Shame as it use to do lovely cakes. My daughter got us a box of cupcakes for our wedding anniversary which looked great but sadly Tasted awful. Taste like they have gone off or have been frozen. Very odd. So upset as my lovely daughter paid good money for these and rushed home from work to Collect. Would avoid at all costs. Hugely Gone down hill

Save the embarrassment and avoid at all cost. Got a birthday cake last month and it was dry. 1. Went to collect and they spelt wrong. 2 dry 3. Not fresh at all. I complained next day to the store and online customer service and had no reply as it’s a franchise they will not refund you! It’s not about the money it’s more embarrassing when you get a poor quality cake to share with everyone and would of been worse if I didn’t check the spelling mistake! How can you spell it wrong when online you give them the name…never again! Aldershot branch you need customer service training as this is not the 1st bad review and I bet my house on it, will not be the last! Definitely not a 5* hygiene needs investigating!

Disgusted- expired yogurt smelling cake! Purchased off the shelf cake for Eid party, kept in fridge served the next morning and embarrassed to see all the guests complaining about the smell. My daughter and I tried a slice and ended up vomiting and upset stomach. Complained to Penny Reed at customer relations who wrote me a reply that I was basically a liar and their systems never let them down! Been a customer for 10 years and will ensure I never buy from this aweful place again!

Yesterday I ordered cakes online in the morning for an evening delivery to colleagues having to work over the Christmas period. I missed a call then couldn't call back, the person at the shop wasn't interested and my colleagues worked the night of Christmas eve without their treats.

Like most OAP grandparents I help out my with daughters child care once a week. On the 2nd October I arranged to meet up with my daughter and her 2 other grandchildren at McDonalds Aldershot. The idea was as well as dropping off the youngest grandchild and a large Lego table we could celebrate the middle one’s Birthday. We arrived before the others and purchased some food and coffee and waited. My daughter arrived with the other children a little delayed as she has to run between schools. We then purchased food and drinks for a second time for the children. One of the children then had to go off for an after school club and so my daughter left us to watch the two other Grandchildren whilst she dropped her off. The service was a little slow and the restaurant was not busy and so the remaining children were still eating their food. My daughter then returned and we left from the drop off and we left. I then received a parking ticket from Met parking Services for overstaying the 90min limited by 18 minutes. Well what has this to do with McDonalds I hear you ask its the over Parking Company matter. I think it kind of is. McDonalds are the ones who contract out to Met Services and so must have had a say in the terms that are set. How many times as parents do we say to our children please don’t rush your food. Now it appears to be please hurry or Grandpa will get a ticket. I fully understand the argument that can be had about it being a deterrent to others not to block spaces. But in this incidence it was not the case. The car park was half empty and maybe if my daughter had stayed with her. The fact she left and we stayed watching the Grandchildren car we took up the one parking space. There is no way that I will repeat the mistake off thing is anymore than a take away as they have lost a customer. Please others be aware.
