Fabulous hotel right in the middle of London. Very cool atmosphere, with attentive staff and modern amenities. The concierge desk was always staffed with attentive and helpful professionals - Mr. Gladstone was particularly engaging with my young son - in fact, my son left him a goodbye note upon our departure. Alexandra in the housekeeping staff was also exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay at the ME London.

The hotel was wonderful as could be imagined both for its design and for the perfect location for visiting London. The Lucciano restaurant and the rooftop are also great, but the most notable thing by far compared to the rest of the hotels in its category that I have been to, has been the STAFF. Simply EXCEPTIONAL. Our gratitude to all of them for making this family trip so that our 11-year-old daughter could enjoy London, unforgettable thanks to the kindness of all the people who have assisted us. From Javier who welcomed us, to the guys in the lobby for being attentive to anything we needed, to the professionals who served us both at breakfast and in the restaurant on the terrace, the dinner was even more perfect thanks to your kindness and human warmth. But of course a special mention to Paula who made our stay at ME LONDON perfect. Thank you all and of course we will repeat.

In the last 6 year we have stayed here 8 or 9 times for long weekends. The first few times were amazing, hence why we were returning. However, after that it slowly went downhill, we booked and pre paid for a suite for the weekend, when we arrived they had mixed up our booking and after hours of waiting for them to sort it out we ended up being downgraded to a different room, which they said the difference in cost would be refunded but once getting home we ended up spending weeks trying to get them to actually do it 😡 We did however return thinking it was a blip as we had had so many great experiences before, but we have noticed that the staff no longer seem to be very well trained these days and as polite as they are, they arnt actually very helpful. The last 2 times we have been the suites we stayed in dont seem to be in great repair, the shower doors catch on the floor, blown window panels, dipped beds which were once so comfy! And you now have to park your own car, not a great deal but they used to do it for you and now it just feels like the services in general had gone so far down hill. The hotel in general now needs alot of money spent in it to get it back to how it was and staff need to be properly trained again! We are coming back to london soon and unfortunately are now looking for a different place to stay.

Very modern and beautiful hotel—the suite was spacious and had all the best amenities and beyond. Such a great location central to many sites and good eats. I would give it 4.5 stars because the hallways were absurdly dark and the automatic scent spray in every corner was over the top. I wish we were warned about the weekly fire alarm that directs guests to exit the building that woke my child up in tears! Neither the front desk was reachable nor did anyone call us to say it was just a drill.

Third time in a row in 3 years, being a Meliá customer, it never fails, and every time I come it surprises me even more compared to the previous visit. Very attentive staff, I didn't miss anything at all and I didn't worry about anything. Big shout out to Ivan, one of the reception staff, as all the team of the reception, always ready to help and be unworry about the staying

I stayed here with my teenage son during a short trip to London. We ended up being very sorry to leave the hotel and wishing we had a little more time to indulge in being pampered and spoilt... We went in not expecting much besides nice design and the usual superficial service you get in big city hotels during a busy period of travel. Well, we were so wrong... The luggage was taken of us immediately and we were greeted with a glass of champagne at the reception. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable, everything we needed was available or made available to us. There even was a small clothes steamer and a hair straightener in the room. Dyson hairdryer as well. Coffee and tea. Decent shower and bath products as well. We asked for an iron to be brought to the room so we can iron a shirt and ended up having someone actually pick up the shirt and iron it for us. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was incredible. What a beautiful way to start the day. What I found amazing was how quiet the room was. I am very sensitive to noise and I have to say I didn't hear anything from outside of the hotel or any neighbours and this is a first for me. The entire team was going out of their way to help us have a beautiful experience and we really did. They helped us get taxis and plan a trip outside of London. Long story short, we loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back to London!

We love this hotel and will recommend it to everyone we know. This was our first time staying at a ME property, and it has been delightful. The staff is genuinely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The hotel and the rooms are chic and modern. The area around the hotel is a little tourist-y, but the location is convenient to many landmarks; walking distance to Somerset House, Waterloo Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross station, and if you’re willing to walk a bit more, you can get to Westminster and the London Eye. The roof top bar has amazing views, wonderful staff and a great vibe. There is 24-hour room service, great restaurants (breakfast each morning was included with our stay and was delicious.) The reception area is worth a visit on its own just to watch the 10-story high projections and have some Prosecco. The ME London will be our go-to hotel when we visit again.

