Great pub, great staff, great food

Great atmosphere. Good range of drinks for all. Quizes some nights. Plenty of TV's for sports fans. Large off road car park with ramp to entrance next to wheelchair accessible toilet. On Glen Road just off Magpie Lane.

Just had a lovely Sunday dinner, home cooked and plenty of it, the beef just melted in your mouth and the mash potatoes were lovely and creamy. Will definitely go again. Thank you to the staff

Being from out of town, I only visit here here on the odd occasion. Always a decent welcome and decent pint.

We held my mums wake here. Great Landlord and Landady . Opened early for us. Great food abd drink. Nice outdoor area for the young ones. Good pool table and tap room. Second room like a function room with old historical pictures on the wall and a very authenticpub feel. Great access for the older members of my family having a ramp for wheelchairs. Exactly what we needed. Thank you.

Nice family friendly boozer. Best pizzas in morley! Land lord and lady are great as are the bar staff. 10/10 crazy band were great. A great end to a good bank holiday!

Good place for plane watching! They have an out door bar area, either toilet facilities. They also have a play area and bouncy castle for kids. You have to pay a small fee for parking, but if you're in to plane spotting it's worth it.

What a wonderful pub Such a warm welcome to all customers from the whole team and from the locals 😀 Their food is absolutely delicious 😋 Amazing quality at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend visiting this pub if you are ever in the area.

Great service and the food is excellent

Had my joint 40th and mum's 60th at The Carriers last night. The room was the perfect size with access to an outside patio area with seating which was ideal in yesterday's heat. Diane provided the catering which was lovely and went down really well. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a venue for a party.

Had a lovely afternoon spent with good friends celebrating queen's jubilee the afternoon tea was excellent food and good value for money staff very friendly

First visit, sad circumstances as it was a funeral. That said it's a nice place, the buffet was well stocked and they came round with plates of chips. There's a good selection of draught beers et Al and plenty in the fridges. Usual spirits and a good range of premium gins (double for £5). They also have cocktail trees which I wouldn't have expected. Think we'll try the Sunday lunch at some point as the food other patrons were eating looked nice.

Lovely pub friendly atmosphere and reasonable priced drinks.Food was spot on I had the chicken tikka massala the wife had the special roast beef baguette and chips. Lovely food and the desserts at just £ 3 are lovely Can highly recommend for both drinks and food has well as a good atmosphere with friendly staff

Made to feel really welcome by the Diane and Shaun and all the lovely staff. Had an amazing few nights here mingling with the locals who had plenty of time to talk. Enjoyed it so much I never really left, and the food is to die for.

Awesome good wholesome pub food

Great experience. Diane served us and very accommodative to dietary requirements as we needed a gluten free option. We also needed the venue to be latex free and they obliged and made us feel comfortable. Food was delicious we had Sunday lunch /roast dinner and they did a lovely kids menu for our 3 year old. The Lamb was unbelievable and overall we found the venue homely, friendly and would definitely go again. Thank you for a lovely meal.

We came hear with friends for Sunday lunch and had beef roast and it was lovely and a great price. Lovely and hot and plenty of it . Will be back again.

Great bar staff, bit pricey if u don't like sports, but cheap has chips if u like, SKY, BT many more, and all LEEDS matches. 👍

I have visited the Carriers Arms many times, and have found Dianne and Sean to be excellent hosts, but this is the first time I have eaten there, I have to say the food was spot on, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced.

Friendly local, small function room available. A little dated, though I'm pleased it's survived as a public house unlike a lot of others.

The wife & I go there on a Sunday occasionally for Sunday lunch & it is superb. One time we went there & there was nothing on the menu I fancied so I sheepishly asked if I could have a fish finger sandwich instead expecting to be laughed at & told to sling my hook, but, lo and behold, a fish finger sandwich was brought to my table & it was delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely couple who run it.

Great staff, good prices and always enjoyable. Very welcoming and friendly!

Mixed feelings. Large interior but all areas had a bit of a tap room feel. Large outdoor area in serious need of some TLC - decidedly shabby. Toys for younger kids to ride on in the garden were not at their best. Good selection of food and drinks at sensible prices and food ok, but just somehow lacking that "welcome" feeling, but nothing hit you in the face as being wrong - maybe it's just us. We'll give it another try later in the year.

Sean & Diane McKenna's brilliant bar staff worked wonders last night dealing with all of the punters and I was rather impressed that they deployed a waitress service.
