You will not find any beer in this pub that you recognise so it's always going to be pot luck with the beer you choose. Drug deals taking place openly in the beer garden and most of the customers either drunk or stoned. I won't go back.

Lovely pub with delicious beers and really knowledgeable friendly staff and good entertainment when it’s on. Would recommend visiting this lovely place and little town x

Stopped for a lunchtime drink and found an absolute gem. Great staff, nice atmosphere, clean and well presented. Super range of beers from a local brewery made for a refreshing stop. Will definitely be back next time for some food. Might even take my darts!

This is real ale pub with plenty of choice, the staff were very friendly. A good place to visit and i would recommend, especially the Ampersand beers.

Put one foot in the door and was immediately welcomed by the person behind the bar - a good sign as the last pub i went into in London ignored me for 10 minutes. A very professional welcome in a very nice looking, recently tastefully refurbished pub, selling excellent locally brewed Apersand beers. The staff were very helpful in helping me choose from their wide selection of local craft beer, and even offered tasters - I have to say that the beer is excellent, and had varied taste - some to my taste, and others not, but your sure to find one you like. Even the lime and soda my wife had was excellent and used bottled soda, instead of the normal squirt of soda. Great value prices too. I didn't try the food as it was limited to certain times, but the menu looked very interesting - they had local Pizzas, Burger, and Tacos depending on the day provided by local food retailers on a pop-up basis. I will try the food on my next visit. I highly recommend this pub - wish it was on my doorstep, and pleased to be their first reviewer.
