The Candle Night in Redditch

I have dined at many of the Indian restaurants in Redditch with most being average at best. Last night we stumbled across this one. The waiter was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He laughed and joked with us and suggested we try a couple of dishes. We took his advice and had the most amazing Royal Tawa dish. The flavours were fantastic. We will definitely be going back soon and I think The Candle Night will now be our go to Indian in Redditch.

I have recently discovered this new Indian restaurant, I have been several times now, with friends, as a couple and with family. Having tried most of the curry houses in Redditch, this has to be one of the best. Food is fresh and flavourful. The staff including the chef are warm and welcoming! They serve alcohol but they also don’t mind you taking your own! I will continue to spread the word about how lovely this place is. Highly recommend the Tawa and Claypot!!

What an absolute hidden delight! Visited candle night with a friend for a catch up after seeing a lovely review on facebook and what a treat it was ! The most friendly service and cosy setting with top notch food! Service was excellent and food very delicious! Will definitely be back again thank you , Heenah x

The best Indian food in Redditch. Fresh ingredients cooked in traditional and imaginative ways. It really is worth a visit. Together with a well-stocked bar this place gets 10/10.

first time visiting this restaurant and wont be the last ! firstly the service was impeccable so friendly and welcoming the food was served quickly and piping hot complimentary starter was amazing some of the nicest food i’ve ever tasted ! all positives not one negative ! a must try ! our new fave go to place for indian food and the best indian tea ever !

We found The Candle Night on D'oo - but they also have their own website to order online and we ordered direct. We arranged takeaway - poppadoms were fresh and the sauce tray delicious (mango was very good). I loved my momo (asian gyozo!) and would order again. Onion bahji was a decent portion and crispy - accompanying salads were fresh and the mint sauce was good. Hubby said the mixed grill was wonderful and tasty and my Royal Tawa with steamed rice was tasty and tender. We will definitely order again in future!

Had great experience here! We were a group of 8 and stumbled on the place 5 minutes before closing. The staff were lovely and they didn't rush us considering the time! All the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back 😃

Found this restaurant by chance and the host told us they have only just opened. Have to say after tasting afew of the dishes they offer we will definitely be back again as the food was lovely and the service was excellent. 100% recommended
