Hi light of our evening because the concert turned out to be disappointing. Our server Riyad was on top of his game - extremely personable & knowledgeable- genuinely seemed to enjoy working with the public. Food offerings are mostly asian inspired (which we love) & the quality/ presentation/ freshness was ace. Highly recommend & will return

Riyad went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after - despite an incredibly busy evening. He was rushed off his feet and yet managed to ensure that we always had full glasses. The food was delicious and the champagne cold. Couldn’t recommend more before an evening at the Royal Albert Hall. What’s more, our table was saved for us to return to at the interval. Exceptionally well thought out.

Super evening at Letters live and fabulous service in the champagne bar from Riyad. He really was stretched as appeared to be single handedly looking after all tables but he looked after us well, gave great suggestions on food and we loved the fizz! We shall be back x

Kevon was outstanding in his service and his friendliness! It is the best place to go in the Albert Hall!

Kevon was an absolute asset to our experience. He helped sort out an error I had made with a reservation and continued to make us feel well taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend

Great service from Sabina and Teodora. Food was excellent and so was the Champagne. Very helpful and accommodating with the booking as well.

The staff and service were excellent, attentive and friendly. The food selection (asian inspired) is a little limited, but the food quality is outstanding. The fish melts in your mouth and all the dishes were very tasty. It is relatively pricey, but in our opinion worth the money. We would certainly go again.

Amazing service and drinks at the Champagne bar before our show seeing the Big Band Christmas special at the hall. We had two glasses of Rosé champagne, Kevon and Aimee served us and we're amazing from start to end. They kept our glasses topped up and let us know about interval orders which was really helpful to know for next time when planning our trip. Hats off to a top night with top service!!

Charming atmosphere coupled with excellent food and champagne selection. The staff-in particular Kevin and Aimee-was lovely and accommodating to our food allergies. Reserving a table for prior had the added bonus of having the table available for the intermission. Highly recommend!

The food is very good! We were attended to by Kevon and the service was impeccable.

Food is good, mainly raw fish with well prepared vegetables but a lot of similar flavours. Service was ok, ordered seaweed salad off the menu, brought us another starter and tried to convince us that the seaweed salad wasn’t on the menu. Had to show them the seaweed salad on the menu ourselves & even then they weren’t initially convinced this was on the menu, before finally bringing us the salad.

Great service and very nice food although as you will expect not cheap given the location . Recommend booking a table for the interval

Service at the beginning was good and then as soon as a couple more people came in the service got really bad and they weren't very a attentive
