plenty of seating for people.

You could sell those blobs of grease that are served with the tea cakes to Duckhams for bearing grease. It has no other uses. Otherwise a good cafe

One of our cycling stops ,that has today been a terrible way of spending a long time waiting for mediocre food, which was not even hot( tepid at best) Would have sent back but we have spent way too long here. Lack of staff and poor organisation, meant the Sunday morning stop off turned into an extremely frustrating and thoroughly disappointing experience. A place to miss until they understand how to run a cafe. Nigel.

I love visiting the Chase cafe for breakfast which is served until 3pm .. The food reasonable and first class . Lovely friendly staff where you can relax , read the daily newspaper inside or sit outside which is dog friendly.

I regularly come here for a small breakfast (though it's actually far from small) and it is always fresh, tasty and just such good value. Friendly, helpful staff .