The concierge Mattia was the best thing about the Hotel! Excellent attention. The housekeeping service in the room was also very good. The rooms are much smaller than I expected. We had booked a superior room with a balcony and it felt very small for the price but I guess that's London. Every time we asked for room service they took a long time.

This is a beautiful hotel that I had a terrible experience at. The staff were nice, but did not properly handle the issues. I ordered room service in the morning. They showed up 45 minutes later with not one single item that I actually ordered. They didn’t bother to call me to tell me the items were not available. They just brought me alternatives, that I did not want. They did comp the meal, but a five star hotel needs to be better. They should have called me to tell me the items I ordered were unavailable. I would have happily ordered an alternative. That wasn’t even offered, even when they brought me the wrong items they guessed I would want instead. Ok. Fine. Then, the fire alarm goes off. Again, not a big deal, but I’m just out of the shower…panicking on getting dressed and out. So now I’m in the darkest hallway ever, trying to find the emergency exit. Now, they do warn you that the hallways are dark on purpose (part of the design). However, if the fire alarm goes off, you should light up the exit signs!!!! The alarm stopped sounding, and I finally made it downstairs to make sure everything was alright. The response I received, was, yes, it was just a test. Housekeeping should have slipped a note under your door. They did not. Let me say, that if there is ever a real fire in that hotel, people will die. It is impossible to find the fire exits in the dark, and even when you do, it is very confusing. I would have been happy to nicely provide my feedback to the staff, so they would have had a chance to make up for my poor experience, however, they did not even ask how my stay was. Mind you it was the same reception team that minutes before I told that I was not left a note about the fire alarm test. Nothing about this was the biggest deal in the world, but when you are paying $700 a night, a hotel needs to be better. As I said before…the staff were VERY nice. Just not properly trained. This is a management issue.

This hotel and most importantly, the employees of this hotel, are absolutely the smartest, nicest, courteous and friendly professionals I have ever encountered. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bath products are very good. Location is primo for anywhere, anything you wanna do in London. Costco certainly did not Lead me wrong on this trip! I'm gonna have to give 6 stars and highly recommend.

I'm already very disappointed. I just expected more from 5 stars. The room and the roof terrace definitely don't deserve 5 stars. I also find it extremely offensive that the service comes into the rooms again in the afternoon, switches on the air conditioning and turns down the heating that I had previously switched on so that I can stay warm when I return to the hotel cold at night. I am very dissatisfied!

I rang and emailed before arriving at the hotel to say our family would need halal food. When we arrived this had not been communicated to the kitchens. However, the restaurant manager Abroza and Chef Adriene went above and beyond to accomodate us and managed to get some halal food the very next day and served us themselves. Excellent Service!!

Lovely staff Surpassed expectations, Javier, Anna, Viktors, Mattia, Pavel Mike and Clau made stay unforgettable. My son had birthday and they prepared snacks and drinks for us, organized free bus tour for 3 of us. Welcomed me professionally. I had dinner in STK and I liked it, the staff was very nice including Aniko and others who serviced me. I had good sleep on comfortable bed, it was not noisy on 9th floor as the rooftop was closed for refurb. I couldn't hear much noise except cars outside on strand and covent garden having a fight with horns. Viktor also organized top seats at harry potter theathre which was good for kids over 12. And adults. Special thanks to Matthew and Eduard for organizing my stay in birthday timing.

Melia ME london is stunning. The service was great if that sometimes it was a little bit chaotic they more than made up for it in the end by crediting us on our room charges upgrading us and also providing complementary drinks, etc.

This hotel has incredible design and public spaces however in my week here I realised the hotel prioritised style and design over service. I had a number of noticeable minor issues that were not properly addressed. The front office staff do not appear to be empowered and always said they would have to ask management for routine issues all other quality hotels can resolve in the spot. Also the famous roof bar is closed for renovations and this is not clear on the booking websites which promote it heavily. Overall I greatly enjoyed my stay but minor service issues definitely marred the experience. The location is exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile that instantly made me feel at home. Cristina from reception was incredibly professional. Nice bar with very polite and professional service. Can be very busy and quite noisy. Good wine and cocktail list. Not the cheapest of venues but worth it for a special occasion.
